I was leery at first because you have to email, but this company answers right away. I worked with Brittany and she was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me. I have read some of the reviews and find them to be totally in accurate. First of all it does tell you that the earrings are 2 carat total weight. I have had my agape diamond ring for five years and it has not gotten cloudy it’s sparkles like you cannot believe and I have gotten compliments on it numerous times I just don’t know what people expect but please don’t badmouth the company unless you can provide pictures Showing that the ring didn’t have a diamond or showing that the ring was cloudy

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was the quality of the chain. I bought a 4 carat stone set in 18 k gold with a matching 16 inch chain (wanted a 14 inch chain but no luck). The chain is quite light. Will definitely have to buy another, more solid one in the length I want. Otherwise.....lovely. Glad to have made the purchase. A. Haible

I absolutely love the sparkle of my diamond pendant and have received numerous compliments on it. I have not had it off since my husband presented it to me. I did purchase a stronger chain to wear with it as I didn’t feel the chain it came with, would withstand the constant wear. I had to contact Customer Service with my concerns and was pleased with their prompt reply. I do recommend AGAPE diamonds to all discerning customers.

Before making my purchase, I was confident I was making a great choice based on jewelry descriptions an other reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected. My vintage diamond ring arrived with a diamond missing. When I reached out to Agape I was told I could not return the merchandise without the tag. I removed the tag to try it on so I was fine with that as long as I could exchange it because I felt like repairing it would not solve the problem in fear it would happen again. They agreed to replace my ring so I received a bracelet and earrings as my replacement. The earrings and bracelet are beautiful and I love them but I will not purchase from this store again because just like my ring came with a defect, my bracelet latch was also defective. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the care and quality of the service I received.

When I received the ring I picked, I was not pleased. It looked very fake. I was surprised by how fake it looked in natural light. I returned the ring with no issues. Fast delivery, grest value and a beautiful ring. Re-review: after wearing rings for approximately 3 weeks, I noticed that they were becoming dull and yellow. Contacted company after 2 months and was told the rings required rhodium. Now have to return them so that this can be done. Very disappointed that this is happening so soon after purchase. Love the rings but am kind of regretting purchase, solely for this reason. Update: Sent rings back to have rhodium applied. Received in less than two weeks. When I removed the rings from the box, they looked basically the same. Still yellow. Just polished. I have a white gold ring wrap that I wear with the ring, so obvious that the rhodium was not applied when the rings were returned. Expected better from a business called Agape. Never doing business with them again!

Ordered a Marquise cut ring and ear rings for the Wife at Christmas and was not satisfied with the clarity of the stone in the ring. I called them and no questions asked sent me a form for warranty service and one week later the ring was returned opened the box and the replacement stone was absolutely stunning. I placed an order in month before Xmas received the ring two weeks opened the box and found it was the wrong ring but I loved the ring proposed to my now fiance how ever after wearing the ring found out she's allergic to yellow gold and she told me she had her heart set on a different ring so I set the ring back to exchange for what she wanted. I ordered online. The shine and brilliance of the diamonds is absolutely outstanding. Even my jeweler is convinced under 9X magnification that I spent $40,000 when I spent $2,000. The quality of the setting also impressed! I would recommend that anyone looking to buy diamond rethink a poor investment. Wake up people, the diamond market is controlled and manipulated. Diamonds are not rare at all and you are being tricked. Agape Diamonds are awesome.

Beautiful ring my husband got me. I’m not a flashy person and I also work at a hardware store so I wear the band everyday and ring on my off days. Perfect for the price. I have to send the ring back twice, once for size issue and the other for loose diamonds. I have had to take the ring to a outside jeweler to deal with loose diamonds again. The ring now is in good condition. I don't think it's right to have the purchaser pay to send back for loose stones, and be without the ring for up to 4 weeks. I like the concept of the rings, we will see if I would buy another one or refer out.

I ordered an engagement ring from Agape several years ago and was super impressed with it. I still get thrilled when the ring sparkles under grocery store or other lights. There is no way anyone could tell that it was not a real 2 carat diamond! I can also tell you that after reading other reviews I completely disagree with that they look like cubic zirconium diamonds! That statement is a joke. I have had many of those and they are not even in the same category at all. I wear my ring daily, do not remove it for chores or anything, I have bashed it into my car window and other things and it looks like the day I got it.

