I recently purchased a 158gm 9mm Miami Cuban necklace from Liry's (stock piece), and when I got it home really started looking at it on the table, under some good light, and noticed a little twist, and like 3 or 4 links in the chain larger and spaced apart further than others, I took it back to the store, a couple of weeks later, with receipt, as it should have a one-year warranty to see if Liry's could fix it, the nice assistant took the necklace to the back and Liry's jeweler polished it, and it looked shiny, but I was told it can't be fixed, but at least I got it for a good price, I also purchased a 9" 13 mm Miami Cuban bracelet, both pieces where not cheap (but cheaper than others players in the handmade Miami Cuban chain business) and I saved my money for a long time to purchase (not a big money person), Not saying Liry's is bad, they have a great stock and staff and great prices, just wished they would have stepped up with their warranty promise, and seen the error and replaced it for another, like for like. I'm not a professional jeweler by any means, but if I can see the error, why couldn't they, I would have turned it in a bracelet and scrapped the not good links, if I was a jeweler making and selling chains, your name is riding on the chain. If you purchase jewelry from Liry's in store (I'm sure custom order pieces are more looked over when done), just inspect it really good, (I know it's hard, as it's all shinny and sparkly) and if a Cuban make sure the links, all are nice and symmetrical and hangs straight, if you're going to wear the value of a nice used car (or more) around your neck, make sure your chain is right before walking out the store. Update to owners reply, I had an Italian made 26" 7mm Cuban weighing 88 grams it was not that great, I used it as part of the purchase on the 9mm Miami Cuban I got from Liry's, so that's not it, I was looking for a handmade piece that a person took the time and talent and years of skill to make and it shows in the work in the chain, but not here on this chain, and I have seen how Miami Cubans are made over and over, how can a bunch of gold ringlets the same size (wrapped around bar before cutting,) end up a some noticeably larger and different sizes then other links and also see that the spacing in between the links isn't correct, in the end and why didn't the chain maker see this, and correct while making, maybe something with filing the chain not sure. I just maybe expected to much from the famous "Liry's jewelry" on warranty and overall quality control on some pieces of jewelry. I guess don't believe all the you tube videos people put out about their products. The 13mm Miami Cuban bracelet I also purchased, is awesome and link spacing, and sizes are right and who ever made it showed their true skill in the end with a fine product. NO worries, it will get either upgraded (when I save the money) or scrapped and refined into gold bar for safe keeping. Lesson learned.

I placed an order for a bracelet 14k 8mm 8 inch long. I recently purchased a 8.9mm 10KT 22inch semi-solid Cuban link from Liry’s and I must say the quality is beautiful and the customer service was very personable. I originally purchased a 20 inch and loved it, but I started to realize it was too short for me. I couldn’t see it when I looked down, and it would creep in and out of my shirt. So 3 days after, I emailed Liry’s to see if it was possible to make a switch. They completely understood my concerns and quickly informed me on the steps to initiate an exchange. Since there preferred method of communication is email, it did take a day or two to hear back sometimes, but that’s what comes with a family business, fair prices, and good quality stuff. After receiving the first chain, I knew it was well worth it. Although my chain is semi-solid, the quality such as the box lock, color, and links is still beyond what I expected. They also delivered both packages for free with 2-Day shipping and insurance, signature required. This was important to me as it was my first time ever ordering jewelry online. I was terrified because as a college kid who works weekends to make ends meet, I did not want to experience a loss of months of work. I must say it was a pleasant experience and once i’m ready and able to purchase a solid link/pendant, I will definitely be returning here. If you’re nervous to spend big money online like I was, just know this family owned business is reasonable and here for any of your concerns. Just be sure to read all policies online beforehand, and speak up via email or phone call if you need anything changed. They’re more than willing to help. PS: Measured grams on my own scale, and was exactly as advertised. I’m also currently in western NY.

My wife recently gifted me a Miami Cuban Link 8 mm, 22" from Liry's. The piece came out to be better than my expectations. The shop-owners are very professional, easy to communicate, dependable, and refunded me back any amount instantly after the final weight came out. The piece was safely shipped and came in a nice package. The MCL had exact width and weight, excellent finish and the links were spaced as I requested. The price was extremely reasonable and better compared to other sites and outlets. The quality and finish was A grade. I highly recommend Liry's for anyone shopping from elsewhere in the country.

