This Morgan Jewelers branch is fantastic. I worked with them over the course of 3 months to build the perfect engagement ring. They always remembered my name and what I wanted. They thoughtfully answered all of my unending questions with patience and I was always treated with respect. The store atmosphere is fun and positive, the associates were always nice and engaging, and the prices are what you'd expect in comparison with other jewelry stores and they reliably have modest holiday sales. There were some doubts about whether they could change out the battery due to the awkwardness of the watch, so they offered a type of “proceed at your own risk” option. I opted in and had confidence Troy would get the job done. He ended up doing a fantastic job. Not my first experience with them and they always do a good job.

I visited this Morgan Jewelers location to get my rings professionally cleaned, but left with so much more. The staff here are so knowledgeable. I had a pin that was loose in my heirloom engagement ring, and the gentleman there (unfortunately I forgot his name) knew immediately that it was to secure the matching wedding band that has since been lost. He recommended that I get it soldered as well as get it rhodium plated to maintain the white gold’s brilliance. I felt no pressure looking around and feel confident that when the time comes to get a piece of jewelry, I will be well taken care of. I will of course follow up on the maintenance of my ring.

Kimi was great to work with! She really took the time to help me find the perfect ring. I wasn’t interested in a typical engagement ring, which has been really difficult at other jewelry stores, but not with Kimi! She helped me create a beautiful custom ring. She also followed up throughout the process to make sure that I would have my ring in time. I would hands down recommend looking for your ring at Morgan! My cat Fitz also recommends working with Kimi and shopping at Morgan - it’s his favorite store at City Creek!

Wow, what a great experience purchasing our engagement ring at Morgan Jewelers. NaLeigh Briggeman, an employee at the City Creek location, hands down made our experience magical! We went to several jewelry stores around the valley (none of which followed up with us) and NaLeigh was the one who followed through and made our dreams come true. We definitely made her work for it trying to find our perfect diamond (she had to go through several sources) but with some time and a lot of follow up (on her part) we found our dream diamond. My fiancé recently proposed to me with my dream ring, none of this would’ve been possible without Kimi (Kimberly?). My fiancé and I came in just to take a look and she was so helpful, not at all pushy and you could tell she was just as excited about the ring as we were. I knew almost the exact design I wanted, my fiancé on the other hand had no idea what he wanted. Kimi pointed us towards the most cost effective option, without sacrificing the quality of the ring. We were both able to find our dream rings and ended up placing the order shortly after. Kimi explained the insurance options and price estimates over text with us, as we were doing this during COVID. Kimi gave us her personal phone number and answered any questions we had, any day, and in a very timely manner. Kimi went above and beyond as far as customer service goes and our rings are even more beautiful than we imagined. Kimi remembered us by name each time we stopped by, which made my fiancé and I feel like we trusted the right company and the right employee for this very important task. She even kept the whole thing a secret from me while my fiancé was planning his proposal. I am so glad we ended up going to Morgan Jewelers for our rings and had Kimi helping us through this process. I would recommend her to anyone. All other employees we interacted with were also very kind and helpful.

Morgan Jewelers at City Creek Center in SLC has the best customer service of any jeweler in SLC. They listen to all of my requests and sized the ring properly. Unlike other national chains, Morgan ensures you get the best ring at the lowest cost and will make great recommendations on ring quality and durability. The best part of going to Morgan is that they are pet friendly and loved to entertain my cat. Kudos to Kimi who helped me find the best rings for me and my wife!

My fiancee and I poked our heads in to check out the men's wedding bands today, and Dan helped us out. He did a great job telling us about the different kind of rings that were there without ever pressuring us at all! We weren't planning on buying a ring right then, but he was just as friendly as if we were going to buy the whole stock, it made us way more comfortable! We did find a ring at the right price point, and a warranty that the rings on Amazon couldn't compete with. Dan offered to clean my fiancée's ring for free and then called his coworker over to check it out. It was such a nice gesture and a compliment to us! Her ring honestly looks better than it did when we bought it brand new! We were so impressed by the great people, we'll definitely come back here!

On vacation in Salt Lake City and had been looking for specific watches which are hard to access. Luckily, these guys had them. Dan and Jade assisted me through the process and helped me obtain the exact watches from Seiko which i was looking for. I don't know if they will be able to get these special edition watches again, so i wont name the watches, but they had them when I was there. They work directly with Seiko and have contacts, so if you request any Seiko that is currently in production, I'm sure you'll be able to obtain it through Morgan Jewelers. Absolutely a great experience, and Kimi the Manager over-saw it all. Thanks again to your specific store and staff, as i will always think of you guys. Thanks!! Not about buying watches, as it is the experience and knowledge shared between the customer and the associate. Once again, check them out and speak to any of the three mentioned people above.

