DON’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE! The only thing better than the buying experience at LC Rings was the prices. I was a first time engagement ring buyer. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO BUY YOUR JEWELRY!! Paul at LC RINGS is truly the best! His quality, price and customer service are second to none!! I contacted Paul through email wanting a very specific engagement ring. He let me know the process of designing my custom piece. I had already purchased a diamond from another retailer and was going to send it to him to have set in the setting.BUT (this is why I said don't go anywhere else) He found me a bigger stone with even better quality then the diamond I had already purchased for $500 LESS!! We then went ahead and started the design process. Paul has a total eye for detail and even showed me a few changes he suggested. After I approved the 3D setting it was sent off to be made and then set. He then sent me a video of my final ring. It was then shipped to me and came fast with all the info needed to get insurance. Let me tell you, LC Rings over delivered 100% the ring I envisioned and more with a bigger center stone and more than half the price of other custom jewelers. Mind you this was all done by me being all the way across the country in California! I will definitely be back for mine and my Fiance's wedding band!

Well were do I start. Paul is just an amazing sales person that knows the quality in what he sells. I never spoke with him over the phone, we simply sent text messages back and forth for over three months in regards to his inventory and me selecting the perfect diamond. So, after all that took place i ordered my semi mount wedding set in and took an hour drive to see him. When i arrived the office was beautiful, clean and accommodating. Great customer service even one year after purchasing the engagement ring!!! I contacted Paul this morning informing him that the main diamond on my engagement ring, that my husband purchased from him, became very loose. Paul told me to stop in the same day, which I came by during my lunch break. He took care of me right away and in less than 20 minutes he had fixed my ring, the diamond does not rotate anymore. Appointments can be made online and are confirmed via text message with directions to his office included (and photos to make sure you are at the correct building). Once at the appointment, Paul felt more like an old friend than a salesman. I was shown a variety of engagement rings of different sizes and settings. All of the options that we saw were lesser quality and at a much much higher cost. There is no need to over pay at any traditional retail jeweler when LC Rings is in town. I was looking for a very specific diamond for my fiance’s engagement ring recently; a 2+ carat Asscher cut, which is very hard to find locally. I'm a very savvy buyer that rarely pays retail, and so when I ran across Mr. Paul Yost's diamond broker business, with his incredibly low prices and that fact that he's located near the top of the very prominent Region's Bank building in Tampa, I thought this would be the perfect place to get a great diamond! It turns out my instincts were completely correct! Paul was incredibly professional, and once he explained his business model, I knew I had made the correct choice for such a special purchase. Paul had a nice selection of settings, but I knew my fiance had something very specific in mind, and I wanted to have the ring to give to her on Christmas eve, so he allowed me to temporarily purchase one of his settings so I could make that happen!! We ordered the permanent setting, which came a few weeks later, and he bought back the original setting. I thought this was INCREDIBLE customer service, something I wouldn't have gotten anywhere else!! There is no such thing as a cheap diamond, but you can save a good 20% off retail if you purchase through low cost rings. Paul is very knowledgeable and has options for every budget. They had great quality, great service, etc. However, we walked out of L C Rings with a BIGGER diamond, BETTER Quality, Better Color, More Carats, More diamonds on the sides of the ring; then just the band and setting WITHOUT the main diamond being included at the other jewelry store. We obtained a WHOLE RING, at L C RINGS with everything included, for the same price as the other jewelry store; which was just the band and setting, WITHOUT the main center diamond being included in the price. PLUS at L C RINGS, we truly got SO MUCH BETTER QUALITY Diamonds then we could have at this other jewelry store, and others like it. The ring we bought at L C RINGS was a D color Grade, which is the best you can get on the Color scale. Plus an excellent grade on the Clarity! We purchased a Gorgeous 3/4 Carat Marquee diamond ring which popped like no other Marquee ring I've ever seen. This is probably the third review that I've ever written in my life, I normally don't do this. But for this gentleman and his jewelry store, I had to. It was that good, and it was that good of a deal. I'll say this with all sincerity, you'll be doing yourself a disservice if you don't at least check out his store before you make a purchase, especially a costly one for your most significant other! I spent the last 8mo learning about the ins and outs of diamonds and going to every single jewelry store in town trying to find the perfect ring i knew what i wanted but the chain stores are very very expensive for for diamonds that are just ok and i didnt want just ok or a production line setting and being told that the coal in the stone "added character".
