Undertaking something like this was incredibly intimidating for me, and I arrived at this wonderful establishment after reading some of the other reviews. I was counting on having to go to a few places but I was pleasantly surprised that I did not have too. Getting an engagement ring is not something that anyone wants to or should take lightly in my humble opinion. I can assure you that the patience and sheer expertise you will find here to make an informed and value backed decision you will not regret down the road. The personal touch found hear is ineffable to say the least. If you can imagine an hybrid of a family feel, with a vip experience, that is about as close to a signature as I can give them. The owner offered a personalized and patient guidance to a decision that I and my love were exuberant about. We were able to get an amazing deal that was very much more reasonable than I expected. Additionally they offer any follow-up service you can fathom. We were able to try on and look at a TON of options and eventually found the perfect fit and design. There were some parts of it that we customized. The communication throughout the process was very clear, and effortless even in spite of covid delays. We were met with white glove service that exceeded our expectations. If you are in the market don't let your self miss out on this places options.

My fiancé found this place after we searched high and low to find the perfect ring, we could not find a ring like I wanted so when he found this place he talked to the owner Nellie and she told him she could make the exact ring we wanted, I went in for a sizing and to choose the stone I wanted and talk about sizes and colors. In just a few short days the ring was finished and it was everything we could have hoped for, the quality is just incredible and it turned out exquisitely beautiful!!! I’m in love with my ring and I’m so so happy we chose to get it custom made! Nellie was extremely accommodating and helpful with everything we loved her! ❤️

Tresor is the BEST!! Bought my engagement ring, band, and husband’s band there 6 years ago and they are still totally stunning. It was an awesome experience then and equally wonderful today. The lifetime warranty is beyond AMAZING. Just got my ring and band tightened, cleaned and polished and it’s never looked better I’m amazed!!! Nelly at Gateway is so sweet and very knowledgeable. This is the best jewelry store to go to in SLC end of story. First of all the owner and her son actually work in the Gateway store location. They are the most welcoming people you will ever meet. Every time you enter you feel like family. Secondly you will not find better prices in any other chain store and who wants to pay more for jewelry than they have to! Third they are known for their custom jewelry and they do a fabulous job. If you want a ring that looks like everyone else's then go to the chain stores. If you want to customize your look at phenomenal prices and get compliments on your unique style then go to Tresor. Once we found this jeweler we knew we found a true gem, both literally and figuratively. This is a one of a kind experience you will never regret. Talk to any of her customers and you will hear all the reasons why they are repeat customers. My husband has had them custom make me a charm bracelet, several pairs of earrings and several rings and every one is absolutely beautiful. We've also had his rings done custom and our kids. Go in and you'll see why they have one of the best reputations in SLC. I added pictures of just a few of the pieces we've had done.

If you want a moissanite engagement ring or other jewelry item, I would HIGHLY recommend Tresor Jewelers. The entire experience was very personal, and I received plenty of communication from the staff and jewelers. Nellie is quite wonderful and overwhelmingly willing to adjust to your specific needs. Not to mention, they were very generous and willing to work with me on the price. I don't think there is a better deal anywhere else. I have to give them 5 stars due to the ability to personalize however I wanted, to the amazing deal and package I received, and that attention that was given to me by the staff and jewelers. Go with Tresor!

Tresor made my amazing engagement ring 8 years ago, and it was absolutely everything I wanted. They listened to my wishes and created what nobody else could. I then moved out of state and I visit Utah about only once a year, and still they remember me and my husband by name, they resized both our rings at least three times and they treat them and clean them impeccably every single time we come back. With a smile. And a lovely chat. It is BY FAR the best jeweler I have ever had in my life and I could not recommended them enough. Their products and customer care are truly amazing, and don’t change a bit through time.

