I was given all the time I needed as well as plenty of choices. .We tried different sizes and different lengths to find the perfect one for me. Take a couple minutes to read this review. Five stars aren’t enough to describe Hufford’s Jewelry in Frontenac, MO. They are simply the best of the best. Dan Hufford and his skilled craftsmen are my “go-to” team for all jewelry needs. I purchased my wife’s engagement ring and wedding bands there. Hufford’s doesn’t try to upsell you into buying more than you need. Their approach is that they are there to help you make the right purchase that fits your needs and budget. Their merchandise is of the highest quality and is absolutely beautiful. Their support doesn’t end when the sale is complete. They offer lifetime support to include cleaning and repair, if needed. We had a problem with my wife’s ring about a year after we purchased it. Dan said, “No problem. We’ll fix it at no charge.” I don’t know who else would do that. I strongly recommend you consider a consultation with Dan and his team for any of your jewelry needs. They won’t disappoint you!

My fiancée and I walked in to have a few links in my watch removed. They are in a Ritzy area of the city and yet only charged $10 tax included, and cleaned my fiancée’s engagement ring for free. The attendant made efforts at conversation with us and we didn’t wait in line for anything. Well will bring our business here, and I recommend this jeweler to anyone. (They also have an extensive shop of jewels and watches, ROLEX also. We didn’t shop for anything though, so I will leave that to other reviewers.)

I had an incredible experience at Hufford’s. I bought a watch that I could afford on Amazon. When it arrived, the watch looked great, but I could not get the clasp to work right, and the band was too big, and needed some links removed to fit my wrist properly. So, I brought the watch in to Hufford’s. They discovered that a key part of the clasp had been installed backwards, so the clasp would not work. It was a tricky job to remove the incorrectly installed part without damaging it, since it was wedged into a tight spot. The folks at Hufford’s got the job done, got the band assembled and working properly, and got the watch up and running properly. In the meantime, they gave me an education on automatic watches, which is what my new watch is. Apparently, Rolex watches are automatic as well, meaning they have no battery, but are powered by the movement of the person wearing the watch. I am thrilled with the look of my new watch. It looks like a Rolex, but costs a lot less. What did they charge me for all of this fantastic service and repair work? A surprisingly low amount of money. Needless to say, I will be going to Hufford’s whenever I need help with this watch or any other watch or piece of jewelry that needs some help. The repair technicians are right on the premises, and they come out and talk to you about your watch and what needs to be done. This was an incredible experience of great service at a very fair price. I’m very glad that a family friend recommended Hufford’s to me.

Hufford's is all about service, service, service. I lost track of the number of times they have been willing to open early or stay late so I could get a special something for my special someone. When I wanted to get engaged last minute, they answered the phone after hours, opened early, and custom designed an amazing piece in budget and delivered it days before I asked for it. They provided photorealistic renderings before committing so I knew exactly how it was going to turn out. Having jewelers onsite, they can make anything you can think of. The day before our wedding, I wanted to surprise my wife with a beautiful set of earrings. I ran up to Hufford's only to realize they had closed 15 minutes before I got there. As I started to walk away, Kim comes running out the door and says "get in here, we got you". My wife LOVES her new inside out diamond hoop earrings that Kim picked especially for her as she really took time to know her taste. I won't go anywhere else for my jewelry purchases.

Huffords exceeded our expectations in making the whole experience memorable and full of joy. Unfortunately we had an issue with our loose diamond purchased outside of the country, and Huffords advocated for us to try to rectify the situation. They did not have to do this, but they genuinely wanted to see that we were treated fairly and ethically. Because of this, our future fine jewelry purchases will only be from Huffords. The cherry on top of the whole experience was the time and care they took with our teenage son when he asked to have a few links taken out of his late grandfather's watch to better fit him. They fit the watch immediately for him, but asked to keep it to clean it thoroughly and change the battery. We just picked it up with my ring they had to set the loose diamond. Both were beautiful. They felt like part of our family as they shared in our joy at seeing my new wedding ring and with the care they took with my late father's watch.

(100-year-old relative) Since it had been bought for her, in Hong Kong as gifts, by another we weren't sure of the quality. Hufford's jeweler looked at each piece carefully and determined 3 were the "real thing." Had a new clasp put on the "real" necklace but no charge for giving us the diagnosis on the genuine and costume jewelry. Very helpful. I suspect the "other", who is long gone, was taken in Hong Kong.
