My now husband and I decided to look at rings since it had been a few years since we had looked at them. I thought I knew what I liked and wanted, but once I saw THE ring, I knew it was for me. It's absolutely gorgeous, I had never seen anything like it, and my husband loved it too. He ended up going back and getting it for me, and proposed a few months later. I get the best compliments on it from complete strangers, and our friends and family have had the best things to say about it. It's vintage, unique, and stunning. The staff at Riddles were amazing, and were quick getting it resized and back to me.

I went to a handful of jewelry stores before I arrived at Riddle. All the others tried to get me to agree to a much more expensive process (adding gold) to fix my girlfriend's ring. Most even refused to fix it without doing so. Riddle was very accommodating and did a great job at a very reasonable price! We are very happy!

Riddle's was great experience. Brian was great to work with and accommodated all my needs. Purchasing an engagement ring is stressful enough by itself. In my experience, I was provided with side-by-side comparisons of many stones and expert advice on the particulars of my setting. I highly recommend this great staff over other vendors including online ones. At least give them the opportunity to show you for themselves how great they are. They are patient and understand the engagement process and that it takes time. They are informative but not pushy. Furthermore, they do a great job checking in with you and providing updates. I will definitely be returning for future needs.

My boyfriend and I came to Riddle’s because a lot of people in my family, his family, and friends have told us that Riddle’s has beautiful, unique, and custom made jewelry. I knew I’d find something perfect there, as I had checked out other jewelry stores that had regular boring jewelry or really pushy staff. The three staff I met that handled me and my boyfriend’s items were so personable, patient, and listened to all of our concerns. Lexi and Lydia were most knowledgeable about helping me decide on the finer details about my jewelry piece, and answered every little question or scenario that I thought of to help me make the final decision. Brian, the store manager certified a beautiful sapphire that would be put in a gorgeous ring setting the ladies helped me pick out. Both Lydia and Lexi communicated well between each other when discussing our jewelry pieces, because when we came back in to pick out my boyfriend’s piece and one or the other was not there, they knew what was going on. I was always kept informed of what was going on with delivery of my jewelry by texts or calls. The quality of the merchandise is excellent! Since that time we’ve been back to purchase larger diamond earrings, and an engagement ring and jacket that is stunning. I stopped in to your Oakview Mall location yesterday afternoon, looking for a man's Citizen watch that I'd seen online. Your sales associate, Lydia Rymarcsuk asked if she could help, and we ended up spending a good amount of time talking about several watches in the display. I couldn't have asked for a more friendly, caring and kind saleswomen to work with. She wasn't aloof or too high-brow as many diamond and jewelry dealers tend to be these days. Although she didn't have the watch in stock that I was looking for, she still treated me as a long-time customer. Right before I left, she suggested I return when I was ready and she would be able to help me look at men's rings that could be custom made! Without a doubt, I will be back when the budget permits. THE GOOD : Lexie helped pick out the most beautiful engagement ring. Her customer service skills are outstanding! Listens to whaty you want and puts her 2 cents in, which was great in our case. Brian the manager, excellent salesman, very professional. Made a great deal in our rings and really made the whole deal happen so smoothly! THE BAD : We came back to drop ring off for sizing and was met by Brad, the opening manager of that day. For 1, he opened late. 2, not a people person. Wasnt impressed by his attitude. Riddle’s has definitely taken care of me! I had a diamond from my grandma that I desperately wanted placed in a ring. I had been to several different jewelers all who tried to get me to buy something completely different then I wanted. Years ago I bought my wife a simple golden necklace with her birthstone as a pendant. We didn’t have much then, so it was a big deal. Years and two kids later, the chain broke due to small hands that grab whatever they could. Anyways, the necklace meant a lot to her, so I tried to see if they would repair it despite having no record of my own to prove I bought it there. Riddle’s Jewelry is my absolute favorite jewelry store in the Omaha metro area. I took in my wife’s jewelry for a cleaning, and they noticed my wife’s wedding band was wearing thin and it was also missing a small diamond. They gave us a couple of options. Either add some gold to the band, or they could solder the engagement ring, wedding band, and anniversary band together. We opted to solder the rings together. They also set in a new diamond. They did an amazing job all around. We will be customers for life. Thank you Riddle’s!!! Keep doing what you do!!!

I went into Riddle's a couple weeks ago with a depressing request; to remove my wedding ring that I hadn't taken off in 27 years. Not only was I dealing with a life change, but my knuckles made my removing the ring myself impossible. Without hesitation Lydia Rymarcsuk and Brian Catania used a tool and 20 minutes to get it cut and removed. As I offered to pay for the service the impact they made wasn't that they refused payment it was the heartfelt conversations we had. I had just moved to Omaha and needed a friend to talk to more than just a ring removed. It may sound corny, but, they not only gave me friendly conversation as we got to know each other but listened to the story of how I ended up in their jewelry store! I was pretty embarrassed until I felt they sincerely listened to some stranger going thru a rough time in his life. I want to applaud whomever brought Lydia and Brian on board your company. The best way to drive your business is to find employees like them. They are great brand ambassadors for Riddle's and more importantly good people. I assure you that I will have a need for a jewelry store in the future and will be your customer. In my business I speak to a lot of professionals.
