We have had such a wonderful experience at Helzbergs! Mel is amazing to work with! My husband told her what he was looking for and she kept an eye out for that special new wedding ring for our 25th anniversary. They knocked it out of the park! We also purchased a new wedding ring for my husband as well. And then we went back and purchased a wrap for my ring! Mel and Helzbergs are always our go to Diamond store! Definitely recommend!

Went in not expecting to purchase our dream engagement ring… came out more than pleased! Right away we felt welcomed by all of the staff. We found a rose gold ring that we thought would look perfect in white gold, it was hard to find on the website so everyone on the team ended up helping to make our experience pleasant and quick.. they even worked past closing time to help us finish! Couldn’t be more happy about the experience, if I could rate more than 5 stars I would!

Kaelynn is AMAZING!!!! Not only did Kaelynn help my husband pick out my dream engagement ring a few years ago she helped me choose the perfect wedding bands to go along with it recently. So, yes my wife (Bobbi jo) works for Helzberg but before this, I have been a loyal customer for 10+ years, I've purchased a wedding set, 3 upgrades to include 2 center upgrades and countless earrings, necklaces and even recently a watch. I will and would have continued to come back to Helzberg over any other store because of the trustworthy, honest, caring people that work there to make a difference in your life with the choices you make when purchasing jewelry from Helzberg. I knew they were tight nit before my wife worked there, but let me tell you that helzberg is truly a family company and I see that on how close everyone is since my wife joined the helzberg team, and it makes me very happy and eger to share my experiences with helzberg to all my co-workers and friends as I want them to have the same personal family jeweler experience that I've had over the years. I went in with very low Hope's of getting approve but once I walked in I was greeted with pure smiles, felt like a warm welcoming place, I was help right away and also approve🤗 after that i was getting checked out and then they offer me to get a nintedo switch with my purchases i had no idea they even had that offer, so now instead of making one person happy for Christmas I am going to be able to put another gift under the tree all thanks to the great staff, I also had to wait for my mounting to get deliver and then they call me right away, I brought the pearl that I wanted on the ring, then they told me it should be done in a few weeks, and it only took them 3 days, best jewelry place in the world!!!
