I entered this store today 12/27/22. We were immediately greeted by Kelly. It was stormy day and I wasn’t looking my best but to my surprise and delight, Kelly treated us as if I was wearing a suit and had a million dollars in my wallet. Her knowledge and honesty are exceptional. She allowed me to try on the many models that are on display and explained to us the process, and she was happy to take my info and be placed on the list. I have couple of fine Rolex pieces in my collections and the gray market has been nothing but highway robbery on their prices. I could pull the trigger and buy into these gray market dealers but opt not to support it and endure the painstaking wait through an AD like Ben Bridge. Kelly is exceptional how she presented the store and the “Rolex” name. I just found my particular AD to help me in building my collections. Thank you so much Kelly for that exceptional and kind treatment you gave us today. I will not buy anywhere else!

I am so over the moon happy! Sam took the time to listen to my story and was patient with me as I explored different watches. We started months ago with my first choice being the Rolex Explorer II with the polar face. I knew I would need to wait until mid to late next year. As I explored other possible options I kept coming back to the Explorer. Then, I dont know how but Sam pulled off a miracle. I got the call! 12/22/22, a date I will forever remember. The next day I had the beautiful understated elegant Explorer II on my wrist. I've worn it everyday since. Sam Thank you so much for the magic you pulled off, I am beyond grateful. About two years ago, I randomly walked into the store to learn more about Rolex and was greeted by Kelly! At the time, I was in my mid-20s and had zero purchasing history with the store. Yet, Kelly was very gracious with her time and spoke with me for over an hour. It was obvious that she was highly knowledgeable about the brand and was genuinely eager to help. Since then, I have had the privilege of getting to know Kelly on a more personal level and worked with her to add some incredible watches to my collection. Whether you are a seasoned watch collector or just starting out, I recommend speaking with Kelly. She'll always do her best to make sure you're satisfied or, at the very least, will point you in the right direction.

Ann-Marie was very approchable and we looked at several models while sharing a common appreciation for different styles and features. I tried on a few models I have my eye on. We had absolutely a white glove experience with Sam H. We made an appointment a couple of days prior. And when we walked in, we were greeted immediately by the staff even though it was busy. Sam spent over two hours (Yes! over two hours!) going through all of the options and answering questions patiently. He even told us the story behind every piece and company. I have had nothing but excellent experiences at this Ben Bridge location. Ask for Anne-Marie, she is absolutely the BEST. I have been popping in to look at watches for over two years now and Anne-Marie is always a pleasure to deal with, even if you are just browsing and trying watches on. I have bought two very nice Rolex models here and a Tudor at the Washington Square Mall location. I am looking to add one or two more Rolexes this year and there is nowhere else that I would take my business than Ben Bridge.

I bought my first Cartier watch in Ben Bridge last month. It’s a graduation gift my from parents, so it means a lot to me. Honestly, the experience per se was not bad, but the service was very average. We were in the store for more than 30 mins, but weren’t offered drinks or to sit down until we purchased the watch. The sales guy seemed like he didn’t care much about our experience. It’s a small thing, but small things annoy you. Now I kind of wish I purchased that watch in a Cartier store.

When I arrived the sales manager David S. was at the door to greet me and gave me his undivided attention for the time I was in. He went over every option I was interested in and more. With his expertise and help I was able to narrow down my options. Highly recommend giving them a visit if you’re in the market for any jewelry. Bring by your existing jewelry when you come down; they offer free cleaning while you’re shopping around. Oh and I forgot to mention; they are a ROLEX Authorized Dealer!!

Took at chance stepping into the downtown store and met a wonderful jeweler named Blaine and he helped me to find an awesome watch I hadn’t previously considered. Just having the ability to try the watch on in person before purchasing while someone fills you in on the technical details and history of what you’re wearing is a deeply satisfying experience. Definitely would recommend it if you’re like me and tired of trying to imagine what things look like in your wrist while scouring the interwebs. Walked in to look at some watches, and plan on purchasing a Roley as most are on back order. Worked with Sam. He was super pleasant, knowledgeable and very patient with us......we were all over the place :-) Walked us through not only their Roley catalogue but also took his time to show us their other inventory. Looking to purchase a his and hers Rolex. Sam got us on to his VIP list, their dealer prices are much better, than even Grey market.....plus the experience, i will be patient enough to close this deal at Ben Bridge through Sam! So we ended up purchasing a Tag Aquaracer for now, my gal looooooved it so much, she took out her Breitling and Sam was even kind enough to package it in the original Tag box. As a bonus, Sam had our gold chains cleaned for free, came out of there sparkling clean....We are happy customers, our first experience was awesome. We are definitely looking fwd to going back!. Stopped by last Friday and looked for a Rolex Yatch-Master. The sales lady Josi told me there was no available inventory but still set me an ad-hoc appointment and I was able to speak with her 20 minutes later about my interested model of the YM. She patiently asked specifications about the watch and noted them down on an official paper as I can tell. I don’t know if I will get the watch eventually but I can feel the salesperson’s attention and professionalism. So want to give her a thumb up. Good to mention that I don’t have purchase history here so as a random customer I think I was treated the right way. Unlike the other Ben Bridge store at the Washington Square who just asked me to go to my local retailer without any valuable conversation.

