My husband purchased a black diamond ring for me for Christmas and it was a little too tight. Almost every piece of jewelry I own has come from Riddles. Brent has always gone above and beyond in his service to accommodate my husband and helping him pick out beautiful pieces. As a part of the LGBTQ++ family, my spouse, Quinn and I were initially worried about how we would be treated when shopping for rings. The fear and anxiety weren't warranted. When we went to get my engagement ring and wedding ring together, they needed 2 weeks to get things done, rather than other places with a couple hours or days. When I went to pick up my ring, they were put together crooked (a whole diamond off and the heart on the inside of the ring didn't match up) and there was approximately 2 mm space between the rings. I was not happy and wouldn't accept it. The worker had the goldsmith fix it and it looked much better after that. Being they had me sign all paperwork I had to wait for my ring to be completed before leaving. I went on my lunch break and was late being back to work. They said give them 15 minutes and 25 minutes later they were done. I can't believe the goldsmith left a ring looking like that and it made it through all the way to me. Was happy that they were able to get it back to me looking how it was supposed to be.

My husband took me to Riddles to pick out an anniversary set. We worked with Beth and she was amazing! Knowledgeable and patient with us as we looked over the whole store trying to decide. We ended up picking out a 3 stone "past, present, future" design and Beth picked out a jacket that just sets off the main ring perfectly! Their in house jeweler was one of the main reasons we chose Riddles and they did not disappoint! They worked with us on customizing our ring choices and putting them together. We were quoted 2 days for sizing and it was done in 1. We love the end result! I highly recommend going to see Beth for all your jewelry needs!

I went to the store in Sioux Falls on 41st st and had a great experience, was welcomed soon as I walked in and was helped out right away trying to find an engagement ring and ended up buying one an couple hour later (great salesman). I know most people shop online for rings (including myself), but looking in person doesn't compare to pictures when making such a big decision. My salesman Jesse was great and also patient with me while I tried making my decision and helped me out even after I bought the ring because I decided to change the diamond I bought for a different one. Overall was a great experience and recommend anyone looking for a ring to check out this store for great customer service and decent prices!

Went in for my 6 month cleaning and a diamond was loose. I told the sales lady thats impossible because I haven't worn my ring since my last cleaning because it doesn't fit me anymore. She showed me what was loose and told me it was covered in my warranty. Then she told that I could get it resized for free due to my warranty. In love with this place. Not only was it fixed, it is getting resized. All of which I think is done in Sioux Falls. I trust this place. And I like their prices. Will recommend everyone here!
