With more than 30 years in this community, Sergio's has been around as long as I can remember. I have seen countless shops go in and out of business here so they must be doing something right. Since my family has little use for jewelry, our visits are usually for some type of repair or cleaning. The one time I did make a purchase, the lay away plan made it very easy. He maintains my watch which is 25 years old, does resets, has custom designs, cleans your jewelry and sells gold and diamond products. I even sold him some gold I did not need. They are very helpful, easy to work with and in my case, I have not had to go anywhere else for my needs.

Greatest jewelry store ever! They are literally the best. First of all, Sergio and Indy are the nicest and coolest people. They have great personalities. They are a family business with great deals and fantastic service. Couldn’t be more friendly and accommodating to our needs, and we asked quite a bit of them for one ring. Bought wedding ring for my fiancée and they held it for us for a couple months, then sized it with the engagement ring in a day cuz we had a rush before engagement photos. My husband and I have been purchasing from Sergios for many years. In fact my first wedding band was purchased from Sergio over 20 years ago. I had lost it a few years ago and went to Sergios for a new band. His wife picked out a band that matched my ring perfectly. I asked my boyfriend to create me a silver necklace for Christmas. I kinda knew what I wanted, but wasn't 100% sure. We went to the mall and were not impressed with their service or selection. We stopped by Sergio's to look (seen his commercial for years!). Never being in there before, I expected your typical jewelry store. Very unexpected outcome! Very impressed! The lady's working went out of their way - even brought out a book to order from. Sergio came out of the back room to offer us suggestions. He introduced himself and spoke to us and other customers (whom he knew by name) as he knew us forever. My chain & charm turned out simply beautiful! I also had a chain repaired. Reasonably priced and compleded in a timely mannor. I will do more jewelry shopping and repairs there. I highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs. New or repairs.

First time visiting Sergios. I went there to size my son bracket and I was impressed. The cost of it getting sized was super reasonable. While waiting, I looked at the jewelry for sale. Sergio has a nice selection and very beautiful jewelry. So very impressed with Sergio service and selections of jewelry that my significant other bought me a blue diamond ring. Let me mention that I have shopped the market for diamonds white, blue, black and no where have I seen this particular blue diamond and setting. It was beautiful and perfect! He was also very open to letting me see the diamond with a magnifying glass to check for clarity. The price was also very reasonable. We bought the ring and now I have my eye on another beautiful ring he has. I would definitely recommend visiting Sergio Before hitting those big box stores. They have burned me before!

After speaking with both Kay Jewelers and Zales I was upset to find out they wouldn't size a ring for me because I didn't buy it from them. A co-worker told me about Sergio's Jewelry and upon calling them, it was a completely different experience. The person I spoke with was extremely polite and friendly. They had no issue with re-sizing a ring I didn't buy from them. I took the ring to them the same evening and just as before on the phone they were very friendly to my fiance and I. I can't say enough wonderful things about Sergio and his staff. I am originally from Tampa but live in Orlando so all of my family is in Tampa. Around six months ago the center diamond in my wedding ring fell out of the setting. This ring has been on my finger for over 30 years. It may not look like much but it was blessed at my wedding and it means the world to me. The only time I have taken it off was when I was pregnant because I knew my fingers would swell. I was fortunate to find the diamond when it fell out because i was cooking in the kitchen and I heard it fall on the counter. So many thoughts went through my head. Who can I trust was the biggest. I have a jeweler in Orlando that I buy from and he makes beautiful jewelry. So when I got the nerve to take it in he quoted me a price of $600 to $1400. I don't think the ring is even worth that much but I did trust him. I said I would think about it. I put it away and there it sat. I remembered that my mother is a customer at Sergio's store and she finds the most amazing jewelry there. She is always getting compliments on her pieces when she wears them. We had the mother and daughter pow wow. This was a serious decision. lol Could he be trusted. lol So the next time I went to Tampa I took the ring in. I made the beginning of the story long when the end should be the long part. However, here goes. He redid the entire ring for $260 and assured me not to worry. Easy for him to say. lol Since I was in Orlando my mother picked up the ring for me when it was ready. She called me when she got home and said Kathy I don't think this is your ring. I asked why. She said I don't remember the diamonds being so bright. ( She is 92 ) I laughed so hard. For the first 15 years I used to get compliments on my ring wherever I would go. I would be sitting in my car and the sun would hit it and the reflection of the diamonds would mirror off the ceiling. When I finally saw it I was so excited. No one could have done a better job than Sergio. It's beautiful and I can tell he reinforced it all for a mere $260. The only problem is that now I can't stop buying things there. lol Bought some beautiful unique onyx earrings. I have never seen onyx cut like that before. I also have another ring on layaway for my daughter. I have had a few severe mishaps with other jewelers in Tampa. Kind of like the dry cleaners, you never know, but I can't thank him and his staff enough. I would not hesitate and I also whole heartedly recommend him. He is really busy but he will take his time with you. I bought a stone in Mexico years ago so my next step is to have him design it into a pendant. I can't thank you enough. Kathy