I love, love, LOVE my Agape Diamond ring!! I have to admit, I was skeptical purchasing a ring of this price without seeing it. I searched all reviews and read all of them (good and bad). I finally emailed Agape Diamonds and Brianna got back to me. I also ended up speaking to Brianna on the phone and afterwards asked her to email pictures of the ring so I had an idea as to what it looked like on someone's finger. Brianna was more than happy to answer all my questions and send me pictures. The rings were beautiful, but fake stones. Genuine & well crafted 14K. I just purchased a 2.10 carat diamond solitaire for 800. I paid over $1600 for a 2 ring set here. You can get real diamonds so cheap nowadays. The only positive is they will finance if you need that. In that case they’re great for you.

Final review. Jay Richardson has done everything they could for me to handle this issue. Absolutely the only place I will ever buy jewelry from again. I walked in to their store (which is gorgeous), and was greeted almost immediately with a smile and assistance in what I was looking for. Being that I'm a man, I was completely confused by how to go about getting a custom ring made. Jay explained everything there was to know about diamonds, the differences between lab-created and mined diamonds, and how the custom process works. In addition to that, he threw in a pair of earrings as well. I received the ring in it's pristine packaging and the ring and earrings were both flawless. I saved thousands of dollars by not going to those other stores you see on TV, and even better, the ring appraised at another jeweler (my wife is very detailed and thorough) for THREE TIMES what I paid for it, so now I look like the best husband ever. Only reason I give it a 4 star is because I went through a lot to get my fiance her ring , first they sent me the wrong ring, I wanted a round cut design , they sent me a square framed ring with a round diamond, so basically the right diamond on the wrong squared frame , had to send it back 6 days before I pop the question. Luckily they were kind enough to have me offer night the ring back to them so that they can over night me back the right ring . And soon after I received my ring the day before I needed it. Just in time! Beautiful ring I was very pleased with it all the design the diamond and the presentation of it all, Only shortly after one week exactly , one of the side diamonds came off , it was dissapointing. Once again I had to send it back so they can repair it , my fiance was a bit sad she had to send the ring back lol , but they were great at trying to speed up the process and getting it back to me asap. Aside from all the hassle , I really did like the ring , my fiance loves it , and gets compliments every day . So Agape is doing something right !

Agape Diamonds are without a doubt the "best" way to wear large diamonds and not fear loosing $25,000 or more should it be lost or stolen. At first I was a little nervous about purchasing ANY non genuine or not real diamonds. Agape Diamonds ARE diamonds but come without thousands of years of forming in the earth's surface. Agape Diamonds make their diamonds just as mother nature does, they just produce them faster and in controlled settings. What's so ironic is that some of our friends who also have larger than usual diamonds compliment my wife's beautiful diamonds and the setting. One favorite comment by one of those women was this : She told her friend that SHE KNOWS diamonds and that this diamond wasn't a fake stone. And in our minds it's not a fake diamond. It's only a more perfect version of mother nature's diamonds and produced within a laboratory. I suspect there are many more big diamonds by Agape than we as consumers think. Stunning is to common a word to describe the fire and refractive properties of my new Tiffany style 3 carat 4 prong gold ring with 2 matching gold bands. The packaging alone is worth mention! The large beautifully crafted red satin lined & padded box just speaks of class and quality. Once opened, there's the " Ah" factor, as I opened the box to look at my rings, I think I made a girly squeal! Took my breath away completely. The kind of excitement that makes you want to run out of the house screaming " you have to see this, OMG!" The fact that a stunning pair of 2 ct. diamond studs were also included was over the top, '"OMG, OMGOMG" moment. I am so impressed, I cannot even believe how fortunate I was to have discovered them on line. I have always purchase faux diamonds through emitations online. The purchase I made from Agape is well worth the price, it is clearly head and tails above anything CZ. The refraction properties are stupendous, the fire is so eye catching, I can barely take my eyes off it! Also, it is worth mentioning, that when I looked at mine side by side with my niece's 2 carat Moissanite diamond, there really is no comparison at all! The moissanite is lovely and crisp and clear, but the fire os cooler, not nearly as dazzling as my Agape diamond. Now, Of course, I wish I had designed an entirely different ring, but that's for next time! I have huge hands for a girl, and my ring size is 11.50, this size allows me to have the ring be very loose and then when swelling occurs, it still fits. I also found an aftermarket ring shrinker kit which uses resin painted on like nail polish and then cured with UVlight, which allows me to have the ring fit nicely all the time. You cannot go wrong with Agape diamonds, it is worth the higher cost to have such a superior diamond, that only you know is lab created. It is so very worth it to pay $1250 an Agape carat VS $12,500 a DeBeers Carat.
