I have been a customer of Lewis Jewelers for 14 years. From engagement rings, wedding rings, anniversary gifts, custom pieces, or even jewelry repairs, we wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I even moved out of state and still only trust Lewis Jewelers for their quality and great pricing, and make special trips back just for jewelry purchases. Service is phenomenal and selection is fantastic. Go see Tim! You won't be disappointed.

I had a very unique process to getting engaged/married in which then life happened, putting my dream ring creation years out. I was on a search for my dream ring which I quickly found at my hometown jeweler. The only jeweler who did not make the process critical or overbearing. They kept my wishes on file, so when I was ready they were ready for me in the same fashion they were years ago. They really don’t know the impact of being personal. The last few years was extremely trying for my husband and I, so to do this for us and take great care of diamonds that were passed down to us, this ring was a symbol of making it out the other side with something to show for it. None of it could have been as seamless and perfect without Tim and his staff. They will always have my business and the city of Moore.

My husband and I used Lewis Jewelers for my wedding ring. They were super helpful - never pushy. I’ve had several upgrades made on my ring and they’ve always been great to work with. There was a glitch in their system the last time we visited, when I had an anniversary band added. Not only did they fix the issue, but I actually ended up with a better ring in the end. They use better quality diamonds than other jewelry retailers, are experts in jewelry customization, and deliver on what they promise. I definitely recommend this place - they are wonderful!

I worked with Lewis Jewelers off and on for nearly two years on the perfect ring design. I inherited a diamond from my mother and wanted to be sure that I honored her by choosing a setting that enhanced the diamond and did not take away from it. Everyone was very patient with me as I went back and forth over styles. In the end I found something that I loved and they custom made it to my exact detail. I picked the ring up today and it turned out even better than I expected!! I am very satisfied with the service I received from the entire staff.

After my fiance and I were pushed into buying an engagement ring I didn't love at a different jewelry store, Lewis helped us order my dream ring with our modest budget. The staff that helped us were extremely kind, patient, and did not make us feel uncomfortable for having a budget on the lower end. A year later, I helped my sister pick out a similar engagement ring from the same brand online. She went to a local jewelry store that retailed that brand in Tulsa and they said her budget was too small. I referred her to Lewis, so she and her fiance went to them with the ring they wanted and their budget. The staff at Lewis were again exceptional and were able to work their magic to get her the ring she wanted while respecting what they could afford. Both of our rings are complimented by strangers all the time. I will only buy fine jewelry here from now on, and one day I hope to return to upgrade my engagement ring when the time comes.

If you're looking for very nice jewelry for the girlfriend or spouse, this is the place. Not often do I 5 star a local business but this is a rare exception. Tim and Glen offer some of the finest in Moore at just about any price for anyone. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Tim visits with every person (if it’s possible) to make sure all is good. Their custom made jewelry is amazing and affordable. The service after the sale is unmatched by any other store. The biggest selling point is that ALL services are done in house. Cleaning, sizing, etc. So if one spends a lot for a ring or necklace its nice to know your item never leaves the store. Lewis Jewelers will not disappoint.

I never write reviews for Google, but Lewis Jewelers is worth my time and effort. I could not have had a better experience purchasing our ring from Lewis Jewelers. Not only does the value appraise for far better than my purchasing price, but the service was outstanding. Tim Lewis assisted me himself and was kind and personable. He spent over an hour talking to me about my life and made sure I felt great about my purchase. Mind you, my engagement ring purchase was fairly modest! This is similar to the experience every person I have recommended has had at Lewis Jewelers. Communication was easy — I was visiting over the holidays and didn't live in-state, so he walked me through a lot of options. This is a company that I love and would definitely recommend. I had worked mainly with Maria and the employees were always courteous and professional. I bought an Elysium ring and after I got married, I realized that my finger had a reaction to the ring. I quickly called Lewis Jewelers as I knew that this was a ring that advertised that the material was hypoallergenic. Maria quickly went into action and called the manufacturer. The manufacturer took the ring back to ensure the ring was not contaminated with any foreign materials. After a couple weeks I got the ring back again and it was the same result. Lewis Jewelers gave me a loaner ring made of gold to see if I was allergic to gold as most people are allergic to that material specifically. After coming to the realization that I wasn't allergic to gold, Maria called the manufacturer again and coordinated to have the Elysium ring inner made of white gold. I am so thankful for Maria and Lewis Jewelers for their patience. I can now wear a ring that I absolutely love. I would highly recommend these professionals and their business. For my future jewelry needs, you will first find me at Lewis Jewelers.

I had a wonderful experience buying my wife's engagement ring at Lewis Jewelers several years ago. They've got SO much to choose from and Tim helped me find exactly what I was looking for. My wife, then girlfriend, was going to be completely surprised by my proposal, so all I had to work with to figure out what she liked was a gemstone ring she already owned and wore regularly. He helped me find an engagement ring that I knew she would love! More importantly, I didn't feel like I was trying to be "up-sold" in any way. Anna helped me and she found a gorgeous stackable ring in white gold that fit my budget. In April of 2014 I purchased my (now) wife's engagement ring from Lewis Jewelers. I was so nervous walking in, as I know very little about jewelry and this was such a large investment. But after talking with the associates, my concerns were put to rest. I had such a positive experience making this purchase, and it was the best decision I could have made. The next year, I bought my wife's and my wedding bands (and a pearl necklace for her) at Lewis Jewelers. I live in Texas, but I drove all the way to Moore just to pick out our wedding bands because I trust their service so much.
