I’m not a jewelry person and do not know anything about jewelry. However, Joe was extremely helpful and kind to help deciding on the correct wedding bands for us. Also, the day before we went joe was helping us and a active shooting event happened. Joe was calm and collective during those 30 minutes while that all went on, which is crazy. The dude knows what he is talking about and will recommend anyone to go just because of Joe.

My husband was looking for a last minute purchase for earrings being that Zales totally messed up his order for my birthday. We went to AZ mills and ran into this place. Taylor immediately greeted us and was in full customer service mode. She explained in detail about everything I looked at. I still wanted to explore my options. I went right across the hall from them, walked in, was there for 5 minutes, nobody even spoke to us. We then went to Kay jewelry and their service was more of a sales pitch. With that being said I went right back to Arizona Diamond Center and purchased my earrings. Taylor's customer service was welcoming, personable and overall comfortable. No gimmicks no fake sales pitch!! I also got them at a great price. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back

I went to upgrade my wife’s wedding ring at a competitor business and was very disappointed in both the selection and customer service so that ended up being a short wasted trip. My wife wasn’t happy and I was not happy with the outcome, but as we walked out of that business across the way there was Arizona Diamond Center. My wife was in no mood but we went in anyway. Wow what a difference. We met the nicest man who welcomed us and wanted to know what we were thinking about. He introduced himself and asked our names. We explained to Joe what we were doing and he and my wife went to work. He was amazing with my wife and delivered exactly what she wanted. Trust me when I say this, you could not ask for better service and better explanation as to what you are looking at and what to expect for future reference. At the Arizona Mills diamond center I received not only excellent customer service from Wendi but she helped me re create a necklace diamond and ring set that totally amazed me! I originally purchased a ring at another location and she treated me as if I Was a queen! I am absolutely going to purchase any other jewelry in the Arizona Mills diamond center location from now on. My next project is to create a family ring and I know that she is going to give me excellent recommendations. I did a lot of research before deciding where I wanted to buy my engagement ring. Everything I read pointed me toward AZ Diamond Center (at AZ Mills). When I went on my intial visit, I found everything I read was spot on! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. No one was pushy or forcing me to do anything, but rather inquisitive and wanting to know my story and why I was ready to propose. The store had a very family oriented atmosphere. Brenda Morales helped me a TON. She sat with me and explained what to look for in diamonds, various shapes, settings, pros, cons, etc... She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to figure out what style I was looking for instantly. When I went back about a month or two later, she went out of her way to make sure I left with the best possible ring for my future fiancé. Even when things did not workout quite like I had planned, she came in with even more options and possibilities for me! My visits to the AZ diamond Center and working with Brenda were some of the best customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. I thought the pricing was fair when compared to others and this is the type of jeweler where you go do all your research and then come into the store to negotiate because they will let you know if they can match it or in some cases beat it. I never felt pressured. And so one last time I explained what I was looking for. She lead me to a case and pulled out a ring. I. FELL. IN. LOVE. she had EXACTLY what I wanted! Finally I found what I was looking for! I asked her what it was! Because I've NEVER seen a stone that shiny and full of fire. I assumed it was WAYYYY out od my price range. Nope. It was a beautiful moissanite. I had finally found the one. MY RING. Let me tell you I talked to so many different jewlers... And Brenda was litterally the best. She had such a great personality and i felt so comfortable with her. I walked around the whole mall saw lots of nice rings but nothing that took my breath away until then. She was so helpful and I hope I run into her again soon.