I ordered a nice australian opal online that I wanted made into an engagement ring - it was an odd size and the first jeweler I went to said they couldn't make it work. I went to Tresor Jewelers with a photo of the style I wanted and they made a ring better than I even imagined. Photos don't do it justice! The opal looked great on its own but the ring presents it so beautifully that it looks even better! It flashes in so many different ways depending on the light and often looks like it's on fire. It's such a stand-out unique ring and my fiance absolutely loves it!

My fiancé and I purchased our wedding bands from Tresor Jewelers and could not be happier with how they turned out! He bought my engagement ring from a different jeweler prior to us moving to Utah, and we had been told by other jewelers in Utah that having a gap between the engagement ring and a wedding band was unavoidable because of the style. However, Tresor was able to custom make a beautiful channel set tracer band that fit flush against my engagement ring. The two rings look like they were made together as part of a set! My fiancé was always planning on getting just a plain band, but fell in love with this dinosaur bone, meteorite and titanium ring, which also was custom made. We picked it up today and it is truly spectacular. As custom jewelry takes time to make, we made sure to order the rings a couple months before our wedding so the timing worked out well. They also included a titanium band for him to wear everyday. Nellie and Sergio were wonderful to work with, kept us updated about the progress of our rings, and treated us like family. We've already recommended Tresor Jewelers to many friends and colleagues, and we will definitely be coming back in the future.

We got our engagement rings custom made by Tresor this summer and could not be happier. AMAZING quality, beautiful craftsmanship, and so much ring for the price. Their selection was good, and they took the time to figure out what we wanted and how to build it just for us. I went in to get my ring cleaned and inquire about pricing for fixing the setting since it was bent from me getting it caught underneath a seat in the car. The owner, Nellie, was so sweet talking to us while we waited and she said she’d take a look after it was cleaned to see what they could do. To my surprise, the man cleaning it totally fixed it while he was cleaning it! I was so shocked! I had previously brought it to another jeweler and was told they would have to send it out, it would take weeks, and cost upwards of $300. It looks perfect and I was so thankful for their kindness and impressed by their customer service. Keeping my eye out for any earrings they may get in stock but the rings they had there were beautiful! Would highly recommend! Thank you thank you Nellie and your team!!

I should have reviewed sooner. I bought my fiancé's ring a few weeks before Christmas 2021. Even at this time which was probably their busiest, they were able to get her beautiful engagement ring done before Christmas. Such amazing work and she gets compliments from everyone on it. We will be in soon to purchase our wedding bands. They will take excellent care of you at better prices than you'll find elsewhere.

I stopped by the new Gateway location to get my wedding band cleaned. It had been a few years but I received a warm, friendly welcome back. After my ring got clean, I was looking at the titanium bands and they gave me one for FREE just for being a customer! Who does that?? They are the best!!!

The people at Tresor Jewelers are friendly, skilled, and helpful. I brought them some jade earrings to modify for my mother and they worked with me to figure out the design. They turned one of the earrings into two beautiful studs and the other into a lovely necklace. I also brought to them a bracelet that I wanted to give to my girlfriend but it was a bit too big. They modified it on the spot and even welded the link back together! Throughout my interactions with them they have gone above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience and that I was happy with the result. If you're looking to support a local business I can't recommend them enough!

Unfortunately, they could not fulfill the order, but they were honest about it, returned my deposit in full, and gave me good discount for my other purchases from them. I had a funny feeling (some may say a prompting?) to choose this place for my watch repair awhile back. It makes me very happy to say: I am grateful that I followed that feeling. They fixed my watch and also replaced the watch crystal. It looks better than the day I bought it. Everyone here is absolutely incredible, especially Nelly. Tresor Jewelers is by far the most personable jeweler one could wish for. We went in with our own design and they crafted it perfectly, it was like seeing my dream ring come to life. It's magical♡ With them being a family business, I seen they make you feel like family. They have definitely made me feel so welcome that I stop by everytime I am near the shop. The Tresor family has made mine and my husbands satisfaction top priority. They've all been so amazing to us and treat us too good. Plus after having gone to so many shops that are just for the money, it's so refreshing to have found Tresor Jewelers who have never made me once feel that way. Even though the custom ring my husband had asked to have made by their custom jewelry specialists was so complex, they exceeded our expectations and made it exactly the way we wanted and it is wayyy too BEAUTIFUL! I was looking for a jeweler that had a variety of moissanite stones and Tresor was the one that sold me. I was able to talk to a jeweler and she was able to help me pick out a design. There were a couple of designs that my girlfriend at the time liked but Nelly was able to help me design a custom ring. I couldn't be happier with the ring. Since having the ring, one of the stones was chipped. Tensor offers a very good warranty and we were able to bring the ring back and have the stones replaced. I have a very good experience and I refer my friends, as this jeweler has very good prices for the quality of work done.

