Was super impressed when a piece I purchased had an issue and when I took it in they went through all the effort to get it fixed and continued to go above and beyond. I am normally nervous to go in to a shop more than once if a product had issues but they didn’t make me feel bad at all (or look down as if I created the problem which we all know stores in u-ville have the ability to act this snooty way) they were super kind and gracious!
