My experience has been good. I recently received diamond earrings 12, 2022 for my Christmas gift from my husband. One of the earrings seem to be a bit loosen. I wanted to wear the earrings for Christmas. The earrings are worth $2600, so I am reluctant. I will take it back to the store for them to look at it. My husband bought my wedding rings with cash in a year ago, and I purchased my husband a diamond wedding band in October 2022, for his birthday. A diamond fell out of my husband's wedding band but they fixed it diamond with no problem. Although there prices are a bit over priced, I am happy with our purchases. The staff members are great and very nice. Overall, I am happy they stand behind their name.

Great Customer Service from top down. Spoke w/ a rep regarding my fault of oversizing my Wife’s Ring like a noodle. But other than tht the rep was extremely understanding and nice and directed me to the Head Honcho Matt. He shared the same kind mannerisms’ as his rep.
