Could not recommend them enough! My wedding ring lost a stone and was no longer covered by the warranty which was all purchased from another jewelry store. The original jeweler was less than helpful when working out a plan to fix the ring. I decided to take it to Faini to see what they would be able to do for me. Lisa was AMAZING! But each staff member I worked with was also phenomenal. They went above and beyond my expectations!

I was searching for a place to repair a piece of jewelry that holds great sentimental value to me, and they were the first to appear. I'm so glad they did. I wanted to find the absolute right people for this important job, and when I entered the shop for the first time and spoke with them I knew right then I had found those right people. The time and care that they took with me and my bracelet showed me just how much they truly care for the their customers and their craft. My bracelet came out perfectly and at an extremely fair price for the beautiful and careful work they did (this bracelet is decades old!!!). On top of their high-end skills and professionalism, they were also so kind and so real to talk to! One of my favorite things about about this place is how good they are at making custom jewelry. Their staff does an absolutely beautiful job and I love how they make you a part of the process from beginning to end. They really seem to care about their customers and their needs. They also have a nice size studio that has a good amount of beautiful jewelry that is different than what you would see at one of the corporate jewelry stores.
