We had a wonderful experience at the Riddle’s Jewelry, thanks to Tabitha. She was recommended to me by my daughter. Spoke to her about my horrible experience with the Pandora store at the Empire Mall, When I arrived in person, she had a variety of items ready to show me. Tabitha made the process very easy, showing and explaining the differences in Pandora bracelets and charms. Most important, she was very honest and trustworthy. The Jewelry store has an extensive variety of jewelry and Pandora items. The entire staff was very friendly. I look forward to continuing to work with Tabitha for future Pandora and jewelry pieces. Riddle’s staff was awesome while my partner and I were on the hunt for permanent bracelets. They were out of the silver chain, but we’re willing to take a silver necklace from the case and still give us what we asked for. Price and service was fantastic!

My experience today was absolutely wonderful. My wedding band somehow ended up shifted a bit off center from my engagement ring. I visited 2 other stores where they quoted me over $100 and weeks without my ring. I handed it across the counter here and the gal went to work trying to straighten it out (something neither of the other places did) she was able to get it almost perfect and asked if I'd like her to keep trying. I said sure since she'd already made a lot of progress. She fixed my ring in less than ten minutes and it didn't cost me a thing. The gals working were simply wonderful! Friendly, helpful, and everything you want in a customer interaction. I'm not big on jewelry but you better believe the next time I want something, I'll be back!

Kaye is a super star customer service team member at Riddle's Jewelry in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Kaye provided us with a special Black Hills gold ring that we presented to our daughter for her birthday. Although we could have found a standard-type gold ring, Black Hills gold is unique and not available where we live. The ring required custom work; not an stock item, but with Riddle's Jewelry's product line and custom product capabilities, Kaye was able to get us what we wanted. We want to thank Kaye for her extra effort and customer service, and thank Riddle's for being able to provide the ring we wanted. Kaye's timely responses and communication was fantastic. Kaye let us know each step of the way from confirmation that Riddle's was able to meet our needs, to double checking with us via phone ahead of shipping it. The ring looks great and fits perfectly. Our daughter is proud of her ring, as are we, and it looks great on her hand. We highly recommend Kaye and Riddle's Jewelry.

My mother-in-law and I had the privilege of meeting Cale Scofield at the Riddle’s Jewelry store in the Empire Mall. We found a beautiful genuine ruby ring that signifies my mother-in-law’s and my daughter’s birth month of July. It was the perfect blend of a modern and vintage style; the exact ring we were looking for. We live an hour and a half away from the store and Cale went above and beyond and sized the ring for us on the same day. This completely surpassed our expectation. Cale is knowledgeable, competent, and courteous; an exemplary employee. This was the perfect Christmas gift for my mother-in-law and she plans on passing the ring down to my daughter. The ring and this experience made my mother-in-law’s eyes SHINE! Thank you so much.

The employees are so wonderful to work with! My fiancé and I got our rings here and mine had to be resized. Well it broke so I went back in and they were very apologetic. I got my ring in just a few days. Well I had it for 3 days and broke again. Brought it back in and once again they were very apologetic. They took my ring and they ordered me a new one. They were just so nice and just so easy to work with. The employee that help me both times was Ariel and she was fantastic!! I would totally recommend this store to anyone!!

I can’t say enough good things about the Riddle’s in Sioux Falls, SD!! They have a great variety of jewelry, with so much to choose from. Conveniently located in the mall. The staff is BEYOND helpful! I went in to get my ring cleaned and while waiting I expressed my wishes of having a new center diamond placed in my current band. Without being pushy at all, Cale helped me create my dream ring!! Within hours, they not only finished my ring but made me a necklace with the diamonds I had removed. I have attempted to have this done several times elsewhere and couldn’t get it accomplished but Sioux Falls got the job done! I highly recommend Cale and the staff at the Riddle’s in the mall Sioux Falls,SD!!
