I had a situation and needed extra cash. I sold a ring and a watch....I met Duke, the owner of this store. He gave me a fair price, was very professional, had a wonderful conversation with him! Believe me, I did my research before going to Millard Jewelry and Coin, and thought this would be the best place to go. It was....I highly recommend Duke and Millard Jewelry and Coin!

Going in I was very unsure of what value I was bringing into the store and they helped me out a ton with assessing everything I brought in and telling me the most updated value of all items I wanted to sell. I have only good to say about everyone who has helped me! I have gone in a couple of times “window shopping” and returned to sell some jewelry during a family crisis. They were fair with prices and payout amounts and I could really feel the kindness throughout our transaction. The woman who gives jewelry appraisals I can’t remember her name, “ sorry, I don’t know why it won’t stick” (I believe it is family owned and she is one of the family) was so warm and stayed a few minutes late to help me because I had such a small window of time away from the hospital. Thank you guys again, you helped out more than you can ever know.

Beware of other people in town. I almost got scammed by a very "reputable" jewelery buyer/appraiser out west. Not only was this man who helped me honest...but he was respectful and made the process easy and we even had a few laughs.

I started going there to pick up my "wish" orders and I found the place to be full of things I like. There are useful items for sale and some unique finds and vintage pieces. Everyone there is friendly especially Duke he always gives me a great deal and I trust if I ever need to sell something he will give me a better offer than anyone else in town.

Had some odds and ends of silver that were no good for anything but melting down so brought those in plus a handful of not very rare coins for them to look over. I had read the reviews about this place and thought it was an interesting place to sell my 22k gold necklace. To find out, Duke was the guy who runs the show and paid me close to what I initially paid for the necklace when I had bought it overseas 4 years ago. I had went to 3 other places that really low balled me but Duke was fair with his price and I would recommend this place for selling or buying gold, silver, etc. Lastly, Duke has a great sense of humor and is very personable which made the experience a plus. -Eric Johnson

Very much enjoyed browsing through this shop which has a diverse inventory that is clean, highly organized and whose owners are super friendly. I came in with an item to sell and ended up finding a tool that I'd been in need of. The owner was able to point me right to where it was located in the shop after I inquired, and we agreed on an exchange that was fair and left us both very happy. Many pawn shops can be rough around the edges, dusty and intimidating. Millard Jewelry & Coin is none of these - the customer service is outstanding and it is well worth a visit!

Found a wedding band for my fiance and really enjoyed the whole experience. So of course, I looked for some jewelry for myself as well. Seems that they have really fair prices on diamond jewelry. Tons of fun colored gemstones if you're into that kind of thing. As far as men's bands, they had several tungsten carbide pieces that were very affordable, plus lots of white and yellow gold. I'm thinking I might be back to look for gifts for my bridesmaids. Thanks, guys!
