Jewelry Savers created a beautiful custom engagement ring setting for my (now) wife based on some inspiration we found online and our own preferences. Who even knew they could build something like that in house?! They then set a loose diamond we had purchased in the setting and provided my wedding band. We worked closely with Monica throughout the process, who was very professional and personable and no question was ever stupid. I would definitely work with Jewelry Savers again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They were able to create something my wife absolutely loves and we are constantly getting compliments on it still. Many thanks to Monica and her team!

Brought in a ring that needed the prongs straightened and cleaned. Left it to be looked at, and the next day got a call that the work was done and it was ready to be picked up at no charge. The ring looks like new and I was quoted $50 and higher at a couple of other places that were going to have to send it off to have the work done. Next time I need anything done with jewelry or a watch, I know where I'll be coming. They also have a very nice selection of jewelry. Thanks so much Jewelry Savers!

I was absolutely terrified to take my wedding ring to any Jewelry shop here in Wichita to get it resized and fixed, especially after my moms ring came back as a different ring from a local Jewelry store. I heard nothing but wonderful things about Jewelry Savers so I took it in yesterday and got it back today and it looks absolutely amazing and the staff was so helpful and wonderful! I will only take my repairs to them going forward! This is truly the best family owned jewelry shop that I have ever found!! We bought our wedding set here 28 years ago. It was a custom made set. Then purchased a few small things over the years. We moved out of town and honestly shopped elsewhere. Friends reminded us of this gem of a business. I took a ring in for appraisal and figured out even though Pete is gone, his legacy lives on in the staff. Wonderful people! We decided to update my 28 year old ring. Their ideas were ones I never would have dreamed up. And the price point to fix a few issues (loose stones) was phenomenal! We will never shop anywhere else! Monica and Dory were a dream to work with. I’ve always loved my ring but I’ve fallen in love all over again!

I bent my wedding ring and took it to another jeweler to straighten. In the process, they knocked one of the stones out while polishing it. The price they quoted to repair it sounded high, so I checked with Jewelry Savers. They not only replaced the stone, but also built up the gold around all 5 to secure them better, for a fraction of what the other store wanted to reset one stone. Took it in on Friday before Memorial Day, it was ready for pickup the following Tuesday. It looks great! We bought our rings from Jewelry Savers back in '99, I should have just taken it to them for the initial repair.

I just wanted to send a HUGE thank you! 25 years ago you made my special day with a gorgeous wedding band set! Due to health issues that caused weight gain, I have been unable to wear my ring for at least 10 years (which broke my heart). Now 25 years later, you all worked with my husband to resize my ring and add 2 new bands! The ring is even more special today! To Kim Ellis Brier and her team at Jewelry Savers, in Wichita, Kansas I want to thank you for repairing, fixing, recreating my 4 rings. My engagement ring, wedding ring, my mom's wedding ring and eternity band, all with diamonds were re-created perfectly the way I wanted them. There were many many diamonds to move and my rings are just perfect the way my mom had them, all channel set. The jeweler worked very hard to get my rings back to me in 24 hours since I'm from Tennessee and were in Wichita for only 3 days visiting Kim and her fiance Russ. Kim's daughter Monica worked very hard with me to fix what another jeweler in Tennessee messed up on. And they did it!!! Thanks to Kim, the owner of Jewelry Savers, her daughter Monica and the jeweler that re-did my rings, they made me the happiest person on earth. They are my jewelers from now on.

First, I am thrilled that they even change watch batteries, and that it is so affordable. Second, I was going out of town, and showed up only an hour or so before I was leaving for a watch battery change. They said they had a lot of watch batteries to change that day, so I would probably have to wait until I returned from vacation to get my watch back. However, not long after I had left, they called and said they had squeezed it in for me. They didn't have to do that, but I really appreciated the thoughtfulness and great customer service!

My dad recommended Jewelry Savers because he knew Pete. I brought my anniversary band here because i noticed a couple loose diamonds. They found 3 loose and sent it to their specialist to fix. It was back the next day and did a beautiful job! They polished it up; sparkles like the day i got it!

Visited Jewelry Savers for the first time to have a broken wedding ring fixed and resized up. When I picked up the ring, I was practically shocked. It looked better than the day it was purchased 16 years ago. The repair to the band was perfect and the resize didn't have the 'stretched out' look I've seen so many times in the past.