Nelly is awesome, I have been ring shopping at three other jewelry stores and Tresor was my favorite as far as the experience went. I didn't feel any pressure to buy anything and she was actually helpful. Their prices are also very low; they are probably the best bang for the buck in the Salt Lake Valley. I was able to get a two carat moissanite ring and my wedding ring for $2000. It's a beautiful ring, she loves her ring and I love mine. The downside of my experience was the wait. Give yourself at least a couple months, it's worth the wait. If there are any issues they will take care of you.

Just got two beautiful custom-made wedding bands. Nelly and the staff are super friendly, and work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. They even take care of you after, like polishing/cleaning the rings, etc. for no extra cost. They have a great selection of other engagement rings, wedding bands, and other jewelry too. I went to Tresor jewelers when my wedding band broke after nine years of wear. Nelly was absolutely amazing, and worked with me to sketch exactly how I wanted it fixed- including the sentimental diamonds from my grandmother’s wedding band. This place is beyond amazing. If you are looking for a "family owned business", then you have found it with Tresor Jewelers. Sergio is extremely helpful and responsive through email/text, then the minute you walk into the store you are genuinely treated like family. They worked with every small request that my fiancee had and it resulted in a stunning ring that is exactly what she wanted. At first I was a little weary of going with a smaller business over one of the "big guys", but I have absolutely zero regrets now that the process is over. I have had several custom pieces of jewelry made at Tresor Jewelers. I had my husband's wedding band custom designed and he loves it. He is very ruff on the band that it had to be remaded which was done at no extra cost to us. I had a custom pendant made that looks like a piece of coral under the ocean. It is beyond amazing. I just had a special ring from my mother that was redesigned for my personality and it is also over the top gorgeous. Not to forget my wedding ring that they were able to add my mother's diamonds to without losing the original look of the ring. I highly recommend this family owned Jeweler! I have purchased my wife multiple rings from including a wedding ring and everyone one has been perfect. There cuality is is impecible but the customer service and true care they give to their clients really sets them apart. Took a long time, but worth the wait. I recently had an almost 30 year old Breitling repaired and cleaned at Tresor Jewelers and couldn't be more satisfied with the result. My main issue in taking it in was because it was running way late and I saw no other option to fix it. It turns out that a part inside the watch was broken and, because the watch was almost 30 years old, no replacement parts were available for purchase. To fix the issue, the jeweler actually made the required part himself...where do you hear of something like that happening nowadays? Whatever the case, the watch works perfectly and, after cleaning, also looks great, like almost brand new. Tresor also gives you peace of mind because they guarantee their repairs for at least five years and give you a warranty stating that. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Amazing experience. If you want to get a great deal on any jewelry, and not feel like your getting hounded by a car salesman this is the place for you. My wife and I just love Nelly, ask for her when you come in. Hell I feel like we are now a member of the Tresor Family. From the first time I went In 5 years ago to get a custom ring made for my now beautiful wife. Nelly has has an uncanny way of remembering a name, not just my name but that of the entire family! It’s great to walk into a successful family owned owned and business and feel like royalty every time you step through the door. Not an exaggeration, they will do whatever it takes to make sure the ring, or necklaces, or any piece of jewelry is made to absolute perfection. The quality of the jewelry mixed with the professionalism and candor of this shop makes for a truly magical experience. We recently went in to get my wife’s wedding ring cleaned because of an issue with one of the little diamonds being loose for free due to the lifetime warranty on similar products. She worked her magic and also gave me another incredible deal on two black diamond infinity bands for my wife’s 5 year anniversary. Needless to say, this shop is highly recommended. Prices are incredible the people are even more incredible. Don’t miss out on an incredible buying experience!

