I wanted to get on here and review two people specifically. Deb M. (in jewelry) and G (in watches). My wedding is coming up this April and they have been AMAZAING! I am excited for my groom to get his gift and my engagement ring and wedding band came from here. They are also attentive and great listeners. I never felt pressured to buy, but always had a great feeling leaving. I went back and forth and back and forth trying to decide and they both were so so so patient. This store has been around for a long time I believe because they treat you they way they want to be treated and don't push sales. I had a great experience here and will be back!

I had such a great experience with Deborah at Borsheims! My partner and I had terrible experiences everywhere else and had almost resorted to getting an engagement ring online before we decided to try Borsheims. We had a few family members give glowing reviews, so we gave it a go. Deborah asked what our budget was right off the bat and let us build the ring from the bottom up. I didn't even know that was an option! She ordered diamonds and had us approve every step of the process. I loved her honesty and how she was really helpful and wanted what's best for us. I can't wait to see the finished product. I can't recommend her enough!!

What I love about Borsheims is that I can bring in lots of my heirloom costume jewelry for repairs. I didn’t realize this! I thought no way would they work on costume jewelry, but it’s true. You just speak to an associate on the sales floor and they’ll help you out! No problem!!

We were in town from Indiana for our daughter’s wedding on Saturday. I brought my mother's antique Victorian diamond sunburst brooch for our daughter to wear - but I forgot to bring a chain. Jackie waited on us. We brought in a necklace that was the desired length but we could not remove a small pendant. We intended to buy a simple chain. But between Jackie and my husband (who was a silversmith in our graduate school days), they were able to modify the chain and thus we did not need to buy a new one. Jackie was kind enough to help us have the brooch securely installed with her in house jeweler. She did not make a sale. But she secured our loyalty to the store. We highly recommend the excellent customer service that is so rare these days. Kudos to Jackie!! God bless you!

A bit late to review, but bought a watch from Elizabeth at Borsheims last year, and cannot recommend both her and Borsheims more! Exceptional service and quick to resolve any issues without hesitation. I would 100% advise anyone the market to work with them!

UPDATE: the responded immediately, offered refund, confirmed their NOMOS authorization as a vendor and that they'd send it to NOMOS to confirm it's authenticity. Well-handled. OLD They sell knock offs. I ordered a NOMOS Ludwig cordovan watch strap to replace a worn out one I picked up in person from a NOMOS store 7 years ago. The replacement Borsheims sold me has different poor quality stamping, different leather insides and the width tolerances do not match the genuine model. I am very disappointed and recommend you avoid them entirely if you value owning a genuine item as they claim

Wedding ring shopping at Borsheims was such a great experience. Good pricing and me and my fiancée got our rings within a week once ordered. Other ring shops were quite pushy with sales and we did not experience that here. I’m not into jewelry and wasn’t sure what I wanted but nobody made me feel rushed or judged, which I experienced at the ring shops in the Westroads mall. Such a great experience!

I’ve looked at watches every time I’ve been in the store over the last three years - despite having not purchased a watch from him, he always treats me like an old friend and is happy to chat with me about watches and answer any questions I’ve had. Happily, I bought my first watch from G and hopefully there will be many more to come. I can’t say enough positive things about Borsheims as a whole, but my experience with G is always next level. If you’re looking for a watch, talk to him or any of them really - they’ve always been generous, knowledge, and helpful.

Borsheims is the finest jewelry retailer in Omaha, and Julie Potash is the best salesperson to help you with your jewelry needs! My fiance and I chose Borsheims for my engagement ring and his wedding ring, and we couldn't have had a better experience. Despite looking at rings then waiting another year before returning, it was like we never skipped a beat with Julie. She spent so much time getting to know us, learning what we each liked in a ring, and educating us on diamonds and precious metals. The level of service Julie provided us is the definition of going above and beyond. She helped my fiance and I customize my engagement ring, she searched Borsheims inventory online with us and brought in stones for us to see, and she helped get my grandparents' wedding bands re-sized and cleaned up so I could use them for my own. In addition to her knowledge and service, Julie was an absolute joy to work with. She is so warm, patient, and has a smile that immediately makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of. We will continue to come back to Borsheims because of Julie's service and the beautiful rings she helped us buy. Thank you, Julie!

I really enjoy shopping (or just browsing!) at Borsheims. The watch section is terrific - you can look at all types and price ranges. None of them are cheap (you ARE at Borsheims), but the quality is never second rate. The rings are varied , some traditional, some unique. Prices are just as varied. The decorator and holiday pieces are fun and can be very special - just hunt!

My wife and I decided to stop in and take a look at some watches. We were greeted immediately by G. At first, I thought he shared his nickname with us. Lol. We started looking at IWC, and then worked our way to Breitling. I have always wanted a Breitling for the longest time. I asked G., if I could please take a peak at a SuperOcean and a Navitimer. Both watches looked elegant, and my style. But, I then asked G. if I could look at the Super Avenger. It was a watch that drew me in. I tried it on, and I knew right then and there it was the watch we are purchasing. G. Gigitashvili, was very patient, and made the purchase smooth. I am so very happy with our purchase!! We will be back to purchase a watch for my wife. I now know he was not telling us his nickname, as his business card says, “G.”, for his first name. Lol. Holy moly- Borsheims must be the largest jewelry store I have ever seen. I can only imagine the value of all the jewelry in there. The staff is wonderful and very patient. Because of their massive sales volume, Borsheims is able to negotiate a discount from the list price. The price you see on the tag is always higher than the price you pay. The "Borsheims price" alone is reason enough to shop in the store.

I love the home decor Borsheims has. It’s where I go to select the very special things. My new favorite is the grapefruit Nest candles. One of the sales people told me about them. My first experience walking into Borsheim's was not one that would have gotten a glowing review; however, after getting Lisa Jackson as a sales rep I knew this was the place, with the right person to find the right engagement ring. I felt like talking with her for 30 minutes did more to understand diamonds than spending hours online doing research. If you want to find someone who will listen to your goals (budget, quality, etc) and work to find the right stone, I highly recommend Lisa Jackson.

Wow, the place is phenomenal. The people are a different story. Heard Warren Buffet had something to do with the store. All I know is that I was given the "evil eye", like I couldn't afford to be there. Bad mistake. Because I came on a bike and had on a T-shirt, didn't mean I couldn't afford to shop there. My trike was $45K, its paid for, and I could afford to shop there. They lost a customer. Won't be back.

I had went to Helzbergs and they said; "Were also a Berkshire Hathaway company you just don't have to pay the designer prices but we offer the same quality". Borsheim's is a huge, city-sized, madhouse experience of jewellery and fine stones where you can spend a whole day spending two life-times of inheritances to fill your loved one's jewelry boxes to overflowing. And once a year you'll run into Mr Warren Buffet as he spruiks this company's products during Berkshire Hathaway's AGM celebrations.
