Our experience at L. Priori couldn’t have been better! We worked with Sojeoung to design our ring, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. We had several meetings during the design process and never felt pressured to exceed our budget or select something that wasn’t exactly what wanted. The ring was finished two weeks early and was absolutely perfect. If you’re trying to decide between an online vendor, a traditional jeweler, or something custom; we have zero regrets choosing something custom from L. Priori.

My fiancé and I are so unbelievably happy with my engagement ring! I first heard about L. Priori through my friend and her fiancé, as they designed their custom heirloom engagement ring in the King of Prussia office. We designed ours with the lovely, Sojeoung at the center city Philly office. Sojeoung and the front desk staff were warm, welcoming and made me feel so special during the entire process. I knew very little about diamonds before coming to L. Priori, and I’m so thankful for Sojeoung as she did a fabulous job teaching us all we needed to know. From first booking an engagement ring appointment online, to trying on diamonds, to watching Sojeoung work her magic in front of you and show you a digital design preview, it was seamless and magical. Not only did Sojeoung offer suggestions based on your personal style, history with jewelry and inspiration photos, she is meticulous about making sure you’re getting the ring of your dreams. My fiancé and I only had to go into the office a total of three times before Sojeoung sourced my perfect diamond, and we designed the rest of the stunning ring together. We are so beyond thrilled with my gorgeous ring, and we recommend L. Priori to everyone. Thank you a million times for being part of our love story.

LPriori was simply the best experience a couple could ask for! From start to finish they were professional, personable, and passionate in curating the best ring for our engagement. In total we met with Sojeong 5-6 times for over an hour or two each time. She made sure I was as involved as I wanted and I still felt surprised when it came to the big day. Plus, even better, our ring is more than a rock— it has so much meaning to us! No detailed was left unnoticed and she made me feel so comfortable at each part of the journey! Brooke knocked it out of the park again. My father in law gifted me this set but the bracelet did not fit. Brooke designed a way to make a new clasp but maintain the integrity of the piece and get a new emerald for the ring to be able to move part of the bracelet back to its home on the clasp. This is the 5 (or 6th?) pieces they have rebuilt for me and I will always return.

I worked with Lauren on an heirloom redesign a few years ago. When my fiancé and I started to think about getting engaged, I immediately thought of L. Priori Jewelry. We moved to the West Coast in 2020, but Sojeong Kim was able to help us completely remotely. I was involved throughout the whole process by choice, though they offered to surprise me a few times (which I appreciated). Their response times were quick, she was very personable, answered any questions I had, and was able to help when we had a few hiccups, including helping with sizing, resending a wax print overnight, and sending jewelry across county safely. I got exactly what I wanted! People are constantly giving me compliments! I can't wait to get a matching wedding band from L. Priori when the time is right.

Not to mention the CAD technology is incredible and helps you to know exactly what your custom pieces will look like before they are even made. Highly recommend to all.

