I went in to have my wedding ring sized... It's been flying off my hand for years. I gotta tell ya, it had to go down FOUR SIZES and it only took a day. Shined it up super pretty too. Looked brand new. This is the first time in 15 yrs I've had a ring that fits. Super friendly folks, not to shabby on the pricing. Highly recommend. I hopped around like a little girl I was so excited.

I am so impressed with the service I received I felt I had to leave a review. I needed a ring resized - I arrived after work when it was very busy. I had to wait only 10 minutes or so and I was informed that the type of ring I have cannot be resized - but they were able to put in a wire insert for me. The jeweler did this in two minutes without charge. I had lost 40 lbs and was worried about loosing my ring - it has been about a month now and I'm grateful. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for integrity, great products and awesome service.

They did a good job resizing my wife's ring. I am giving 4 stars for customer service. The gentleman that assisted us was very nice and did well. The problem was when we called they said it takes 24 hours and if we made it by noon it would be ready the next day by noon. Since we do not live in town, we plan when we go in. Upon getting there (by noon), we were informed the jeweler had just left and the ring would not be done for for 2 days... wait what's the name of the place?

I brought my wife in for a ring resize and repair of a necklace. I forgot the employee's name (initials KH maybe), but she was so helpful and very professional. We were contacted a day later and everything was done. I must say that the quality of the repairs was excellent. We also brought in some old gold chains to sell. Again, everything was straight forward and we got to watch how the gold was tested too. This was our first time, but will not be our last...Thank you!

Couldn’t be more pleased with our club membership at One Day Jewelry Repair. I can take my wedding ring in anytime for inspection, cleaning & Rodium dip. Makes it look brand new every time & they’re so fast. Generally next day but thus time was SAME DAY! Bruce & his crew are always very friendly & provide top notch service! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Did great work on down sizing my wife's necklace. Dropped off around noon and was ready later that same afternoon! The jeweler did excellent work. Staff does excellent job IDing your items as well. (Photos, etc.) I would definitely recommend.

I live on the west side of WIchita, but had an appointment close to One Day Jewelry and Repair. I saw Lisa, and her personality and desire to help my mother and I, had a positive impression on me. Although I live in California and was visiting my parents, I have kept the card in my pocketbook as a reminder to return to. Lisa educated me on what stones needed assistance with, fixed a watch, polished, and got the kinks out of my rings. More than anything, she was incredibly helpful and I had a smile when I left due to her bubbly and helpful personality. It is a refreshing store to walk into, and you won't regret taking your jewelry in there. I did not get a slimed feeling as if I was being taken advantage of. Thank You LISA!

My daughter was coming to town and found this business. She needed her 3 band wedding ring set resoldered, rhodium plated and cleaned. When I called to see if they'd have time to repair my daughter's ring they said yes. Any jewelry store she check with in her area would have to send her set in and she would have to wait for days to get them back. One Day Jewelry & Repair's jeweler did an amAZing job. I even left my ring for a prong issue I'd had from a different jeweler who left a sharp point on a new prong that kept snagging sweaters and towels. Our rings look amazing. Thank you One Day Jewelry & Repair!! Everyone I (we) encountered from the person who took my calls and the staff who checked our jewelry in and the jeweler, thank you.
