Love Steven Singer! I've gotten jewelry from here before but my fiance purchased my engagement ring here and it is so beautiful! It was a little small so we went back to have it resized and they just gave me one in a bigger size. I have a few of the gold dipped roses from here and they are my favorite! Definitely a jewelry store I would recommend!

We drove almost 11 hrs to get here and it was well worth it. The entire staff was super friendly and our associate, Bob, was the best. He took great care of us and not only are we happy customers, we are customers for life! The other jewelers may hate Steven Singer, but we sure love him!

On April 25, I ordered my mom one or the Gold covered Roses for Mothers day. The rose was delivered well before Mother's day. On Mothers Day I gave the boxed rose to my mom and when she opened it we found the on of the petals had broken off. I immediately emailed Steven Singer about the problem, I did not expect a reply on Mothers day, but I got one and an apology with it. I was asked to send a picture of the damage to them which I did. 2 days after Mothers day my mom received her replacement rose. The Steven Singer Organization went above and beyond what I expected to make a problem right. They are Top Notch in my opinion. I will be buying from them again in the future.

Great service! Wonderful place. Bob was the man! I came here the day my daughter was born to buy her a small necklace/her first diamond/gift. I also decided to buy my wife the same one because the price was very reasonable. The necklace chain was a little small for my wife. Bob helped me get a new chain for it and it was ready the next day. The pendant was attached to the chain so it wasn’t as easy has getting a longer chain with it. During my time there, Bob and I spoke about family and he shared photos of his grandkids! This place is everything you want in a jewelry store.

Shipping is a nightmare. I didn't notice anywhere on the website saying that I would need to be home between 9:00 and 4:30 to sign for this package. I work don't usually get home before 4:00. I spoke with five different Representatives at FedEx trying to resolve this situation.

Went to the store for the first time since 08 when I bought the original gold rose. Staff was extremely helpful and they take all the precautions against covid19. You really feel safe in there. Upscale professional warm service, Brian took care of me as if he knew me all my life and we connected on a personal and business level. I was offered sparkling water and my parking voucher was made free. My now husband bought my engagement ring at Steven Singer. He had checked out about 4 other places and found Steven Singer to be the best value. They were very knowledgeable and went over all of different cuts of diamonds and settings that he could choose from. We went there for our wedding bands as well and I am in love with my rings! There are also a lot of value added services. I can basically get my rings cleaned/steamed whenever I am in the area for no additional costs. They even give you a glass of wine or a beer if you'd like while you are there! I can't wait to go back for more!

Overall excellent experience, and I would highly recommend. My fiance and I went down to jewelers row looking for wedding bands. Steven Singers was the first place we stopped in. It is clean, well lit, and all of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We looked at other places in the area and Steven Singer is night and day better than all other shops in the area (they may want to move to not be associated with the other places in the area). Seriously, don't waste your time at other places in the area. The entire process was smooth and unrushed. Greg went out of his way to match my fiances unique style. Our rings were going to be in late (at no fault of the stores, weather related) and Greg was on the ball in terms of communication. As gimmicky as it may seem, the food, drinks, and free jewelry cleanings really do make you feel welcomed no matter how much you plan to spend. If you plan on buying jewelry and are in the Philadelphia area, Steven Singer should absolutely be on the short list of places to visit!

What do you get for your wife if she is a Florist? A dozen roses of course, but from Steven Singer instead of the grocery store like last year haha, big mistake... This was our 12th anniversary so I wanted to do something special for her and this did the trick!! I arranged them in a wide, short vase with silk greens in and around. Stephanie was absolutely wonderful. After dealing with other jewelry stores such as the one in the King of Prussia Mall which will remain nameless, Stephanie met my girlfriend needs not the other way around. The prices are fantastic no matter what your budget is. Even though I didn't have a budget per se my girlfriend did not want something super expensive she just wanted an engagement ring that spoke to her and she found it. Went for engagement ring and had a great experience. I worked with Greg. One thing that brought me into the store was advertising about fair, no haggle pricing. I gave a budget and what type of ring I wanted, Greg came back with some options and briefly educated me on the diamonds. I was able to get exactly what I wanted for exactly my budget, and researching the diamond after, looks I like paid exactly what it is worth. The ring turned out amazing, but of course I got the wrong size (my fault), and my fiancee went back and they took care of it quickly for her.

We did not have one, but we were seen and attended to very nicely. They captured our wants really well. I am in the luxury sales world, so I have a good understanding of what clients want and expect, and that the best people out there really serve as consultants much more so than typical salespeople. Logan gets it, and he’s anything bht typical. He brought in multiple stones to pick from and listened as I narrowed down the candidates for the stone. The resulting ring was outstanding, and she loves it. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the market for a product Singer offers.

