I visited Vincent's today for the first time at the recommendation of a friend. I am new to the area and needed to find a reputable jeweler to clean my engagement ring one week before my wedding. The staffers were so warm and friendly and had my ring polished and sparkling in under 15 minutes, free of charge! I will definitely be back to purchase jewelry in the future.

I have never left a google review before, but the customer service here was incredible and thought it deserved a review. After trying on rings at a few other stores and feeling a little frustrated at finding nothing I liked, Vincent’s Jewelers changed my mood instantly. This store had so many unique options and never pushed me to buy an engagement ring I didn’t love. Marc asked what I liked or didn’t like about a ring I was trying on and kept pulling rings until I found one I was happy with. Marc was incredibly patient and ultimately found the perfect engagement ring, diamond, and wedding band for me. On top of Marc being amazing at his job, the rest of the staff were also kind and friendly. I would recommend Vincent’s Jewelers time and time again.

I somehow ended up getting a ring stuck on my finger with no way to get it off myself I literally tried everything possible from the Windex and floss trick to the tape method to anything else that I could find on Google I even called the fire department who told me to call 911 and then that exact fire department showed up with ring cutters and told me the best they could do for me is give me a ride to the hospital so instead I looked up Jewelers in my area called Vincent Jewelers told them the situation and they were more than happy to help. The staff was amazing and friendly very attentive and had that ring off within minutes and here's the best part they didn't charge me a dime I did however end up picking out a couple items and putting it down payment for my boyfriend's future birthday present! Vincent's Jewelers has to be one of the no not one of, THE ABSOLUTE best jewelry store or jeweler in the St Louis area and I highly recommend this establishment to any and everyone! Marc at Vincents main goal is for his customer to be happy. He has endless patience in helping you select your perfect piece of jewelry, even if it means exchanging it for something different if not completely happy once you get it home. He is respectful of your budget and never pressures his clients to spend more than they are comfortable spending. I sent my son to Mark when he picked out an engagement ring for his fiance. Marc spent hours with him educating him about diamonds. Vincent's jewelers also stands behind their jewelry. Any problem/repair is taken care of in a timely friendly manner. This is a service you do not have when purchasing jewelry off of the internet. I deal mainly with Marc but Leo and the rest of his staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Vincent's Jewelers.

My girlfriend/now-fiancé and I had a wonderful experience looking for engagement rings at Vincent's Jewelers! We worked with Christina, who did a tremendous job showing us all of our band options and comparing diamond possibilities. My girlfriend wanted to try a couple of rings on that weren't currently at the store, so Christina had them shipped in and they arrived extremely quickly! Christina took the time to text us when they came in so we could get in to see them right away. We were impressed with Vincent's selection and their prices were incredible — tremendous value for the quality of ring and diamond that you get! We ultimately went with another very similar jewelry store in St. Louis (we visited several local jewelry stores, smaller and big-box). And that store even said if we didn't go with them, we should go with Vincent's because of its great people and products there. We were so pleased and impressed with our Vincent's experience even though we didn't buy from them that the least we could do was leave a 5-star review. You're making a great choice if you get your engagement ring from Vincent's!

Vincent's has been so wonderful to me! I went in to buy an engagement ring and I knew nothing about diamonds or jewelry. The salesman named Marc had helped my mother several times before and she suggested I go see him. He sat down with me and educated me about diamonds, what to look for, and how to not get a bad deal. I visited him in the store and called him on the phone several times and every time he was as patient as could be and never pushy. He really respected my price range and never once suggested going over it. He worked extremely hard and even searched around and ordered in the perfect diamond for me and gave me an incredible deal!! Marc has been so incredible through the whole process and really cares about every customer who comes in. I know I will never buy from anybody else. I came in to the store to work with Marc 5 or 6 times and each time he was exceptionally professional and happy to work with me. Later, when I needed my ring resized (not their fault-I dislocated my finger, and the size permanently changed), they actually had it done a day early-- the day right after I dropped it off! I've always hated going to jewelry stores, but when I wanted to get an engagement ring for my now wife, I shopped around and then we both went to Vincent's on a recommendation from a friend. It was a completely different experience. The staff is friendly and very helpful, and Marc was more than happy to take the time to show us different styles and educate us. Love Vincent's Jewelers! I have been using them since 1999 when they had their store located downtown St. Louis. Mario and his sister, Maria are the jewelers I deal with personally. However, I would highly recommend anyone at the store. Kindness and caring associates would describe the folks that work there. You can't go wrong with any of them. Oh, and the jewelry is totally outstanding!! They have it all and, just in case you can't find what you're looking for, they will custom design something. This place is the absolute best! My fiancé worked with Maria to create my one of a kind ring! We will be using that same CAD drawing to create my unique wedding band as well. Not only do they have the highest level of customer service, they are kind and caring about each and every detail in relation to buying an engagement ring. Even when Vincent's did not have the exact diamond that my fiancé was looking for, Maria went above and beyond to bring options to him so that he could pick exactly what he wanted. Once my fiancé proposed, Maria walked through all of the 4 C's with me so that I understood the detail that went into choosing my ring! A few months after picking up my ring, Maria called us and mentioned there was a tiny imperfection in my setting. Nothing that would affect the integrity of the ring, but still an imperfection. Without asking, she simply had a new band made at no cost to us. This just speaks to the attention to detail and desire to provide the perfect and high quality jewelry that you deserve! By far the best around and would recommend buying any piece of jewelry here! TLDR: buy your jewelry here!! You will not be disappointed.

