I went to get matching earrings for a necklace I had received as a gift. They didn't have them in stock, but they had the stones and the earring settings. I picked out the stones that matched my necklace and they set them in the earrings while I waited. Terrific experience!

I went in looking for jewelry to match my engagement ring for engagement photos (possibly wedding photos too) and the staff was so kind and helpful! They were not pushy and gave me many options and suggestions. They seemed like they genuinely cared that I found the right pieces. I look forward to going back!

Such beautiful jewelry! I saw so many pieces I wanted, I got a beautiful pair of earrings with my birthday discount and was pleasantly surprised when the girl checking us out showed us some really pretty bracelets that are normally 40 something but with the birthday discount they were 20 something so I got one of those too! Everyone working was pleasant and helpful.

I was so incredibly impressed with the staff and their preparedness with the holiday madness. There was a line out the door, however, it was so quick! While waiting in line, a store associate would come out and record orders and place them behind the counter. This helped with inside store traffic and made the check-out experience very quick. If someone didn’t know what they wanted, they were able to spend as much time as they needed shopping throughout the store. This was my first experience with the company and they sold me! I’m so impressed! My new necklace and earrings are also super great ☺️ (P.S. you get 50% during your birthday month!)

I had an issue with a necklace my husband purchased and did not realize it was missing part of the chain. I took it to this location and they were unable to find a matching chain since the item was from an older collection. They provided me a store credit and apologize profusely for the mishap. The ladies were extremely helpful and tried to find a chain that "might work." They went above and beyond to try and remedy the problem. I highly recommend this location and am impressed with the professionalism exuded from the employees.

Kendra Scott has a nice assortment of jewelry to purchase from. I think the stores best quality is being able to take certain styles, and place your choice of stone with it. The staff is courteous, friendly, and always greet their customers. They are always available to assist in locating any particular piece you’re interested in, as well as recommending a type of style to best fit your needs or preference.

I went into Kendra Scott store in OKC for the first time and I was nervous about it since I had heard negative things about the staff. Salesperson Jamesha went above and beyond being friendly, funny, knowledgeable, helpful and definitely made me have a great experience. Because of her I spent way to much and plan on coming back as well! It is amazing how one good salesperson can change the atmosphere of a store. She's a keeper! I will be returning!

Great staff, I've only been in the store once (few days before Christmas) and it was jam packed. It's not a large store but regardless it was easy to get help and we found exactly what we were looking for. There was a long line to checkout but what do you expect when it's last minute.