I ordered a Cuban Link Bracelet from Lirys and had the pleasure of working with Kyle. Spending several thousand dollars on a hand made piece of jewelry online can be a stressful process. You could be off on the length or did not order the correct width for your wrist. That was my situation and had to send two bracelets back to them. Kyle made the process easy and worked with me every step of the way. He was easy to get a hold of and always returned my emails regarding my purchase. The customer service was excellent but the finished product was jaw dropping. My bracelet is beautiful and I look forward to wearing it every chance I get. Nice pieces but zero customer service. I was buzzed in and as I walked in I was not greeted by any of the 4 ladies working inside. One had a customer and the other 3 were pretend busy. I patiently waited while another customer was buzzed in and seen almost immediately! This felt purposeful and I was out of place. Although I went to finally put down on my Cuban link and my daughter ‘s Christmas gift, it was only when I excused myself from the building is when a young lady finally asked if I needed help. I kindly responded that I saw they were too busy to acknowledg me and I took my business somewhere else. I researched this place and others. Ultimately, I had Lirys as my top choice with two other close competitors. I finished my deal just now and it was not with Lirys. I’ve bought a couple rings and some smaller Cuban link necklaces from here that I am pleased with. One of my rings broke and they replaced it for me since they couldn’t fix it which was nice. My only issue is I ordered a pendant in store and lol what a hassle. The ladies who work here are nice and help as much as they can but over the phone it can get frustrating when I’m put on hold for 15-20 min every time. On top of that, they did a horrible job on my pendant (which I waited 3 weeks for with no problem), had to wait another 3 weeks for them to get it remade in China, just to find out it would be another 2 weeks until I get my pendant. So I waited exactly 2 months when It was supposed to be 3 weeks. It came out way better than the first time but they didn’t offer me any discount for my time and when they did they offered $10 lol plus it wasn’t 4g like it said it would be online. But thankfully they adjusted the weight and gave me $20 off. They have nice stuff in store but I would def recommend considering this review before you purchase anything custom from here. And make sure they measure it/ weigh it before you pay for it. I’ve added pictures of what they originally gave me vs the final product. I’ll probably never get another custom but I will probably still shop here so that’s why I gave 3 stars.

Before going to Liry's, I had a different jeweler in NYC. I was amazed by the customer service and honesty at Liry's. I purchased an 8mm Cuban Chain, using their Black Friday promotion. The price was hundreds less than any of their competitors, the chain was shipped out early and I even received a refund for a portion of the chain due to it being lighter then expected. I currently live in Singapore and was still kept informed throughout the entire process. Any questions I had were quickly answered via email. I will only be dealing with Liry's from now on and I look forward to having them do my 1000 gram Miami Cuban Next!

Bought a 4mm cuban link chain and it's perfect. They are very communicative and update you on every step of the way so you know what's going on. I've read reviews for other jewelers where they are silent and you'd have to constantly email/call them for updates. They are fast to respond to emails as well. Whenever I had a question it would be answered within the day or next day (depending on how busy they are) but they always respond. For sure will be buying from them again in the future

The turnaround time for a hand made Miami Cuban bracelet was less than 3 weeks, I have waited over 3 months for a similar product from other jewelers. The customer service was top notch. It was my first time ordering jewelry online and the whole process was very smooth. I had received my chain and I had noticed the jump ring was not soldered, so I emailed them about it. Within a day they had replied to me and had offered to solder it for free. Instead they reimbursed me the cost of getting the chain soldered at a local store, since shipping cost would be too expensive as I am in Canada. Just got my Miami Cuban Link 7mm 20inch 10kt chain delivered today and let me say very pleased!!! The links are tight like I requested and the box lock clicks with a very tight fit to keep my chain secure. The customer service was on point and every step was communicated to me. I see plenty of videos on YouTube about Daniel's, Reys, and others but they charge thousands more and in my personal opinion the chain I got today is right up there with a chain from them with top craftsmanship, it looks beautiful and I didn't have to spend a small fortune for a hand made Miami Cuban Link. Got to know Liry’s through their YouTube channel and I was looking for a 14k Miami Cuban link bracelet to pair with my 14 k diamond jade ring. Was considering to buy from Jacoje or Daniel’s Jewelry since everyone was reviewing their gold jewelry on YouTube. After doing some more research, I noticed Liry’s had the best price so I decided to email them about a 8mm 7.5” 14k bracelet. They responded quickly to my email and the purchasing experience was amazing. They told me it’s usually made to order and takes about 3 weeks but they have what I was looking for in stock. They didn’t charge tax to ship to NYC and they provide free express shipping. I got the bracelet delivered fast and it looks so beautiful. Definitely would do business with them again in the future and would recommend anyone looking for Miami Cuban links to give them a call. They have the best price when it comes to the Miami Cubans and you will get a far better deal versus buying from a local jeweler in NYC.

