The knowledgeable sales person by the name of Arlene assisted us with her 24 years of diamond experience and her pleasing personality. I recently brought a ring that was my mother’s to Decor One. It was in rough shape, I had damaged the stone from constantly wearing it. I originally had planned on just having the ring cleaned but shared my hope to one day having the stones re-set. I worked with Joe and Arlene on a custom design. I don’t often give reviews on places; I think in order to deserve a review that could potentially sway other people’s decisions in life an establishment must truly go above and beyond. Decor Jewelry does exactly that, every time. Joe and Connie (and everyone else who works there) makes sure to create an atmosphere where you feel as though you and your jewelry desires are as important to them, as they are to you. They treat you like family and you come out of every interaction feeling excited, happy, and satisfied with your decision. I have known Joe and Connie for my entire life and so to me, they are truly family. However, I have witnessed how they treat others as well and the care they take with every person is truly remarkable. I can not emphasize this enough; Decor is the one and only jewelry store I emphatically recommend to any one I care about.

How would I describe my experience with DECOR? TRUSTED FAMILY FRIEND! I sum it up with those three words. Here’s why. I met Joe and Connie almost 20 years ago and had such an amazing experience. They treated me with respect and made sure I spent my hard earned cash wisely. To this day my wife has the piece we bought and it is something that held its beauty and value. My adult son was looking for an engagement ring within his budget. I knew there was only one place to go. I haven’t talked to Joe or Connie in two decades, but they treated us like a family or friend. There is no better place if you are looking for an engagement ring or special custom piece. Joe and his team are truly amazing. They can work with whatever your budget is seriously from a young cpl to the 1% and the quality and customer service will bring you back. Last year I hit my hand hard on a metal door frame which caused a crack in the split shank on the back of the band. Décor fixed it and re-dipped the ring for no charge!