It was yesterday I went in to just look at some stud earrings when my partner and I. We’re then greeted by a nice young lady named Alex once we walked in to the door. It wasn’t more then 5 sec that she walked towards us and asked what brought us in. She was super friendly, helpful, and had a great personality which made things easier for us. We didn’t really know what size stud earrings we wanted but she was extremely helpful and kind to give her advice and opinion on options and she wasn’t a pushy sales persons which no one likes them. She said don’t to feel rushed and to take our time and try anything we wanted. The experience we had here was honestly super amazing and I’d recommend this location and walk in asking for Alex. We encountered some problems with one of the watches, but and Dan responded very well and fixed the problem right away. I would be coming back for sure. The service and the labor are excellent. Edit: Recently I had to send my ring back to be cleaned and 10 diamonds were found to be cracked. The problem has not yet been rectified because my ring was made with the stones already set therefore, they are of varying sizes. It was cleaned, resized for me (I lost a little weight so it was too big) and sent back looking like new. I have a warranty so its all good. I opted to keep my ring, but they did give me options because my ring is no longer being sold. So Morgans' is looking for different sized diamonds to replace in my ring, but I still have the option to change it, if I like. Honest people and they work hard for considering I live in Florida. I went in to get a piece of jewelry cleaned. Taylor helped me out with that and did a wonderful job and while there, I finally ran across a ring that I have had my eyes on for sometime now. Jackson was there to help. He didn't have to sell me on the ring, I sold him on selling me the ring. It was actually on sale. Needless to say, I had to go through financing to get the ring. I didn't want to spend a lot but my husband knew I wanted that upgrade. We got the ring with almost half of the purchase cost as a down payment. The ring needs to be resized and they are shipping it to my house in FLORIDA. Jamie, Jackson and Taylor we all super helpful. Danica was in the background helping another customer. There was NEVER any pressure. I left a proud owner of a new diamond ring. Thank you guys. Tell Jimmy thanks as well.

Jackson made me feel right at home and comfortable enough to ask dumb questions (which, to be honest, was the entire time). My friend was about ready to drop two grand on a watch after only being in the store for fifteen minutes and it was mainly because everyone was so nice. This shop is great for a number of reasons: 1) Fantastic customer service (replaced my watch battery and cleaned my ring without any fuss!!). The staff aren't snobby or pretentious and they certainly don't apply pressure on you to buy anything. They really feel like they are there to help you find the perfect ring, or watch, or necklace, or whatever you are looking for (which is honestly refreshing in retail...) 2) A superb and extensive selection of fine jewelry. I could easily spend all day just staring at all the beautiful diamonds and other gems. 3) The real estate isn't bad either. It's in the middle of a mall, so while you're doing your regular shopping, you can just swing by and check out what they have. 4) They are super clean and conscientious. I was still allowed to try on as many pieces of jewelry as I wanted, and I watched the staff clean every ring and every surface I touched so I was confident that I was in a very clean environment. All in all, it is a lovely and worthwhile jewelry store.

Kimi and her staff at the City Creek Morgan Jewelers were absolutely incredible! My fiance and I were in Salt Lake as part of an international visit to the US (I'm American, but he's from abroad). We decided that we wanted to get married while we were in the US (something that we cannot do in his country). We decided to stop in and see if this location had rings that we liked in our sizes. We only had a short time in the area, and we would be returning to our overseas location in a short while. We found the perfect rings for an affordable price, but our long, skinny fingers were not easy to fit. Kimi reached took down my phone number, reached out to the head office, and called me later in the day to confirm that they had the rings in our sizes. Kimi kept in regular contact with us throughout the process, and ensured that we knew whether the rings would arrive in time. When it looked like the rings might get in too late, Kimi arranged to ensure that we could have the rings shipped to us, and offered to take care of the shipping costs. Fortunately, the rings arrived just in time. I really cannot recommend this location enough! Thank you for helping our special day come together!

What a lovely local business here in SLC. I needed a battery for a watch that I hadn't worn in a while and stopped by Morgan Jewelers to see if they could help. Best place to buy jewelry EVER! We bought my wedding band in 2015 with a lifetime warranty. The sales person we bought it from failed to tell us that the rose gold on tungsten would change the color of the gold. Needless to say 4 rings later I was very dissatisfied with the ring.
