AMAZING job. I was so nervous because Jared’s said they couldn’t tighten the prongs on my grandmas ring she passed down to me because they were afraid the pearl would break. They recommended this place! $50 to tighten it and they did wonderful. They even tightened the prongs to fit the pearl perfectly so the one prong doesn’t snag on my clothes anymore. I’ll definitely be coming here again for any jewelry needs.

This olace is a hidden gem. I had my rings resized and cleaned here. They got it done in a day, when most places quoted 4-7 days. Incredible! They also caught some repairs that needed to be done that I would never have seen. They showed care and respect to my jewelry and have gained a new customer!

Live on outer banks. Cant get anyone to work on a watch even change a battery anymore. Had two watches choi had both new batteries and set in 15 min. Reasonably priced, nice man!

First time here. My wife had to get 4 watch batteries changed. The Tory Burch watch was ‘special’ and cost $22 or $25 to have that battery replaced. All together it cost us close to $100. They did offer a year long warranty on the batteries.

Choi Jewelry and Watch Repair at Lynnhaven Mall is my place for ring sizing. We Started out at Kay's Jewelry at Premium Outlet Norfolk they wanted $219. to size down a size 8 ladies ring to a 7 and were going to outsource the job and take 2 WEEKS to get back.. Went to Mr Choi and paid $60 and got the ring while I shopped (2 hours). Beauitful work and saved alot of money. Dont goes to those jewelry stores go to Choi's - he has been in business for over 29 years at Lynnhaven. Beauitful job. Thank you

This place is awesome. I had tried other jewelers just to try fixing the clasp on my necklace that my fiancé bought for me from Finks and these places were all so overpriced. Choi’s was very reasonable, very quick, very efficient, and I couldn’t be happier with the end result! I am so grateful that I can finally wear my necklace again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍

I had a very difficult time getting a 40 year old Heuer watch repaired. I even sent it to Tag/Heuer and they would not work on it. I dropped it off and an hour later it was running perfect. Price was very reasonable as well. If you need watch repair I would highly recommend Choi's.

I could not have a higher opinion of their integrity, professionalism, and quality of work. I brought them a vintage automatic watch that had not run in decades. They were very candid with me about the difficult job that restoring it was going to be, and were very upfront about the extent of the work, showing me everything that needed to be replaced. I know they spent significant time sourcing and trying various hard-to-find vintage parts from all over the world. Ultimately, they restored the watch to beautiful condition, and on the lower end of their initial cost estimate. I highly recommend them for any job you may have. They do excellent work, and are outstanding to work with.

The best place in town, hands down. My husband & I had a terrible experience after a long and expensive online engagement ring order. Long-story-short, we waited 9 months and the white gold prongs holding the diamond broke off the very next day (we would’ve never ordered a prongset in white gold for this exact reason, but after almost 2 grand and taking 9 months to arrive in the wrong setting, we didn’t bother sending it back.) We took it to Choi’s and they were so kind, quick and so reasonably priced! It took less than a week and for $250, my ring is absolutely perfect and sturdy. I honestly felt like they undercharged for the amount of work they put in. Much thanks!! <3

Upon a recommendation from a friend I decided to try this place out for a few battery replacements. They are very knowledgeable and quick. Mr. Choi also let me know that one of my watches did not need a battery and reset it and fixed my issue while I stood and watched. Again I cannot recommend this shop enough. You will not regret your decision to go to Choi’s

I have taken more than 30 different Invicta Watches to Mr. Choi and Jimmy to have the bands either sized to fit or, in the case of leather or silicone bands, I have had the bands reversed for my own comfort. This is the only place I let touch my grandfather's watch. I would happily drive hours to them over taking a chance on another shop. Beyond polite, beyond professional, fast and affordable. They're dome in less than 30 minutes and the price is more than worth it, knowing they take care of something that holds so much value. If you don't use Choi's, you're doing it wrong.

I went there to look for stainless steel strap for my Citizen Eco-Drive BL5250-02L watch. The watch originally had a leather strap. I looked in many other places in VA Beach area to find a stainless steel strap that matches the titanium color tone and shine of the original Dial. Since the watch had a unique design it was very hard to find a strap which fits and also looks nice. They were ready to spent time with me and find the perfect strap which had the same metallic color tone and shine as the original titanium dial. The new strap blends perfectly with the watch and it looks like the strap that came with the original piece.

I'm an avid collector of watches and got some precious watches when my grandfather passed. I'm very hesitant to trust places with my personal watches because they hold sentimental value. I can always trust Mr. Cho to do a great job and a true, fair price. Don't go anywhere else.

The metal band on my Omega Seamaster broke, and the battery was dead. On Wednesday I called a few jewelry stores that sell and service Omega watches. I told them that I was leaving town on Saturday and needed it by then. Two stores said it was impossible because they send it to Omega and it takes 6 to 8 weeks. I found a store that does the repairs local. I took it in they looked at it and they said that they could not have it for me by saturday, but I could have a by next week. The cost of the repair including replacing the battery was $170 dollars!!!! I decided to pass. Thursday morning I read a review recommending Choi's at Lynnhaven mall. I decided to take it in and give it a shot. End result: TOTAL cost of repair, battery replacement and waterproof testing $40, repair time 40 minutes!!!!

i was looking for places in VA and this was the best place. i took 3 watches to them two Invicta watches and a diesel for batteries and band re-sizing i thought i would have to come back in a couple of hours, nope they were done in 20 minuets. Awesome place, i went off the previous reviews so i had to write one from my good experience there.

I brought an antique diamond ring in for repair. I was extremely reluctant to take it anywhere with tales of diamond-switching from the chain jewelry stores! The diamond is an old mine-cut set in platinum. I brought it here on a friend's recommendation and was charged an extremely fair price for rebuilding the platinum prong and resetting the diamond. I wouldn't trust any store BUT this one. It was done within less than 2 hours!

Mr. Choi was incredibly fast. By the time I had walked to the ATM and back to his store, he was finished repairing the pin on my Casio Protrek. He was very courteous. I sensed hesitation in his voice when I asked if I could use my card to pay for the $6 repair. I get it. Small businesses like this pay a fortune in fees to use credit/debit machines. I was happy to make the short walk. Thank your Mr. Choi!
