We went to Clarkson on the recommendation of a friend for a repair and to look for a new piece. The whole team was friendly and welcoming. They had a nice selection including a variety of designer jewelers and their own pieces. Repair is pending but they clearly understood what I needed. Clarkson Jewelers is pure class. Great staff, store is beautiful. As a watch enthusiast, it’s always nice to be able to talk watches while I am there with staff who are as informed as I am. Too often I know more than the sales staff, which is disappointing. That is not the case here. Looking forward to picking up my first Rolex in the future.

Todd was one of the most patient people I have ever worked with with & he made me feel very comfortable in the process. Recently, I was able to visit the store. I cannot deny most of it related to the fact that I had heard they were updating their show room with both a Breitling section and a full section devoted to Rolex. The staff was instantly welcoming, offering me coffee or water - willing to show me any watch they had and just overall nice. Not stuffy. They didn't talk down to me, and they were very knowledgeable about every item in the store. It did not matter if it was a set of earings, a watch or a pen - they knew the product in and out. I really suggest trusting your hard earned dollars with them.

They had a wide selection of Breitling watches, including the exact model chronometer that I wanted. Elaine was very helpful and was able to explain all of the watch’s features and a little history of it to me. She was even able to help me out a little bit on the price, and I left the store very happy with a beautiful piece that I had been looking at getting for going on two years. The store manager was also very helpful and actually talked me out of getting a watch winder, even though it was a product that they sell. I highly recommend this store!

I recently moved in the area and have a new found love for fine time pieces. As I was search for local Rolex retailers I came across Clarkson's , so I paid them a visit . I was very kindly greeted by the friendly staff, I noticed the Rolex section so I immediately walked over, again I was greeted by Jessica a wonderful young lady , she answered all my questions and I actually learned a lot from her if new things about the brand and there different time pieces , needless to say I will be picking up my new and first Rolex from her on Wednesday thank you again , the experience was the best not like the other dealers I have walk into every dealer should be like this .

Exceptional experience! I went in for a simple repair but left with an Authorized Dealer for life! Todd and Izadora took care of the issue that I came in for. Along the way Todd educated me on what I had and what I should look for in future purchases. Izadora offered to show me something similar to what I had but in a larger size. She took care in showing me several options and helping me determine that the larger size might look great on my wrist. There was absolutely no pressure to buy! I waited on the repair and noticed the entire team’s interaction with customers as they came in the store. As I read some of the other reviews, it is clear that those leaving one-star reviews are simply upset at the current climate of the watch industry. Obviously the guy who was informed about the price increase is upset, but that's life! When the watch comes in, it is not the retailers fault if the manufacturer increases the price. My experience with Clarkson Jewelers could not have been any better. I didn’t know what to expect when I entered the facility but when I arrived I was met at the door by the owners young son who instantly greeted us and offered us beverages. As a parent myself I found this to be very welcoming. I then met Carin who I had been in phone contact with for about a week. The earrings were ready for pickup days earlier than they said they would be and when I picked them up they were beautiful. Great quality work. The only negative thing I have to say is the manager, Todd, was kind to me but impatient and condescending to the staff member he appeared to be training when checking me out. After talking with Todd on the phone he expressed the gratitude of my previous patronage and let me know that he had one for me and boy was I excited. As always, Clarkson greeted me with welcoming gestures and a drink to accompany my first ever Rolex purchase. For the whole entire time I didn't express much outward joy but my inside was partying like it's 1999. Full disclosure, I have yet to make a purchase at Clarkson but my experience there has nonetheless been pressure-free and pleasant. I make occasional trips into the store to browse their Rolex collection in the hopes of finding my desired pieces. Highly recommended. 11/11/20 UPDATE - I have FINALLY made a purchase at Clarkson and it made my whole day so fantastic. I received an early morning call from Jessica about an available 41mm no date Rolex submariner and I jumped on that dream watch. Clarkson shared in my celebration with bubbly champagne and Jessica indulged me with her deep knowledge on watches and it was great to share conversation with someone who knows what they are selling. I later casually browsed their large collection of other brands from Tudor to Oris. The folks at Clarkson know you by name and truly try to fulfill your requests. I waited many months for my purchase but Jessica kept me updated periodically and the end result was just so amazing. Thank you Clarkson for the great experience! 1/2022 - Clarkson is exhibiting real Rolex watches of all models on a rotating basis ( see picture from my recent visit). It's great that Clarkson is paying out of pocket to"borrow" these watches so our local watch enthusiasts can see and experience such a complete set of Rolex watches in the area. Funny thing is that I wasn't really in the market to buy a rolex and just so happened to call and make an inquiry about a rolex root beer just out of curiosity and talked to the most wonderful person named Lisa and 2 weeks later she called me to bring my other watches in to get cleaned and pressure tested. I was greeted by an associate who showed superior appreciation towards customers entering the store. The attitude was "Welcome to my store and how can I help you". Let me start by saying I’m not new to luxury watches but I am new to Rolex. And when I walked into Clarkson Jewelers I knew that this was the right place to start. I was immediately greeted by staff and when I told them I was there because I was interested in Rolex a gentleman came out to greet me named Todd. Unfortunately they did not have the stainless steel sports watch I was looking for, which seems to be the same position that every Rolex dealership is in. So he put me on a list for one and I waited. He went to the back and brought out a Stainless steel Deep Sea Rolex that was scheduled for another customer. When they were trying to remove the opal for resizing the stone cracked, as it was glued in an opals are very fragile (so I learned). A couple of days ago, I dropped into Clarkson Jewelry for a simple battery replacement for my watch. I offered to return later and they said no, we can turn this quickly. I waited, and sure enough, the battery was changed and pressure tested, 10 minutes later, all is well. Prior to handing it over, I was told the fee was $25... more than fair anywhere. I will also say this service had been done at this location prior with excellent service, and no Vet preference, just a kind professional staff, hence, my return. Now, we are not a family of great means, but we are blessed, and I was thankful for Clarkson's courtesy. I happened to be wearing typical gym clothes that day, on my way to the gym. I also had a particular hat on that day that may have identified me as a Veteran👀...not advertising, but it was the first hat in arms reach out the door. Semi bald, I wear hats😬 The bottom line here is, Clarkson waived the $25 fee for the battery, pressure testing, and gave the typical great courteous service, and thanked me for my service. Why? In this case, I was perceived a Vet because of my hat, and I am, a Vet. I expected nothing, most all Vets expect nothing more than fair, and sometimes accept less. But 2 days later, I remember the kindness extended to me. I was grateful, and I said so, and left at the same pace I entered after a simple... thank you. Why? Well, I’m shy, because service to others is what Vet’s do and never expect anything in return. I don’t care as much about the $25 break, as I said, we are blessed...(average, but value what we have), and grateful for extensions of kindness that are not expected but offered, like Clarkson Jewelry extended to me. Enough soppy stuff! Thank you Clarkson Jewelry, at Clarkson and Clayton, for your kindness and recognizing me. Though you didn’t just recognize me, you recognized ALL VETERANS on this special weekend. I would ask all who read this to take a moment, think of where you are, what you have, and why.
