My husband purchased my engagement ring here back in 2014. A little less than 2 weeks ago I had a very small diamond fall out in the corner of the setting. I anticipated it would be a headache to deal with getting it fixed under warranty but I was completely wrong. I reached out via convenient chat to tell them issue and they sent me a return label right away to ship it back. They made the repairs in a week for free and returned my ring via fed ex very securely with signature required. My ring came back looking shinier than ever! Thank you Golden Nugget for making what could be a stressful process so easy and returning my ring in pristine condition.

Overall phenomenal experience. Shout out to Yoav for his great customer service, we feel as if we were treated like family. We shopped in the store for an engagement ring, but since we live about an hour from the city, we were able to finalize everything over the phone with ease. The final product is INSANE! This isn't a jeweler that is going to extend your budget to make money, they will sit you down and educate you, and then go above and beyond to make you happy.

We visited Golden Nugget to search for a diamond engagement ring. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted with a smile and given first class treatment throughout our visit. Yoav, our consultant was incredibly knowledgeable and offered non-biased advice when choosing a diamond. He wanted to be sure we were satisfied with our choice of stone without any pressure about choosing the most expensive one. We had a particular setting and cut in mind, and he was willing to accommodate our wishes, even though the ring would need to be custom made. In the end we settled on a ring setting that would showcase the one of a kind diamond that I chose. It's rare that I submit reviews, but GN Jewelers exceeded any expectations that I had while entering. Yoav and team went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was one that would have me coming back for years. From going over the setting I wanted to the point of receiving my appraisal for the engagement ring, Yoav gave his undivided attention to meet all my needs. He worked with the designer (MM) to go over all of the setting specifics which they were to build from scratch, sending over the diamond, and having everything back and ready for pickup within 4 weeks! He was upfront with the pricing which was thousands less compared to what others had quoted me as their 'BEST PRICE'. I was able to message him in the morning, afternoon, and evening to which he would promptly respond. He answered any and all of my questions / concerns and even welcomed me to to call the designer and check for myself everything was going smoothly. He was transparent with each step of the process. Provided me with the GIA certificate / documents for me to review no issues at all. I strongly recommend others shopping for engagements / wedding rings to visit GN Jewelers and ask for Yoav. He will go the extra mile where others will fall short.

Wow, what an amazing experience we had here with Johav! I initially brought my girlfriend to try out a few rings to see what she liked not really planning to buy that day. Johav went above and beyond and spent lot of time with us going through different styles and bands for her to try on. While very knowledgeable, he made sure to give my girl time to decide what was right for her and never pressuring us to make any commitment. I never felt pushed to buy or look at the most expensive things. We felt so comfortable and after spending so much time in the shopping and picking out what she liked, it made sense to just buy it then. Once I got the ring later, I noticed something that I should have probably noticed the first time. I went back and Johav again went above and beyond to help me out. He never blamed me for anything and still worked with me to make sure I was happy and taken care of. Exceptional service is really why we're referred here in the first place and I can see why. My husband and I, after our late life wedding, decided to add an engagement ring to my wedding band, with a small diamond bezel setting. After not finding anything online or on jewler's row, or that we could afford, my husband saw the diamond wholesaler's sign and felt that we could find something there. We went to the Golden Nugget where we were first shown bezel settings, not including the diamonds, and not affordable. That kinda got us to thinking that there was nothing for us. So we were then shown an assortment of preset diamond engagement rings in bezel settings. We could afford them and they kept getting more and more suitable as we were shown them, even with side diamonds and different shaped stones. Then, the consultant brought out a large white gold bezel set round diamond with baguettes along the sides in heavy 18 karat yellow gold. We were amazed and decided immediately on the choice. The diamonds and baguettes are good, not great, but it looks beautiful sparkling in the stunning setting that I couldn't have created to my own liking any better. We were very happy with Ken Long's assistance in finding our perfect engagement ring!

Overall the hotel was ok. Our room smelled and appeared clean with the exception of the bath tub which had hair in it. If you have children, this is probably not the place to go. They have a pool but the kids are only allowed in it from 10a-2p. Which is stupid because check in itself isn’t until 4. Also the pillows in the rooms are HORRIBLE. Do not expect to get a good nights sleep.

Ok this review goes out to Mike the salesman and the amazing job he did helping me custom make an engagement ring. I drove over an hour an 30 minutes away to this huge sale they had on a brand that I wanted. I super nervous had no idea what I was getting into other then what I wanted from a picture my girlfriend now fiancé sent me a long time ago that I saved. Showed up to this world class jewelry store, was greeted by amazing people at the front door. We sat down I showed him what I wanted and every detail I wanted and this man did that and more. I even told the owner how great of help he was, and he said “you will not be disappointed I promise you”. I even told them the date I needed the ring for the big day and they delivered.This ring came out so amazing that I proposed at a hockey game yesterday night Flyers VS Devils and I felt like I was giving Lords Stanley Cup to my now fiancé. I’m not buying jewelry anywhere else but Golden Nugget Jewelers, it is the only jewelry store I trust. Thank you again Mike, staff, and to the owner.

Salespeople can be so pushy and try to pressure the consumer into a buy. I did not feel that way at all at Golden Nugget Jewelers. So I was shopping around for an engagement ring between this store and another(which my family has used). I will say walking into any store is a bit overwhelming to say the least. Right from the start the sales lady (Marian) was very helpful and showed me everything that I wanted to see. She went through every thing pertaining to the 4 C's etc. Once it came down to what I was looking at she spent a great deal of time showing me a variety of settings and diamonds. I must say the customer service that I was given was top notch. After being in the store for about an hour, I finally but a deposit down on a ring. Needless to say I went back into the store a few weeks later changing everything up and going with something different. At this time, the sales person was still top notch with everything and once again was very helpful. I walked out of the store a very happy person and will be getting my ring next week. Everyone from my saleslady, to her boss, to the other people made this experience wonderful. Their inventory is great and the prices are even better. I will not go anywhere else for any jewelry in the future other then Golden Nugget. If I could give this place 10 stars rather then 5 I would.

Sometimes, it still amazes us. Also, we live in VA, but they are worth the drive. I am definitely not a customer that tends to leave reviews after a purchase, but I am so pleased with my purchase that I feel a review is more than warranted. Marian was informative and frank throughout my research process, and her manager was more than happy to match deals I had found at a litany of other stores. Moreover, when I brought up the negative reviews I had found online, namely the review that more or less accused Golden Nugget of giving a buyer a different diamond than they paid for, the manager was already aware of the negative review and cogently refuted the accusation. In the end, I came away from Golden Nugget with an amazing bargain. I went to roughly 10 other stores after putting a diamond on hold at Golden Nugget and none of these stores said they could even try to compete with the price. When i received the diamond, I went to a gemologist to make sure the laser engraving matched the GIA, and it did.

There are probably better Jewellers out there. two side stones from our engagement ring fell out one day after after they resized it. In all honesty, they should have known not to resize a ring down too much as to cause stress on side stones in the setting. so definitely not happy about that. But whats commendable is the prompt, friendly customer service we received from Jennifer Brown. She quickly sent shipping labels for us to ship it back and replaced the stones and sent it back while ordering a new setting which we got our diamond moved to at a later date. Definitely recommend golden nugget for diamonds, settings not so much!
