My fiancé and I began searching for an engagement ring in Feb/March 2021, and decided to visit Adler's after hearing great things from my Dad and brother. (They both bought from Adler's) They raved about the selection and the time and care the salesman at the time (Mike) gave them. When we got there we were greeted by Mike, and instantly felt safe that we were going to get great service. He walked us through the 4 c's and everything we needed to know about the process. We left knowing we'd be back after we had our child the following month. That all came to a halt when they closed their doors. We decided to check out other jewelers in our area, and nothing stood out to us, whether it was selection, sales workers, etc. We really felt bummed and lost at that point, and almost decided to go the online route because we couldn't find exactly what my fiancé wanted. Well a couple more months went by and I read a Facebook post about opening the store back up! We were absolutely ecstatic and couldn't wait to visit again. The new store was being built for a few months and I felt the tike was coming to get the process going so I messaged Danielle directly on Facebook. She kept me up to date on the store, and even took the time to ask what I was looking for with the ring. I told her exactly what I wanted and she did her very best to find my perfect match, all while trying to reopen an entire store again! Once again, Adlers blew me away with the care and time they gave to make sure we got it right. I eventually placed my order after receiving CAD pictures in Decemeber 2021, and Danielle told me 6 weeks and u should have the ring. She was right on the money, and my proposal plan was right on track. My fiancé said yes on March 27th and she said she loves the ring more than anything we saw online or in store elsewhere! I cannot Thank Danielle and the whole Adler's Diamonds crew for any and all help I received during the process. I'll always recommend them if anyone ever needs suggestions.

Updated my wedding band with Adler's last week. I initially called in asking about platinum bands but Tom, who I spoke with and is the owner(I believe) was better informing me about the metals and what I was getting into. Ended up with a Serinium(from white gold) band and love it. Just make sure you're open about what you're getting and interested in and they will take care of you. I was most appreciative of how Tom never up sold me on anything, and just got me what I needed. No pressure at all when you shop and look here. Also, I had a watch batter replaced while I was looking at bands and they were kind of enough to comp the fee with the purchase of my band. Not a lot of $, but it goes a long way.
