Day before Christmas Eve & of course there was a line to even get into the store! I knew exactly what I wanted so the overall process didn’t take long. Evan was AMAZING. Was extremely helpful and had great conversation after waiting in line for over 20 minutes just to get in. Smooth process + great customer service sure does bring a smile to my face. Thanks Evan! I’ll definitely be back thanks to him.

Mando and Tara are my go to people here!!! Although the whole staff is awesome!!! Anytime I need a gift for my mom, they are on it to help me find just the right thing!!! They know me as soon as I walk in. I like that about a business. It makes me feel like I'm not just another transaction. And they know what I like so they always let me know what's new!

It's okay. But the employee should trim their nails. You can't handle the small jewelry properly if your fancy nails are too long. I came here to pick up an order online and the lady dropped the earring while boxing it up because of her fancy nails which is a negative impact for first impression.

I always have an enjoyable shopping experience with Mando. He is extremely professional, pleasant, , knowledgeable, great customer service, and goes above and beyond every time. Mando is the main reason I return to this location. He is AWESOME.

Small space but they definitely utilize it as well as can be. First time in the store and I was TOTALLY amazed! Beautiful jewelry! And sooooo much of it! Staff was very helpful to me knowing it was my first time in there. But listening to those around me, the whole staff was like that, not just the young lady who waited on me. They were also eager to help each other out too, which is ALWAYS nice to see. It's like one big family! They seem to get to know their customers as well which I thought was also cool. I went in to purchase a gift for my sister-in-law and with the help of Charlene, I KNOW she's going to love it! Thank you so much for my wonderful experience Charlene ... I will definitely be back!

I went during Mother’s Day this year and Mando was amazing… definitely an asset to Pandora. I mentioned my experience on FB… however… it dawned on me… I never gave Mando a shout out on Google. Sept. 19 Sandy, Annette and Kathy were great today!!! Dec. 10th I wish I had the rep’s name… could be one listed from the 19th. I purchased items during the Black Friday sale online… had my receipt of course and two reps said I could not have bags for the items. Very disrespectful… if Armando or Carmella isn’t there… I don’t think I’ll visit again.
