I moved recently from Boston to St Louis and was looking for a quality watch repair company for myself. I had good success from where I previously lived and saw the good reviews online so I decided to give them a try. Eric my watch guy, not only was able to match up a suitable replacement for my Casio watch, but he was able to offer suggestions on clasp, etc. He repaired my watch to a good working status and also helped my Mom with a linger issue as well. Fair price, good location, very professional, this it the place everyone should go to get their watch fixed. You won't regret it.

Fast, knowledgeable, fair. Eric is an incredibly nice guy that cares about his customers. He wants to do things the right way so that you don't have any issues later on, and he'll do it for you right away. His prices are quite reasonable as well. He replaced two batteries and repaired two bands that other shops had failed to do for me; and he did it all in 30 minutes.

Quick, polite, and professional. I have a Seiko SKX that was only a couple of years old and was having crown issues and I took it here because of the reviews and I am glad I did. The store operator was friendly and informative and the free estimate only took a few days. The repair was simple and was completed within the same hour I got the estimate call back. The watch was opened and so a pressure test was included which was nice. They had the parts needed in stock too. Nice selection of Hadley Roma bracelets/bands too in store if you need something basic. Will definitely recommend to my dad who has more expensive pieces when he inevitably needs them serviced.

If I could add more stars I would. My brother and I found our great grandpa’s watch a couple weeks before our father’s 60th birthday, but the face was cracked and it was in general disrepair. Eric was able to restore it in the expedited time frame we needed, and it looks amazing! He was also able to give us the date it originated, adding to the incredible story. My dad was floored. Best gift ever, and it couldn’t have happened without Eric’s help.

My wife found this small business online. She had an old retirement watch from her dad when he passed a while back. She wanted to give it our son to remember his grandfather. It was sitting in a jewel box for years but was not working at all. We took it to Eric at watch repair central. He looked it over. He gave us a best and worse situation. He had it for a week. We needed all new works and a battery of course. He cleaned it up. It looks great. A new tradition to pass on. We lost Robinson Jewelers in our neighborhood when they closed. I went in with three different watches, one that I truly luv..my baby. Another one that I like the color and another one that I thought was a knockoff. He fixed my baby and got the second one up and running. I found out the knockoff was actually real but would take more money than I felt like spending that day. Great customer service, he had them completed in a timely manner when he said that he would. Everything was reasonably priced. Great customer service. Nothing more that you could ask for. My watch stopped working after an unfortunate drop so I emailed WRC for repair information. They replied the same day, encouraging me to bring the watch in. I'm not sure how busy they were pre-covid, but I was able to bring my broken watch (and another with a dead battery) in during the day and the man working fixed it while I waited. Between the time I emailed them and came in the next day, he had looked up my model and almost immediately found a potential fix. They have a window into the back workspace so you can see them working on your watch. He was very careful and skillful realigning the hands of my Boldr Venture. Luckily that was all it took to get my watch working again! I was in and out for much less time and money than I expected for a watch repair. They greatly exceeded my expectations and I will definitely return if I have any need in the future.

I walked in without an appointment and Eric dropped his work to assist me immediately. He replaced the battery of my wristwatch, conducted a vacuum seal test, and installed a new glass face that was thinner and less likely to sustain a crack. All within 15 minutes. Outstanding!

Eric was very responsive and answered all my questions when I called over the phone. I brought in a dive watch that was taking in water. Eric reseated the crystal, vacuum tested the watch, cleared out some dust from the dial, and reseated a bezel insert all on the spot. I was in and out in about 40 minutes and very happy with the work done.

Eric did a great job with a new movement in a watch I had purchased elsewhere. Then I brought in a tennis bracelet with a delicate mesh chain that had broken. He repaired it so well I can't tell where the repair is. Fabulous!

I usually handle my watch needs at home with tools I already have. The only thing I will not do is try to mess with the movement (or battery, if applicable) - basically anything that has to do with removing the case back. I recently moved to the area, and this was the first watch repair shop I found. After this visit, it will be the only watch repair shop I go to. Stellar service, explained every option available to me, and didn't make me feel obligated to purchase an expensive service. The battery in my meca-quartz movement was replaced quickly and the case back was secured back to its original water resistance level. Absolutely phenomenal experience.