I always figured buying an engagement ring would not only one of the most important times in my life but also one of the most nerve wracking as well. After first visiting several of the big, heavily advertised chains I realized I was certainly right about it being nerve wracking. The salespeople there were clearly not interested in making it a personalized experienced and were simply focused on the sale. After reading several positive reviews on Tresor Jewelers I decided to give them a chance and it turned out to be an excellent choice. They managed to make it a pleasant effortless experience and not were they able to meet my budget they went out of their way to make sure that my fiancee was absolutely delighted about the ring she chose! Whereas the other jewelers we visited kept coming up with excuses as to why they couldn't meet the specifications that my fiancee wanted all we heard from our wonderful host Nelly at Tresor was the one thing every consumer wants to hear "Yes"! Every request my fiancee made was granted and Nelly made sure to handcraft the exact ring she wanted which thrilled my fiancee. I wanted this experience to be magical for my fiancee and meet her every expectation and desire and Tresor was able to do that and more by making it a personalized experience. They met my budget and didn't nickel and dime us. In fact they included the wedding band for her and for me all in the package price! This was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a personalized and wonderful experience.

Amazing! I called all over town looking for place that can size sterling silver, and was denied. They not only can do it, but came up with suggestions reinforcing. They also deal in moissanite. The selection of jewelry is fantastic, and they custom make pieces. My ring will now come with a lifetime warranty, and a beautiful stone, at a record time. Update: Two years later I have gone back to Tresor for all my jewelery needs. Nellie and Sergio and all the rest of the team are so friendly, so welcoming. My husband and I both had our wedding rings custom made by Tresor Jewelers. We are both very excited about our choices because they made them absolutely stunning. We couldn't be happier with our rings. They also have very competitive pricing and we got the rings we wanted for thousands less than the large chain stores would have charged us, and they upgraded us to 18k for free. I think the managers name is Nanni, and she was just lovely, and really wanted to get us the perfect rings for the price we could afford. The rings did take longer than expected to make, but not only was it worth the wait, but they also let me pick out anything I wanted in the store as a gift. I left with a stunning black Tahitian pearl and diamond on a gold chain, as well as the perfect rings for my husband and myself.

Everyone at Tresor has been great! They remember your name, and are excited to see you whenever you walk in. They are also a moissanite dealer, which is what we were looking for. They took longer than expected on the engagement ring and ended up charging a little more than they first quoted me, but they more than made up for it. I got a picture of a ring from Shane, and they made a similar one for about a quarter of the price while including a ring for me! And, because it took longer than expected, they threw in a string of pearls and matching earrings, which matched my (then) fiance's dress! I definitely recommend Tresor for their service, kindness, and prices. They will bend over backwards to make you happy. Just make sure you go plenty early.

Custom jewelers who remember me and my husband every time we go in. They did a fabulous job on our rings. My ring is valued at about $2000 and they did it for less than half of that. The process they go through is neat- 3D images of the ring are made first, then a wax model is made so you can see exactly how it would be and can change it if you need to. Then the rings are actually made and you get free cleanings for the rest of your life! I totally recommend this place.

I recently went in, hoping they would be able to fix a watchband that a jeweler had mistakenly mishandled. They were wonderful. They fixed it beautifully and wouldn’t except any payment. They do many things in-house as they have an experienced jeweler on site to do repairs or come up with creative solutions. They really go the extra mile. Most of all, I trust them to do the job well—professionally and conscientiously! They are a pleasure to work with!