There were 4staff,( 3 lady + 1 guy) Long story short, The Middle-aged lady doesn’t know how to smile to customers or She hates helping co-worker’s ' customers. Asians ! I had a great experience here at Portland Ben Bridge. Before I made my visit to the store, I consulted with Tim on the phone regarding the watch I was looking for. He was very patient and took his time to go over details with me. Few days later, I made an appointment with him, then he had everything ready for me. Buying experience was very smooth and easy. Tim showed me how to operate the watch and answered all my questions in very polite manner. He adjusted the bracelet length per my request and that was it. After years of pandemic, I am a bit rusty with the social graces. I randomly walked into this shop without an appointment and demanded to see impossible to find watches. I proceeded to spend thirty minutes peppering a sale associate with questions and demanding to try on items. Then I walked out without buying anything. I cringe a bit thinking about it. TLDR: Kelly is the best thing to happen to jewelry purchasing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. FULL REVIEW: Honestly blown away by the level of service I received at this BB. I came in off the street with no appointment and was greeted by a friendly security guard. He informed me there'd be a small wait to be allowed in because of capacity/available staff--understandable as its not a terribly large place. After about 10m, I was let in and greeted by Kelly. I knew a little about Rolexes (mostly the names of a few) and imo could have been treated like I was just a window shopping non-buyer for how much I did not know but for the next 45m she meticulously walked me through my first Rolex purchase. She thoroughly educated me without being condescending whatsoever and provided a non-pushy opinion on my best choice. I walked in thinking I wanted a Submariner and left on the list to acquire a Sea Dweller and not because she pressured me into spending more but because she helped me see that it was the best choice for me (bezel size, design, etc.), whether that be on that day or I came back much later on or even if I went with a complete different salesperson. I have had some less than pleasant experiences shopping for high-end jewelry (even at a Ben Bridge) and this was the complete antithesis of that. I HIGHLY recommend you go in and visit her for any of your jewelry needs. She is the epitome of a friendly professional who knows how to treat you with respect, help you through the process and make the *right* sale. The jewelery world can be intimidating and a bit pretentious. This was not my experience with Josie and David. Josie was tremendously polite and patient with me on the phone while we figured out which Rolex I wanted. After such a pleasant phone interaction I wanted to visit the store and say thank you face to face. Unfortunately Josie was not there but I was greeted by David. Once again extremely good experience, even though I was not purchasing anything at the moment David treated me kindly and like a person not a commission. I will definitely be purchasing my Rolex and future jewelry from them. We have had the best experience from the Ben Bridge in downtown Portland for years now. Our sales rep we usually work with is Anita and she has always taken care of my wife and my needs and always goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our purchases. From hard to get watches or custom jewelry, she has really taken care of us. We have used so many other jewelers through the years and this location and staff blows all of the others away. We recently visited them last week and Kelly D was great to work with as well. Anita was out still due to Covid staffing cuts and Kelly D gave us the same great service we have been used to from Anita. Literally everyone at the location is so welcoming to my wife and my kids and we make sure to stop by every time we are in Portland. I rarely leave comments on sites but am doing so for Ben Bridge Portland bc they deserve it!

I brought a watch to Ben Bridge for repair. The watch wasn't purchased at their store but I had heard that they have a very good service department. I would like to give a shout-out to the store manager (David) for excellent customer service. My watch took a longer time to be fixed than had been expected but David kept me up to date with the status via phone calls and stayed vigilant until the watch was completely restored. He has good communication skills and is also a nice guy.

Very, very good customer service. I came in 5 minutes before closing, yet I was still taken in to look without feeling pressured or rushed to leave. We came back two days later to purchase! Without asking, my jeweler put my diamond under the microscope for me to see. Ring was sized quickly, and even though it unfortunately was too small (not their fault, it was sized as ordered just did not fit), they resized it and put a rush on it without me asking.
