ABOVE AND BEYOND! This pawn shop is by far the best one I've been to ever! I was looking for a ring and had been to several the past few days and found what I was looking for at MY PAWN as you can see from the pictures. This was a 14k white gold Vera Wang from the Love Collection 1 ct Diamond ring and they held it for me for 24 hours while I made my decision and I was back the next day to make my purchase. The shop owner (Irving?) offered me a great deal on this ring and even surprised me by texting me on my wedding day to congratulate me...like who does that!?!? He is so nice, down to earth, attentive and professional and I will definitely be coming back for more jewelry and possibly some gun purchases. They have definitely earned themselves a loyal customer and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

In a bind? Need a buck? These guys have an A plus plus plus for fairness and the overall customer experience. Too many pawn shops want to give you nothing for SOMETHING and you leave feeling taken advantage of. Even ROBBED. THIS IS A FAMILY BUSINESS. I BRING MY YOUNG DAUGHTER and it’s like family. I'm a first time gun owner/buyer. I ordered a gun through a website and had to have it delivered here. I called before I confirmed my purchase and was told what I needed to bring to pick up my gun and what I would have to fill out when I got there. When I called to see if my gun was delivered they were super quick at letting me know it was there and ready to pick up. The fee to have the gun shipped there was super cheap and Blank helped me with some questions on the paper work. The customer service was super good! would truly recommend going through them. I had a couple more questions about accessories and Ryan talked to me and gave me a few recommendations. Great staff! efficient processing! Cheap prices! Made my first experience very good, and super easy. Will probably order more through them, or look at making a purchase there in the future.

I found this shop after some googling and a few visits to some other pawns shops in the area that I did not care for, and I am so glad we came in today! The owner made us feel comfortable as soon as we came in, which is hard when you are in a tight spot and trying to figure out how to make it through financially after a difficult time. These guys are the best. I’m active duty military and some things happened that made me dip into my savings and I needed just a little bit more money to take care of things. I decided I would pawn a couple AR pistols and a handgun and went to four different pawn shops that all turned me away due to federal law lowering interest rates for active duty personnel so they didn’t make a lot of money. Four businesses turned me away because they couldn’t make an easy buck. I looked up pawn shops and gave these guys a call and explained to them what was going on, what I needed, and that I am active duty and they said to come on in and they’ll take care of things for me. When I got there they were easy to talk to, professional, and made everything easy to work with. They gave me the standard thirty days to pay but I explained to them military obligations was going to keep me away from home past that so they extended it. These guys are supportive of their military and I’ll be doing business with them again.

A bout 45 days ago I ck my checking account and to my “horror” it was $132.00 in the red! I immediately started searching “pawn shops,” in Virginia Beach hoping to pawn a relatively new iPhone 8 Plus .....within seconds I received a text from “ My Pawn,” requesting photos of my phone, and in less than “ 5 minutes “ had an offer of $150.00 with an interest of $18 to redeem which works out to 12 % ! I thought this was a great interest rate particularly for a pawn shop. I don’t like to be on a position to pawn ANYTHING but given those interest rates...I’m a believer!!!

I bought one from the display shelf and we worked a good price on it and then I noted another Tag watch that could be a gift for my wife and purchased that as well. I got my Tag Carrera right that day and had the Tag F1 automatic for my wife mailed to where we live out of state (secured with insurance and was a next day Fedex). I received more money for my item then expected and he also paid me double the amount then another local pawn shop offered me.
