I recently had my wife's heirloom diamond wedding ring and engagement ring redesigned and remade at Gunderson's Jewelers in Sioux falls. David, our salesman, made the process easy, enjoyable, and even affordable for an old veteran like me. It was a great experience all around. Both rings are absolutely beautiful and should last another 75 years. Amazing craftsmanship and wonderful customer service will have my wife and I coming back to Gundersons for all of our fine jewelry needs. We highly recommend them.

When I went there I had no idea what I was doing my now fiance did not know ehtier. We had very good help from them and we found close to what we wanted to get, they helped make it perfect. We went online to make sure we got all the different views of the ones we wanted and how we could change some things to our liking. Once we found the ring we had to change the stone which they said should take them about a week or 2 and it was really fast. They made sure it was in our price range as well.

I started to meander through the store while my husband was giving Michelle information on my Rolex repair. I was looking at rings and came upon a ring that really caught my eye. It was so beautiful so I went and got my husband and showed it to him and as I was showing him the ring Michelle came over to help us. Michelle gave us all the information and then I walked away never expecting to what was about to happen. My husband walked over to me and said it’s been along time overdue after 33 years of marriage and he asked me to marry him again right in Gunderson’s store in front of Michelle. I was so surprised I broke into tears and said are you sure as it was kind of spendy and he said yes for sure!! I had a hard time holding back the tears and so did Michelle the assistant manager. When I bought my wife’s engagement ring I knew what ring I wanted immediately, but choosing the right diamond was a different story. David brought in diamond after diamond for me to look at before I found the perfect one. He was very patient with me over the couple week process of shipping back beautiful diamonds that just weren’t the right one. Updates below Poor customer service while trying to sort out the details of a major purchase. I originally emailed them on 4/18 and received a response from Mark on 4/20 which was great. Since then I have emailed on 4/22, 5/4 and again on 6/12 without a single reply. Apparently they do not want my business. I was trying to make a purchase locally, but the online retailers are much more responsive, helpful and ready to make a deal. *UPDATE 1 - Rating 1 Following up to the business response, I still have yet to receive any form of direct communication. Unacceptable is the only way to describe my experience. *UPDATE 2 - Rating 4 Samantha reached out and worked with me to find the right design. She really made up for the previous issues and was great to work with. Unfortunately, we were unable to negotiate a price within my budget which was disappointing.
