The first time I heard of Kiefer Jewelers was on the Joy FM. We had been looking for a special wedding set for our 25th anniversary, so I decided to do what we all do…Google their website to get a vibe for what Kiefer's offered before making the hour drive out to one of their 2 locations. Their website certainly made a positive first impression! Each section is well organized; each item is clearly displayed with the pertinent details fully documented and the store location identified where the item is currently in stock. It didn’t take long to find the perfect ring! So, we headed to the Lutz location which was easy to find and well appointed. Brianna warmly greeted us as soon as we walked in and worked with us to find the piece we had our eye on as well as a coordinating ring for my husband. They offered champagne, wine, beer and a full charcuterie board which added to the ambience and class of the entire experience. Brianna was attentive and knowledgeable; patiently working with us until we felt we’d found the right set - she even surprised us with a discount! Another exceptional feature at Kiefer Jewelers is an on-site jeweler, who sized our rings while we went to lunch. To top it off, the foil embossed gift bag and matching ring boxes added that finishing touch of elegance and class you'd only expect from a top shelf establishment. We will be back! Oh, and the rings - like Kiefer’s are a perfect fit!

Bob has been a delight to work with on everything from watches to other jewelry. The professionalism and service are second to none. I definitely recommend stopping in and saying hello. Daniel was patient. He did not think my diamond could be reset in the original band which is what I truly wanted. Both purchases I’ve made from this store have been beautiful jewelry pieces. I’ve been in the store about 10-15 times whether just browsing, designing a necklace, or going for a certain event. Each time, every employee is extremely welcoming and kind. You don’t ever feel pressured to buy, and you’re encouraged to try on whatever you like. Many retailers will just follow you around the store, or pressure you with their weekend sale, this store does NOT do that which is incredibly nice. Right as you walk through the door you are greeted by friendly staff. Everyone makes your visit their number one priority. The prompt manner in which I was assisted with every need possible from a drink to helping locate the perfect watch Is quite a change of pace from the typical "what do you want" attitude present at multiple other jewelers I visited. But I really have to mention the problems, resolution to give you a clear picture of how above and beyond keifers goes for it's customers. Firstly I had an issue where my bank had allowed partial payment and locked my account Bob welcomed me to take all the time I needed to sort this matter out as I attempted to do so I found minutes ago my bank had closed it's line that would have given me the ability to finish the transaction visibly upset Bob offered to hold the item with partial payment as a down payment this is beyond considerate, show compassion for a visitor. I can't give enough credit to Bob for his customer service, consideration and only hope if your on the fence about a jewler anxious about being pressured go see Bob at keifers he'll make you feel like family.

To start this review a little info. I have been into a few jewelers in the past, to get a watch battery replaced or some work on a necklace never to make a big purchase. I have never felt comfortable in a jewelry store, to me it is like I'm at a high end car dealer and I just don't belong... This visit was big and meaningful, I needed it to go perfect. From the minute I walked in Shelby was amazing. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable and she explained everything very well. I was so happy with her service the first time I walked through their door I did not shop around, I knew my purchase was coming from Shelby and Kiefer Jewelers. I left and came back about a week later when I had more time to customize my order. I had an idea of what I wanted when I walked in and Shelby was able to pull it all together. We completed the design and finalized the purchase, I left very happy with the product design. About an hour after I left I received an email from Shelby (my preferred method of communication) advising me she had found the design I had originally been looking for. Included in the email were both designs to compare along with the slight price difference. When I received the follow up email I was shocked she continued to look for the original design after my purchase was made. It showed me she wasn't in it just for the sale. Getting me exactly what I wanted is what mattered to her. I made the changes through email and waited for my ring to he finished. I received the message advising me the ring was finished. When I picked it up it was everything I expected. The ring was beautiful and exactly how I imagined it even before I walked through Kiefer's doors. The quality of the work put into my ring is top notch. If you are looking for top quality and a home town feel when making a jewelry purchase stop in and see Shelby or any of the staff behind the counter at Kiefer Jewelers.

I was looking for a place to get a written appraisal on my ring and get it resized. I looked into a few places but was worried about having it sent out and leaving it with strangers. My dad has been going to Kiefer for years and years and recommended I go check it out. I was very hesitant but as soon as I walked in they instantly made me feel like family and like I had been a customer of theirs for years. It was just an instant good gut feeling. I was able to make an appointment for the appraisal so I didn't even have to have it sent out. I sat right there with the appraiser as he did his thing. I did end up needing to leave it with them to get resized which I at that point felt completely comfortable with. They told me it would take approximately 5 to 7 days but I received the text in less than 2 that it was ready. Upon picking up my ring I was absolutely blown away. It was perfect. The size was exactly as it should be, they did a beautiful job resizing and they had cleaned it for me so well that I almost didn't recognize it. I just can't stop staring at it, it's absolutely perfect. Everyone there was incredibly wonderful and very friendly but Brittany, David and Wendy were an absolute pleasure to work with. I even had an antique watch that I brought in that they were able to get working and Brittany had a wonderful suggestion of turning it into a lariat necklace since the cord was too small to fit around my wrist as a watch. So we were able to give a vintage watch a beautiful new life. I honestly rarely leave reviews but I thought it was important for others that have the same worry as me when either looking for a place that is safe to leave your jewelry or to find quality pieces, know Kiefer is definitely the place to go!

I don't wear the jewelry I buy from Keifer's, I'm just the guy with the wallet and the wife and the Calendar of Death counting down to the next gift-giving holiday. But before I ever set foot there, I did a circuit of plenty of other jewelry stores in Pasco. (Puh-lenty!) Kiefer's seemed like the place that had the best value. Fortunately the missus really likes every piece she's got from Kiefers. The estate jewelry section always has some great bargains. REPAIR: I like Kiefers. The staff is aces. But I LOVE their jewelry repair guy! The missus got fed up with all the broken jewelry in her box, so we cycled a dozen items of all shapes and sizes through Kiefer's onsite repairman. WOW! He did a great job for very reasonable coin. LOVE THAT GUY!

I went in to have my Rolex sized. In the past I’ve used Mayors to remove a link in my other Rolex and they gladly sized it at no charge. I then had another Rolex sized (link removed) at Kiefers for no charge. So naturally when I needed this one sized I went back to Kiefers. This time however they charged over $60 with taxes to size my watch. I didn’t argue the fact that last time I was there they didn’t charge me, nor did I mention Mayors happily sized my previous watch at no charge. I simply paid their fee and know that the next time I need anything done to my Rolex I’ll use Mayors. It should be noted that the staff at Kiefers are top notch. They are very nice, very polite and true professionals.