I am not from Tampa but after some research into Miami Cuban link jewelers I ordered my Miami Cuban link online from Liry’s. After a couple back and fourth calls and emails with Jennifer I must say I am very impressed with the quality of the chain and service I received. She was very helpful in selecting the perfect chain and took care for my specific instructions to how I wanted it. It took exactly the amount of time she said it would since it was a handmade chain(2-3 week turnaround) then they shipped ups overnight for free. The chain itself is very, very nice. It hangs straight no twists and very very solid. it’s a 28” 7mm but easily weighs as much as a 8mm you can find on eBay or a mall jewelry store. The clasp is one of the best handmade box clasps I’ve seen,( I own a couple other Cubans) very strong and you know it’s secure. I would absolutely do business with again and look forward to having my bracelet made from them. Thanks Jennifer and Liry’s jewelry for a very good experience.

I currently live in update New York and was searching for a stirling silver Cuban link chain. I must’ve went through 10 or more sites until I came across Liry’s. Seeing how far the distance was, I was skeptical buying jewelry for the first time online. Once I was delivered my package, I was hoping it was exactly what I wanted. Sure enough, it was! These guys are absolutely fantastic to deal with. I have never feared ordering clothing online, especially from companies with easy return or exchange policies. I was a tad nervous doing so with jewelry but i knew the specific pattern i wanted and only had to determine the width and length i wanted. The first order i made came and i misjudged the length so it was too long as well as to thin width wise and i wasnt happy with my choice. They paid for my return shipping and allowed me to upgrade to what i knew would satisfy what i wanted along with the proper length. I was pleased to find that the weight came in heavier than what they originally quoted and simply paid the difference in weight. The customer service was fantastic and very punctual with response times, I couldnt have had better interactions. Have bought jewelry in the past, but nothing major. Finally decided to go big and get myself a cuban link. Started off emailing back and forth with questions that were always answered within a day, then began calling because I could not make my mind up. Finally ended up in the store to make the purchase. everyone was patient with me from start to finish. Ended up going with an 8mm 24". Took a little over 3 weeks, but how can I complain? It is hand made? I am really not sure why people get all bent out of shape when it takes longer than estimated. IT IS HAND MADE, someone is literally making it. It does not grow on a tree. Came in 2 grams over, paid the difference, and had the necklace 2 days later. Thing looks amazing. I will be back in the future (they have a cuban link upgrade thing, not sure I want any bigger though).

He answered every single question/concern I had in a detailed manner. Yes, the chain takes 2-3 weeks to craft, but for cryin out loud, have some patience people...Why would you want to rush quality craftsmanship? I've only had my chain for about a week now, but it is stunning, rarely kinks (if it does, a quick shake does the trick), looks amazing, and feels so solidly amazing. Side Note: their merchandise has a lifetime guarantee on the karat of any items. This allowed me to have some confidence behind my investment. Only complaint to date - I wish the warranty was longer than 1 year upon breakage.

Bought a gold necklace and a caridad del cobre medal to go along. Medal is wonderfully made and super pretty, however the chain is absolutely garbage. So far it’s broken 2 times, the first time was about 3 months after I got it, I took it back to repair and they repaired it great. During thanksgiving break, probably another month after I got it fixed, it broke again...I live over an hour and a half away and don’t have time to keep coming back to get this chain repaired every time it breaks. It’s really frustrating because I only wear this necklace whenever I go out, this isn’t something I shower with or pull on so it shouldn’t break as easily without anything being done to it.