I knew very little about diamonds, settings ect and my boyfriend well lol.. he knew nothing. Leo so nice and patient when he was educating us on all things engagement rings/diamonds. He and his team made us feel super comfortable with zero pressure. I also did not realize what a HUGE selection of engagement rings they had onsite! We ended up combining two different style rings and I was SHOCKED at the end price... WAYY cheaper than Shane co and Diamonds direct prices. Especially for a custom ring! Do yourself a favor and go to Vincent's first. I guarantee you that you will not have to go anywhere else. I would highly recommended Vincent's to anyone!

They have plenty of space for parking. The store is clean and nicely decorated. I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from them. They can get a wide variety of loose stones in few days. The price is reasonable and is comparable with internet price. They can also make custom jewelry for you. They have an excellent service and are friendly and knowledgeable. Christina at Vincent's helped me to find the perfect engagement ring within my budget. First off, I would like to thank Christina and the jewelers at Vincent's for their incredible speed. I completed the selection of an uncommon fancy yellow center diamond and band in less than a week. No part of the process took longer than 3 days. This included: -sourcing the diamonds for evaluation -modifying the band to my specifications -mating the center stone -and resizing the ring after my engagement Secondly, I was not pressured to spend more at any point. I knew what I wanted for the most part, and Christina guided me in that direction while being completely transparent on price and value. Finally, the customer service has been wonderful! They are reasonable with their guarantees and after-sale service, promising to replace any accent diamonds that may be dislodged due to the modifications of the band by the jewlers. All in all, I highly recommend Vincent's!

This is a great jewelry store. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. They are also one of the only jewelry stores I know of in the St. Louis area in which you can consign your preowned jewelry. I would recommend trying to consign it prior to selling it straight to a store (you will get more $). I have done business and met with Leo (manager) at Vincent's on several occasions and he has taken the time to sit me down and review a large amount of products I consign through them. Overall I have only had great experiences with this shop and would highly recommend them.

I went to Vincent's to check into options for a slimmer wedding band so I could wear my great-grandmother's anniversary band with my wedding ring. Marc Savory was so helpful in this process! He showed me several new settings that would complement my grandmother's band, but he noticed that I was hesitant to give up my original wedding ring. So Marc spoke with one of the repair techs to see if it would be possible to slim down my original wedding ring while still keeping the integrity and design of the ring. Long story short - it was possible, and I got to keep my original wedding ring (which my husband had designed) which is now a perfect match to my grandmother's ring. I could not be happier!

Hi, So this place is amazing. There jewelry is great but what I love most about them is there customer service they are seriously SO NICE AND HELPFUL!!!!!!! I got My ring while back from a different jeweler and they have been really difficult about sizing it because my fingers are so tiny, but Vincent’s was so kind and told me it wouldn’t be a problem! They gave me a temporary solution as well without a penny spent and I didn’t even get my ring from them! I WONT BE GOING TO ANY OTHER PLACE FROM NOW ON EXCEPT VINCENTS!!!! My wife lost the diamond out of her engagement ring a while back. Last year, I went to Vincent's to find a loose diamond to replace it. Even though I am positive my purchase was not a big one, Mario treated me like I was his only customer, spending a lot of time with me to find a good fit. He was knowledgeable and professional, which is how the whole shop felt--not surprising since they have been in business a long time. We went back recently to have the prongs checked and the ring cleaned and the same was true. I could have saved a few bucks on-line, but the service is worth the few dollars more.

This is my goto jewelery shop in St Louis. Maria helped me choose both the engagement ring and the wedding band (separate trips) for my wife. She was very patient and provided me all the necessary details to help me understand the diamond world. The bang for the buck here is amazing. My wife recieves so much compliments on the shine of her ring, even compared to the brand named rings on their fingers. It's truly a timeless experience when you can walk into a place, having last minute plans at that, and a company completely take care of your needs! I recently purchased an engagement ring online and as luck would have it, the ring arrived late. I had to consider last minute resizing options literally a day before I was to head out for our vacation, and hence the big question!!
