This was my first time coming to Powell Jewelry. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by Mr. Dave with such kindness and professionalism. I came 10 minutes before closing, yet they were able to accommodate me so quickly with kindness and professionalism. I have been looking all over for a gold necklace for my fiancee and future mother-in-law, and literally within 5 minutes Ms. Spring was able to help me find two beautiful pieces. I don't usually leave reviews for places, and I am not too experienced with Jewelry buying, but they made me feel so comfortable and reassured. It was such a smooth transaction and they were kind enough to gift wrap the boxes and offer so many other things. The prices were very fair. The store is beautiful and it truly shows how much Mr. Dave cares about his store, seeing that he has owned it since 1997 and knew Mr. Powell himself. Please consider stopping by Powell Jewelry for any of your needs. I will be sure to come back soon for another necklace for my mother!

Upon walking and I was promptly greeted by multiple members of the staff. I was quickly assisted in what I was looking for and they went out of their way to get multiple catalogs so I can browse through. After looking at a few things they checked on availability and pricing and got my necklace ordered very quickly. Mike and I have always thot a great deal of Dan and Lynn and of course they go to our church Pathway. We have always felt they are good and honest people. Well since Mike passed over a year and a half ago I had never felt led to take off my wedding rings till last Fri. So I thot at first I would come over and just pick out a nice ring for my left hand ring finger. But then I thot no I wanted to use my marquis that has always meant so much to me. Lynn and another girlsorry I didn't get her namelooked on her computer screen at different ones. I kind of decided on 1 and then Lynn brought over a ring they had that had been deeply discounted. A beautiful ring and I decided to go with it and have them set my marquis sideways. They said it would be ready by Thurs. but they called today. I came over and got it and think it's just lovely! Great customer service that feels personal. This is a local business which is also a plus. I got work on my engagement ring done here and also purchased my fiance's ring from here, so I've come in a few times. Sally kept up great correspondence to get my ring exactly how I wanted it. Staff helped me figure out the best ring option for my fiance (he works with his hands a lot), but also thought about needs we'd have for the ring years in advance. Experience was easy going and low pressure!

Every jeweler was very nice and attentive as we chose our engagement and wedding bands. We didn’t have a clear idea of what we wanted before we walked in, but Lynn and Dan helped us try on lots of rings before we found our perfect match. We ended up ordering a larger center stone for the engagement ring. They filled our order very quickly were very transparent in the pricing. Two diamonds were so loose, she was surprised I hadn't lost them yet. They sent my ring in to be polished and the diamonds reset/ tightened.
