There is nowhere else to go for quality service, best prices, and fast turnaround time! I brought my rings in for sizing and not only was their sizing price WAY lower than everywhere else I looked, he even offered up less costly options. On top of that, I had recently went into a big-name jeweler in the mall to request that by yellow-gold ring be dipped to white and they said they don’t do it anymore 😞 Before that I was quoted over $200 to do it. Not only did Jewelry Plus dip it but they did it for a fraction of the cost! And the best part?!?! It took less than a week for the sizing AND the dipping! I will never go anywhere else! Super friendly staff!

I brought in a design for a ring and Chris gave me some amazing feedback to help refine it. After a lot of redesigning, I brought in my final draft. Chris took my design and made the most amazing signet ring for me. I LOVE the result and the process was so smooth! Communication was great and I was surprised how quickly it went. I am thoroughly impressed with the process and am obsessed with how the ring turned out! Highly recommend.

I lost an emerald out of my wedding band and took it by another store who claimed it was “too risky” to fix and tried to sell me on remaking it. I then stopped by Jewelry Plus and Chris immediately reassured me that it could be replaced and repaired no problem! He was very kind and knowledgeable. He showed me some custom items he was working on and others he completed. All beautiful work! 4 days later I have my wedding ring back, repaired and polished as good as new! I couldn’t be happier and I look forward to doing business with him in the future! Thank you so much, Chris!

The owner is amazing, friendly and does great work! I had a charm that was bent on my Pandora bracelet. I took it to the Pandora store and they advised me to take it to a local jewelry shop. I've been coming to this shop for watch repairs and the owner has always been so kind and reasonably priced. It took him less than 5 min to repair and he didn't charge me a dime. Thank you for all your hard work during the pandemic. I will continue to come back.

They have fixed jewelry, turned clip on earrings into pierced earrings and cleaned and repronged my wedding rings and we have been happy with the speed and quality and pricing each time. He even sends an email when repairs are done. We will come here for all jewelry needs. .. with that said I really wish he wore a mask and caution that if you are sensitive I have never seen him wear mask but as a jeweler I give a strong 5 star review.

Jewelry Plus is the best!!!! Chris the owner is such a great guy, always greets you with a smile and makes you feel special. He really knows his business. He even designs and makes one of a kind pieces in jewelry, his work is impressive. I am a watch collector, and bring Chris many watches to buff, replace batteries, remove links, he has even put whole new movements in some, and my watches come back to me pristine, never a scratch. His care in handling your precious possessions is second to none, and I am very fussy. I think his business should be Jewelry Plus, Plus, Plus!!!! , as Chris always goes the extra mile.

This jeweler is a little gem of a place! My mom gave me a watch before she passed away last year and I had the watch adjusted and couldn’t find a comfortable size for the band. Chris, the owner was so helpful and so patient even if he had to remove, readjust, reattach the links a few times. They will replace watch battery and adjust while you wait and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend this place!

I cannot praise Chris and his craftsmanship enough!!! He repaired my grandmother's ring to brand new!! New prongs, replaced a diamond, shined, polished, and some other magic I dont even know about! Super reasonable price, store chain jewelry store was quoted 8 times as much! Go here, you wont regret it.

I got married July 22, 2017, the previous day July 21, 2017, I was frantically searching for someone/business to engrave a watch that I purchased for my husband to be, during my search I located Jewelry Plus and their five star rating, I immediately called, spoke with the owner, he assured me that he could engrave it and I could get it back with in an hour. I walked in a gentleman(owner) was smiling, great personality, the shop was beautifully decorated, started a conversation with me as though we were long time friends. He engraved my watch, it turned out beautiful!!! I would recommend this business over and over and again I received five star treatment and results.

Needed new watch batteries and to resize my husband’s watch and ended up here since the NEX couldn’t do it any less than two weeks. Wow, so glad we came here! Chris Brown is amazing! He not only did our batteries and watch resize while we waited but he showed us some amazing work he’s done over the years. A custom ring for a veteran’s PH medal, custom gold bangles and cuff links, you name it! His art and talent is one of a dying breed and am so happy I now have a place to go where I can get custom pieces made if I want! Great service, and even more amazing person! This little jewelry store is awesome. They can fix almost anything, and usually can do it right on the spot. They have a great selection of custom pieces, as well as gorgeous wedding bands, necklaces, bracelets, etc. This is a family owned business that I cannot recommend enough. I'm so happy I found a jeweler that I can trust and refer my friends and neighbors to.

My fiancée had proposed to me on December 16, 2017 but the ring was too small. He didn’t want to wait to get it resized. So I went around looking for someone to resize it and no one would do it. So I looked online one more in hopes of finding someone. So I called Jewelry Plus and he told me to bring it in as soon as possible. So, we got the ring there by 4:20 and he was finished within 45 mins. I was so excited. I recommend this business to everyone.
