I frequent this pawn shop often, I flip my gold here and their very fair when selling scrap gold. They sell nice pieces of jewelry but they sell fast sometimes. Theirs only 2 shops I would visit and this is one of them!! Thank you for doing business with me I appreciate it.

I've been a customer for almost 30 years. I buy my jewelry at Empire Loan and I've pawned items there. Their customer service is top notch! Chrissy at Empire Loan is the best! I've known her for many years and she's always smiling and she knows exactly what like in jewelry. I highly recommend this place for buying and pawning. As of today 4/4/2022 Empire Loan on Broad St in Providence is still my favorite place. Chrissy... Awesome!

They have been wonderful . Who could have predicted 2020? It's been terrible. Jobs being lost, companies closing down, I wear mask everywhere I go. I had to slowly pawn all the jewelry I have to make ends meet. I'm scared. I want to pay and get all my loans back, but its impossible. So I'm hoping to pay for at least the interest right now. But they are professional, kind, and I feel safe walking in. Go check them out, they'll help you as much as possible.

Their merchandise of gold, pure sliver, dimonds and etc are very nice. Expensive they are not. Market pricing and you can't beat that. I would recommend this place to my family and friend's. I was just at Empire Lone 2 weeks ago and it was black Friday day sale and everything was 50% of what a fantastic deal i got when i brought my gold chain's. The service was very pleasant and i will continue to go there just to get my jewelry. 30yrs i've been going there and always tell my friend's and family what a wonderful place it is👍😎. I have been going to empire loan for the last 12 years i love all the people who work there so friendly and helpful and when they have sales they all ways let me know i have bought myself beautiful gold over the years there and when someone ask me where to go for a loan and to buy jewelry i all ways send them there they will give you a fair price 🤗💜🥰
