We felt the most comfortable with Rachel and even though when we left initially with no purchase or order, we both agreed we wanted to do business there. We continued to talk to her over the next few weeks and decided that even though another store had a version I what I wanted, we would rather have the ring made at Greenberg’s and keep our business there due to the quality of their product and customer service. I had such terrible luck with that ring, losing diamonds almost constantly and I was so bummed that I could hardly ever wear my ring. I came to Greenberg’s after severa of my friends recommended them and asked if there was anything they could do. Victor was so patient and took the time to help me with exactly what I needed. On my wedding anniversary I went to a jewelry store and no one after several minutes of walking around their showroom said hello, can I help you or anything of that nature. I left dissatisfied! I went to go pick up my ring from getting resized and a stone replaced since one had fallen out in the process of moving. I was looking at rings since my boyfriend wanted to upgrade my ring! Rachel helped me out and showed me options in our budget and a few Moissanite gems as well. I sat there for over an hour with her talking about the ring! She really knows her stuff when it comes to rings. I also sat and talked to Rachel just about our lives too. She is an amazing person. Later on I brought my boyfriend in to look at the ring since Rachel was still working. We sat there and chit chatted for another 45 minutes with her about just random stuff as well. Jeni provided a personal touch to our experience which made it very memorable. From the first time we came into the store to look at rings, to the final steps of creating a one of a kind wedding ring, the experience was flawless. Owen and Greenbergs, is world class, it truly is. One of the biggest reasons why I chose to buy my engagement ring at Greenbergs is because they treated me like a real customer from the beginning. I'm 21 years old and most of the time when I went into a jewelry store I rarely received help and was never really taken seriously Also, I wasn't planning on buying a ring that day either, but Greenbergs staff helped me get a loan as well.! There was a couple of deals as well, in a couple of weeks they were going to be giving out Scheels gift cards depending on how much someone purchases, the great thing is that the staff let me pay an amount down on the ring, but didn't actually confirm the whole purchase until the Scheels gift card even was going on. To say the least the staff will go out of their way to satisfy the need you have! Finally, with the vast selection and customization a person can do to a piece of jewelry at Greenbergs is outlandishband can definitely make a one of a kind piece for whatever occasion! What a great experience I have every time I make a purchase at Greenbergs big or small it doesn't matter to them, I still get the same great service! They even call me if they get a new piece that they think I would be interested in! I couldn't be happier with Greenbergs, even if they don't carry something I just show them a picture of it and they try to order it.