I do not have enough kind things to say about my (now) fiance and I's experience at L.Priori and particularly about Abigail. The entire process start to finish was amazing. The showroom itself is such a welcoming place, and we immediately felt relaxed. Abby was wonderful. She did a fantastic job of explaining everything we needed to know about cut, clarity, color and any other diamond information. She had a selection of diamonds I said I wanted to consider within our price range and took the stress out of any guesswork. Most importantly- she made a daunting process fun!! She is extremely kind, warm, and knowledgeable. She got to know us and made every visit personal. She did the best job of guiding me through the creation of a ring, and handled the most special element, which were two family heirloom diamonds. She was patient in helping me look at designs and styles and did not rush me through a single decision, or pressure me in the slightest. She noticed quickly what I liked and didn't like and made suggestions based on my preferences. I feel confident that it was Abbys help that made my ring perfect. I wanted to keep a few elements a surprise, so I stepped out of the process, and Abby continued to assist my fiancé and made him feel comfortable with his selection (something I was formerly nervous about having him do :) ). I knew I left him in good hands! I got engaged last week and could not be more thrilled with my stunning L.priori ring. 7/5 - Ask for Abby. Yet I’m sure everyone available is competent. Here is why: In short - Pure magnificence. Got my girl her dream ring custom designed exactly how she imagined it. They offered straight up, obvious solutions with a surplus of options that exceeded my expectations. An enjoyable, great process, and I didn’t feel like I was being ‘sold to’ EVER. I wish everywhere I shopped was like this. Couldn’t be happier. By the way, what we ended up purchasing cost 75% less than that with ZERO compromises or sacrifices. Not 10% less, not 25-30%. 75. LESS. Imagine yourself spending 75% less than what you expected to pay after doing initial market research. Incredible. Now I can still afford to eat. Long explanation: I know nothing about diamonds let alone rings. A quick google search and a few hours of digging, I armed myself with some basic knowledge of how not to get taken advantage of during an engagement ring purchase and decided to take my girlfriend engagement ring window shopping just to see dial in what she likes and thought it would make for a fun date. After needing a shower from navigating through the filth of jewelers row and other spots in Philadelphia; knowing the little knowledge I’ve acquired from the internet. LP had a cancellation and we were able to slide into an impromptu opening with Abby and check out a few things. She is so thorough, her attention to detail is exceptional. She presented options and we rescheduled to meet in a few weeks to check out a few more specific options of loose stones, and talked about ring setting design. They offer custom ring design and give you a rendering to confirm and then you get a wax 3D print to test fit the stone In after choosing and paying for the stone. We’re picky and wanted to wait for the EXACT stone she wanted. Her dream stone. So it took us a few more tries and Abby had stones imported from all around the world just for us to SEE IF WE LIKED THEM OR NOT. I understand how business works, I own a few, but I wasn't expecting these luxuries whatsoever. I guess you could say it’s expected when spending $$$ on an object but my experience with L Priori contrasts immensely with the other jewelry stores we’ve been to in the Philadelphia area. After finally dialing in the proper size stone, sifting through sizes, colors, clarities, and shapes, we wanted an oval, but a fat oval. The fattest oval. Obese. Diabetic. Difficult to find - Abby found it in what felt like a few weeks I believe. We confirmed it, Made payment, and moved onto ring design. Wax review took another week or so, it was shipped direct to my house, and my girl got to try it on. We had a small tweak to make and came in to see the stone set inside of it. Loved it. Ended up finalizing the draft and sent the ring into production. Timeline expectations were give to us transparently and yet again expectations were exceeded. You can go through this process as fast or slow as you choose. If you’re picky like us, it may take an extra visit or two. But every step was a fun experience and not stressful in the least bit. I wish I saw a review like this before wasting my time elsewhere. Every aspect of this process has been flawless in my eyes, the staff is friendly, great location and amazing ambience to the store. There are private rooms to discuss design and I was offered refreshments as well. Don’t look anywhere else, there’s no need. As of the time of this review, pricing was aggressively competitive with online loose stone pricing and you’re able to visually see and touch your stone in person before locking it in. That is worth it’s weight 100%. Glad to be a part of the L priori Family! I’m sure I’ll be back. Hopefully not for another engagement ring

My jewelry consultant, Sojeoung, took an idea I had for a custom engagement band and digitally designed it within minutes! Appointments are a 1 on 1 consultation, making your experience very personal. Once your ring is designed, L Priori will make you a 3D printed mold to review before casting your final product. I had a great experience working w/ Hannah to design an engagement ring using an assortment of stones from my fiancee's jewelry collection, as well as a sapphire from my great-grandfather's wedding band. L Priori's jeweler also re-closed the band after taking out the sapphire without flaw, maintaining the original inscription from the early 1900s, which speaks to that person's craftsmanship. Hannah was incredibly communicative and thoughtful throughout the whole process, even after making the final sale. She was descriptive & precise, always took great care to ensure we were always on the same page, and could throw together beautiful digital mockups like she was making pizza on a friday night. Most of all, she didn't bat an eye at the fact that the weather was perfect for my shoes to leave puddles in her office during basically every meeting we had in person (I really am sorry about that, Hannah!)--definitely true professionalism at L.