Ashley was so amazing that I almost proposed to her instead, she was very helpful and took her time going through options without pressuring in any way. I went to Steven Singer's after a few months of looking into different stores and weighing my options. I was greeted promptly and introduced to a salesman, Lanny. Needless to say, it was an amazing experience. Lanny was extremely helpful and patient as I wasn't sure what exactly what kind of engagement ring I wanted. He brought out a LOT of rings for me to look over. They were all within my price range, some at the high end and some at the low. When I saw the right ring, I told him and we went over the details, the warranty, and the price. Not once did he pressure me or even suggest I should settle on a particular ring. I cannot say anything to the buying process of my engagement ring as I was not involved, but I've had my ring for two years now and still can't stop staring. I can walk in at any time for complimentary cleanings, and just had a complimentary re-dip for my upcoming wedding. The jeweler I worked with was patient, grabbing different rings and settings to suit what I wanted to try on. I was even offered something a little outside of the box, and I was glad for the suggestion, it's the band I wound up buying! It was ready on time with no problems. I can honestly say I was a bit leery about using Steven Singer and thought maybe the original engagement ring purchase was swayed by advertisements, but after my personal experience, I can only rave about my experiences over the past two years. After hearing a radio spot on sports radio for their Mother’s Day promotion the “To the moon” necklace I decided to order one for my wife online and go pick it up in store. It is everything I dreamed of! I was just staring at it in the mirror the other day. I still love it just as much as the day I got it! My husband did great! We went back to Bob for our wedding bands! Bob was vvvveeeeerrrryyyyyyy patient with me! I am the world's most indecisive person. We went multiple times before I made a final decision! I am soooo happy with the decision I made. I went with a mismatched look (it isn't exactly the same as my engagement ring). I'm so happy with my final decision! My wedding band is gorgeous with and without my engagement ring on my hand! Bob helped us decide on sizes, shipping, whether or not to do a full infinity band, setting us up with the proper insurance, etc. My husband's wedding band is another story. First of all, he ordered the size he was sized for and when it arrived it was entirely too big. He did not lose an entire ring size in weight from salt or the changes in the weather, etc. So that had to be exchanged. THEN, not even a month after being married, my husband took his ring of to wash his hands, it fell off and hit the floor and got a chip in it! (don't take your ring off to wash your hands...I know!)!!! A v-shaped chip! It's so weird. He was about to take it back but he realized with the sentimental value of it being the ring blessed by our priest and placed on his finger during our wedding ceremony that he didn't really want to turn it in. We were going to bring it in any way for Bob to take a look at it and to see if we could get a replacement without turning the original one in (since they would probably only get rid of it anyway) but then COVID struck and we never went back. That shouldn't be happening...especially to a brand new ring! But overall, our experience with Bob and Steven Singer has been great. Both of my rings are still stunning. They cleaned them for me whenever we brought them in. Bob dipped my engagement ring the day of our rehearsal so it would like stunningly new for our big day. My Mom bought a necklace for herself one day when we stopped by and my husband bought me a "mrs" necklace for my wedding day gift, which I loved! They validate your parking when you shop there and they have DELICIOUS fresh baked cookies! You can't beat diamonds, free parking AND cookies, right?!?!?!

When other places say they’re having a 20-50% off sale, they add 50% to that price, and when I buy it they take it off and make U think u saved. I actually witnessed this first hand. Went in a place with Z and in November. Got a price. Got an email saying that same ring was 40% off now. I went in, not telling them I had gotten a price in Nov. and even with the “40% off” it actually was MORE expensive then the first time. Liars and rip offs! Not Steven singer. Unfortunately this year I ordered the hot pink rose but received a red rose. I went to the website and noticed I was able to text with customer service. It was very easy and Andrea was very helpful. I texted pictures so she could see the color and she agreed I received a red rose in a box that indicated hot pink. She asked if I would like to exchange the red for the hot pink. She emailed me a shipping label and instructions and advised that my hot pink would be sent out today, before they even receive the red one back from me. He was able to simplify the process for me, remove the stress, have some good laughs, and help me choose a ring that my now fiancé is in love with. There was no pressure selling or upselling, it was about finding what was right for my budget and for her. What really confirmed my own feelings about the whole experience was when I brought her back for our wedding bands. In her mind she knew what she wanted, but just needed some of that guidance on finding it. Russ again nailed it for us, able to find exactly what it was she was thinking. She had even turned to me say "I now know why you came here". In all of that though it wasn't just about finding the right ring, but also about him taking the time to explain the differences in the rings, settings, and diamonds. From a guy's perspective when and you're investing in rings, he made it very comfortable for me and made me feel confident in what I was buying was the right choices for us. We left there after our second visit extremely happy and excited about our rings. Steven Singer and Russ really nailed the whole experience for us from start to finish and I would recommend any one to stop in.
