Absolutely love this place. I bought my other half a wedding band. The ring needed to be resized they sent off and it was back very quickly. Sadly though the ring was less than months old and my other half had it on at work and was called.to.floor so he slipped it in his pocket and at some point he lost it. :( The staff is amazing and the jewelry is great quality with good prices.

They totally respected our budget and helped me find a beautiful engagement ring for under budget and it was exactly what I was wanting. Also with a warranty so they inspect and clean our rings every 6 months. I needed a tiny repair once and they did it for free and timely. You can take them in to get cleaned as often as you want and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

He was extremely informative of the diamonds he had in store, ones he could get from other Riddles locations, competitors diamonds, and online alternatives(without pushing you one way or another). At the end of the day, Chaydon found us a perfect stone that was a better carat, cut, color, and clarity that we figured to be in the(already low)price range we were looking to stay in for the carat size. The full ring, diamond, and sizing ended up being cheaper than any store front or online site could offer. I came in on a Friday to buy my wife a ring and was greeted by Lexi who helped me for about 15 minutes. She was not pushy and she was very friendly. I decided not to get anything on Friday but came back with my wife on Saturday. They were busy but Krista came over to help us as soon as she could. She was also very friendly and not pushy at all. She helped through all of the indecisiveness and she was very patient with us. The selection of rings we were looking for was very large. They had more rings than any of the other places that we had also looked at. We finally got one picked out and Lexi came over to talk to us and remembered me from the day before. They said it could take 3 weeks to receive my special order but I got it in 10 days! I went during a time when no holidays were happening or anything real special and I was still able to get a great deal. I got 30% off men's jewelry and financing with ZERO interest for a year. I was not for sure on the ring size and choose size 10.5. It needed to be a little bigger to a size 11 and they were able to resize it for me for free! Done in 15 minutes. I brought my Mom's ring in for repairs. It was missing a stone. They were the only place that would actually give me a quote for the repair. They not only replaced the missing stone but also took the initiative (with my consent) to retip the prongs on the other stones so she wouldn't loose anymore. I went to see about resizing my wife's ring. The department staff was very welcoming. I did not remember if I had a warranty for the ring. Also, the ring was purchased at a different location. Upon coming to your store we had some issues in regards to the engagement ring I purchased. Even though we did not purchase it through the Omaha store Lexi stepped up and took ownership and eased our concerns. I was told it would be a could weeks for my ring to be ready and it was finished in a couple days. Then when it didn't fit quite like I had hoped, they went above and beyond to get it fixed to my liking very quickly. We will be back!
