Me and my fiance came in looking to sell our instrument not knowing they were about to close, and the two gentleman inside were so helpful. They invited us in welcomingly and made sure we knew their reasons for cost and everything. (Despite it being close to closing) GMO and the gentleman in the white shirt have been the best help out of 3 other pawn locations I had been to today. I will definitely be coming back here anytime I have something else to pawn. I recommend this location for anyone who is looking to pawn their items for reasonable pricing.

Let me tell you about this hidden gem in Tempe and why you should stop in for a visit. They have great customer service, and the staff is always super friendly, helpful, and fair in their offer's to either buy or pawn your items'. Their quaint atmosphere, even though the store might be lacking in square footage they make up for this by having a wide variety of items to chose from. And they are very willing to make a deal you cannot pass up, just ask. So, if you are ever in need of a great local pawn-shop, give this place a try, and ask for Mike, or anyone who is free to help you find exactly what you need.

Tempe Pawn & Gold breaks every stereotype about pawn shops. From the staff to the coziness of the room, it is a place you can walk into with an issue and walk out with a resolution. All of the employees are warm and friendly but what was impressive was how knowledgeable in regards to their services and what the processes are. Asking questions doesn't feel uncomfortable and neither does explaining the truth of your situation. I walked in trying to resolve an issue that I didn't have a reliable solution for and walked out knowing exactly what I need to do to turn everything around. Once the concert venues and bars where I normally play to make my living were "shut down" my income took a nose dive.
