I've never had a jeweler and I'm so glad this was my first experience. Don is so incredible - a true craftsman. His skills, knowledge and warm demeanour are what could never be duplicated by online fast fashion jewelry services. I brought what turns out to be my Great Grandmother's ring from the 1920's and had it resized, and Don cleaned it up to the best it's looked in over 50 years. It looks amazing, and to be able to wear a piece that's been with three generations of women in my family means more than I can say. Thank you again Don!

My partner had researched local jewelers in Providence to purchase an engagement ring, and he took me to Copacetic because it had such good reviews including how nice Don is. I am excited to add another 5-star review! We had a specific idea of what we were looking for (1.5ct solitaire with thin white gold band), and discussed it with Don. He was friendly and helpful, and got back to my partner the next day with a very reasonable quote. Then, Don completely exceeded expectations with the ring that he made for us. It is absolutely gorgeous, exactly like what I was looking for, only better. And it was ready early. We are grateful to Don for making our engagement extra special, and highly recommend that you visit him and his shop, whether you are looking for a classic engagement ring, some one-of-a-kind jewelry, or help with jewelry you already own!

Walked in with a question about a loose gemstone—he checked out the ring to assure us that it’s in the setting securely, put some jewelry safe glue to secure it and offered to polish the ring to boot. Amazing service, really cool selection of rings and earrings, some of the most interesting clocks for sale too!!:)

Absolutely wonderful place! We were in Rhode Island for vacation and got engaged and needed our ring resized before we left for Oregon. Don took us in immediately and got it done within hours. He was so kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for incredible customer service and attention to detail. My ring looks beautiful!

Don is a great man.Don was very kind,very helpful and has prices that are unbeatable to fix a gold chain.he even untangled the chain I was having fixed. I highly recommend this store for any jewelry fixtures he did not lie and was highly honest. When I went to pay him he said you pay on the job is done so you can see the work I did and nobody does that in that business Don is truly one of a kind. And he has a neat little store with a little bit of everything.

My fiancée needed her ring resized, Don had told us it would take a couple days but texted a couple hours later to say it was ready! He was so nice and it was much more affordable than we expected. The ring looks beautiful, you’d never know it was resized. We highly recommend Don for any jewelry resizing or repairs!

Don was amazing! I had to get my engagement ring resized since it was a bit too big. Don took a look at it and sized it to my finger on the spot. We made sure it fit perfectly and he had it finished later that afternoon! This was amazing considering Kay’s told us it would take three weeks to send out and get resized. I loved knowing my ring would fit better than before and was impressed with how quick and inexpensive the process was! Don even sent us pictures of the ring once it was all finished. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely wonderful experience getting my rings resized here! Don was very friendly and really made sure the sizing would be correct. The price was much lower than I expected and he had them ready that afternoon. They fit perfectly and are sparkling clean! Would highly recommend. Also, the shop is adorable!

All i can say is wow! My expectations were exceeded and the owner went out of his way to help me. He sized my wedding band in 10 minutes and even polished all 3 of my rings in my wedding set. Then when it came time to pay, the cost we super cheap and he told me I could come back to pay another times since I did not have the cash. I will return again for sure and highly recommend this jeweler. You will not be disappointed.

Don is unreal, I came to Don with a very special chain and cross of mine in which he was able to fix for me and polish in a matter of hours when normally this would take days. Don was extremely professional and personable. He gladly showed me around the store with the wonderful vintage pieces and clocks he has for sale. Highly recommend.

Such a cute little place! I had such a positive experience. I came in to get my diamond ring resized up to make it a little bigger. Don did it right on the spot, maybe less than 5 minutes? It fit perfectly and he polished it so nicely! THEN, it was only $10, but it was cash only. I just had my debit card.. he said it was perfectly fine, and said I could come back another time to give him that $10. I did return a couple days later to pay him for his work, I still couldn’t believe how nice he was about everything. Would 100% recommend Copacetic. :)

Came in with a Sterling Silver heirloom (ring) a few months ago, a ring I have worn daily since it was passed down. In the process of moving prior to this visit, I dropped a couch on my hand and unfortunately, but at the same time lucky to say the ring prevented my finger from injury. The ring was ALMOST too bent to get off my finger. I immediately took it to Copacetic, the owner reshaped the ring, polished it and sent me on my way for a simple $5 charge. I had to toss him a $10. This is one of those places I'll continue going back to for as long as I live in Providence.

Had a great experience with Don, I was previously told by other jewlers that I would have to have hundreds of dollars worth the work done before I could have my rings cleaned. Don not only cleaned my rings but sized them down for me. He had a very fast turn around time and at a great price. I would recommend to anyone looking for an alternative to the box stores

Im so thankful and grateful to have found this place. Thank you Google!! i was gifted a bracelet that was just too big for my wrist and i needed it to be seized.. he went above and beyond just so i would be able to wear it. He also made me some earrings from the left over pieces that im just so thrilled about! it was so unexpected.. thank you so much!! It was nothing but a pleasant experience i left with nothing but big smiles..😁 if i could keep giving this place 5 stars i would always a pleasure coming here

The owner was incredibly helpful and fixed my necklace in a timely manner! He even identified other weak links in the chain and reinforced them so it wouldn't break in the future. Very pleasant experience, would highly recommend.
