We are so happy to have found The Diamond Room By Spektor; they are now our go-to local jeweler that we trust and highly recommend! We went to them for custom designing my engagement ring, picking out our wedding bands (they also helped resize and solder these until they were perfect), and also for watch battery replacement. The team is very knowledgable, fast and helped guide us in getting jewelry that we love!

Lost a diamond from my wedding ring (bought elsewhere) and was inquiring about replacing the stone. Both gentlemen that I met were very helpful and knowledgeable and directed me in the most reasonable and costly decision even if it wasnt necessarily spending my money in their store. Which stocked a lot of unique and beautiful jewelry. Put this store before you shop at the more familiar franchised stores.

My fiance and I looked around at various stores for rings to get an idea of what we liked and once we found a design it became a matter of finding the right store. There were a few places that we liked but the Diamond Room had something special to it. The staff was incredibly helpful during the process and was always willing to help or answer any questions. I didn't feel pushed or pressured into anything. They understood my current situation and were more than willing to work with me to get a financial plan together. I would recommend the diamond room to anyone and as a first time ring buyer they made the process easy to understand and easy to navigate. I am thankful we choose to go through the diamond room and everyone there was great.

Even though I didn't have a massive budget for a diamond upgrade, the team at The Diamond Room helped me find a stone much larger than I thought I could afford! They even made a custom band to match one from a chain so my ring was balanced. The service I received was amazing, you would have thought I was their top client. All I can say is WOW. I would give them 6 stars if I could!! The Diamond Room has always meant a lot to me, as this is where my parents got their wedding rings. The Diamond Room by Spektor truly provides some of the best customer service. My fiance had a small idea of what I wanted in a ring and took those ideas to the Diamond Room, where they helped him find the perfect ring! Not only did they help him, but they managed to get a diamond in to fit the setting in just a few days time so he could propose on an upcoming trip. They really went above and beyond to accomodate his grand ideas of a perfect proposal on very short notice. Since, I have always been greeted with a smile and friendly attitude from all of the staff and can't imagine going to another jeweler. This local gem will make you feel like a VIP, not a commission check.

Edit: all of our concerns were addressed in a very kind, professional, genuine, and swift manner. My fiancé and I were very happy with how everything was handled, and we are thinking of returning to The Diamond Room to purchase our wedding bands! Custom ordered an engagement ring online, but brought it to The Diamond Room to get resized. First time staff was super friendly and helpful, and my ring got done in a very timely manner - same day even. However, when my fiancé took the ring in himself the next day to have it sized down just another quarter size, the lady he talked to came across as very condescending and unprofessional, repeatedly asking him if he was sure that it needed to be sized down again while also explaining the basics of how ring sizing works multiple times. She also suggested at least twice that it might be better for him to wait until I could be there with him, in a way that implied he didn't know what he was talking about. Finally, when we got the ring back the second time, the band was either chipped or the rhodium did not set or something, as there is now a visible mark in the band.

For one thing, we had several family members and friends who had used the business for their special day but for another, we just really love(d) supporting local business. They are personable and put your mind at ease with zero pressure. Keith felt especially grateful as he was picking out "the diamond". Im from Nj so its was a little scary ordering online, but then Kyle, got in touch with me and made it a great experience! I brought my wedding ring into the Diamond Room and had the diamond removed (it was an inheritance piece for on my husband’s mother) and had a necklace made for my daughter. The Diamond Room then re-designed the setting into a necklace and put my daughter’s birthstone in it. One old style ring turned into two heirloom pieces. Fantastic!
