My Fiancé and I were referred here by a friend. We had no idea what we were looking for and knew very little about jewelry. I just knew she didn't want a diamond on her wedding ring. Even though we told him we were just doing research, he was eager to pull stones out for us and educate us on what our options were. We were impressed by how professional and friendly he was. We came back a few weeks later with a better idea of what we wanted and he was just as helpful the second time. He was even willing to put together a custom ring for us! He got us a beautiful Sapphire ring that was exactly what she wanted and kept it well within the budget I told him! I would easily recommend this store to anyone, especially those who need a little jewelry education!

Excellent experience with Phillip & Co. It is evident that they are genuinely invested in the experience of their clients from start to finish. They were friendly, asked good questions, & made insightful suggestions. It was very busy when we were there. During the duration of our visit, there were 3-5 other couples there at all times. I was impressed with how calm under pressure they were! They rotated seamlessly among the various customers without compromising quality of service & with no sign of stress. My only feedback for them is this: They should play on repeat the Rolling Stones song, "You Can't Always Get What You Want". That being said, we got a gorgeous diamond at a terrific price. Portia and her father were absolutely tremendous to help my fiancé and I find the perfect ring. Neither of us had an idea of what we wanted, but they took the time and care to walk us through the process and asked my fiancé the right questions to get the ideal match. Also the price was on point for what I wanted to spend, I was a little worried they would show my girl some crazy expensive diamonds but they just wanted us to be happy with our ring - and now that’s an understatement! They even helped me get an engraving done on the inside of the ring in Korean! This was even more impressive because the band was extremely thin, but they were able to do it and make it all the more special. We’ve been getting so many compliments on the ring and people have been asking me where I went: PHILIP AND CO. ask for Portia!

Philip & Co exceeded every expectation I had of what the experience of building my dream ring would be like. I entered the store with a vision, a ton of questions, a budget, and these folks made my dream a reality. I could not be happier with the end result. My ring is stunning. There was never any pressure to make a quick decision or take any short cuts on the details. Every question I asked (and there were many) was taken seriously. The final result literally gave me chills and tears of delight. Their work ethic, quality and workmanship is truly above and beyond anything I've experienced as a customer. This place is wonderful. My fiancé and I decided to shop for engagement rings, and I was really hopeful that we would be able to use the stone from my mothers engagement ring, but I was worried that a custom ring would be way out of budget. We walked in and the service was amazing from the start. They were able to do exactly what we needed done, and helped us design and bring to life a beautiful piece using the diamond we brought, at an amazingly affordable price. My family has been going here for years. My step grandpa for my grandma’s ring. My dad for my mom’s. My husband for mine. Me for my husband’s. My brother for my SIL. My husband is an immigrant and at the time of our engagement, had very little money. He wanted to give me the biggest diamond that he could afford, which was a half karat. Eric knew that he didn’t have a ton of money, told him he could do a .4 karat diamond, which be less expensive and barely smaller than the half karat. My husband then gave him literally all the money he had. My mother was with him and quietly asked him if he had enough money for gas to get home (he lived in Spanish Fork at the time). Eric over heard that and gave him back $40 dollars so he could pay for gas. He customized my ring and my husband’s ring for no extra cost. And when I notice a couple years back that an accent diamond had fallen out. I took it in and they fixed it, for free. No questions asked. They will give a fair price and quality work. Truly the best in the business. I send everyone to them.

Overall a great experience. Eric was flexible and easy going. Not once did I feel pressured to make a purchase and he has another stone that he is holding for me when I am ready to make the purchase. Sometimes my fiancé or I had to make a call to check on progress of my engagement ring - communication could be increased, but it wasn't a big problem. I love my ring and the price was affordable!

My fiance and I checked out this store first for jewelry and then looked at a couple of other stores as well but then decided to come back to this place for a variety of reasons. First off, the customer experience. We were able to casually browse and try on different rings. Eric let us walk around, and left out the rings so that we could come back to them later. He didn't follow us around like a hawk and hand each individual ring to us and immediately take it back. He took out whole rows of rings and let us move around and go back and forth for more than half an hour. When I first went there, I had no idea that this was unusual. This buyer experience was one of the things that sold us on buying from him. We liked him and that he didn't feel like a used car salesman. Second off, the price. Eric uses a lot of man-made stones, which is awesome. Lower price for higher quality? Enough said. Just take my money. He can easily natural stones if you want them, but why would you want them? Another thing that I liked was how custom he made things. And for so CHEAP. For what I wanted, going other places would be easily twice as much money (especially when other places are so dead set on upselling warranties and the like). He and my fiance customized this ring to not snag, which was awesome. I hate snaggy rings. He also gave us great advice for what top look for and avoid. In the end, I got a good quality ring that fits my personality and lifestyle, and most importantly our budget. Also, he was such a pleasant salesman/business owner to deal with. I completely recommend checking him out for whatever expensive jewelry you want to buy.

Eric is the man! My fiancée and I have found a ring she really liked at another place but it was out of my price range. We took pictures of that ring and sent them to Eric and they were able to make it with a real diamond (the other place didn't include one) for half the price of what the other place wanted! Bought my ring from here. Had a design of rose gold mixed with white gold(two tone). They ended up custom making it and still cheaper than all the other jewelry stores I went too. They were so patient financially like I was family in debt to them. Highly suggest them.
