Niria checked in my ring before service. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better process. Also, my ring came back in great time AND they re-took the gemstone pictures to verify my gems. (Male employee, sorry I can’t remember his name. Came from the Yukon store) Top-notch to not have to ask for those types of things. Will be going back. Ty so much!

We had previously had a bad experience with a competitor (right next door), so knowing we had an exchange policy, set foot in Kay. We were happily greeted by Ray and her associate (sorry for not catching both names). After telling them our story, they were more than happy to show us their selection within our budget. We found a pre-owned ring that fit the fiance perfect, without needing to be sized. After sharing a few laughs and knowledgeable information, we had made a purchase with Kay and set out to return our ring bought from the competitor. I am super pleased with our experience, and would recommend Ray at Kay Jewelers for all your jewelry needs. Ray, you have earned a lifetime customer in us. Thank you for your great service.

I had a great experience! Went there to get my brother ring for he's upcoming wedding. Ended up with my brother's ring and updating my ring for a great price. Adam made sure I got what I was looking for plus more. He's understanding! I love my ring! He was very friendly I literally feel like I walked out with two rings for the price of one. We had a great experience at Kays. We have always been to this store but it was a pretty special day! I got my wedding band today and Hannah, the assistant manager was very helpful. She was patient and thorough, helped my husband and I pick out a beautiful wedding band and also a new ring for him. Hannah is quite pleasant & professional, got us great deals on both rings. Went in to look at watches. Jason was very nice and spent a lot of time with us thing over the different types of watches and features. I also was interested in upgrading my wedding ring so Jason and Hannah helped by showing me lots of different looks to help me find the best combination. They gave us great prices on wear we bought. I was very pleased with the customer service I received. I will definitely be coming back to this store for my next jewelry purchase.

Thanks to Joe and Jeanna my fíance and I were able to find his wedding band and mt bridal set that same day after getting approved.! They worked with us so that way we wouldnt have to pay so much out of pocket, they were very helpful and kind even at the fact that they had 20 minutes until closing but in that time we were able to find something we both liked to have ready for our wedding that is coming up.! ❤

I am EXTREMELY pleased with this jewelry store. If I could give it 10 stars I would. The hardest thing about my visit was choosing a ring. There were just so many beautiful rings to choose from. And the service is hands down the absolute best. The entire staff is amazing. In my opinion, the service is very important to me. There was only 2 ladies working. They worked super hard. They all worked super hard. Non stop. The associate that helped me was awesome. 11/24/2020 Another great experience buying a ring. The associate was very patient with me, stayed in my price range and explained alot to me about value of rings. Nothing was pushed on me. She provided service I needed with her amazing knowledge of jewlery they had.

We went in to look for the wedding band to my engagement ring for our upcoming wedding. We expressed to them how disappointed we were in the original ring we purchased so they worked with us to get a good deal on an upgrade. Amy, JD and Joe were the most amazing people to work with. Not pushy, and very patient to help us find exactly what we wanted. I had been to the Quail Springs and Penn Square locations and this one is by far the best!!!!

If you are looking for an engagement ring, or any kind of jewelry, Kay’s Outlet is the place to go! I just bought an engagement ring from them and my experience was incredible! I had gone several different places looking for a ring without much success, until I came here! The store manager, Adam, was a HUGE help and was very very accommodating and very knowledgeable! He and the staff both made it a point to develop a relationship with me not just sell me a ring, which was awesome! My family and I were in the outlet looking for a Christmas gift. The store was very busy with approximately 3 customers waiting per sales associate and the manager. We were greeted promptly and told someone would be with us shortly. We browsed while we waited, located the item we wanted to purchase. The professionalism and the courtesy extended to us was nothing short of superb. Customer service in the store has always been good, but the manager has raised the bar and the team greatly surpassed all expectations. We ended up purchasing 5 pieces. I will stop in every time I'm in OKC. Keep up the great work and leadership Adam!

My husband and I came in a few days ago and received excellent service from both employees. I have severe health conditions and I am unable to wear a mask. I get harassed and kicked out of places often. But as soon as I walked in prepared to attempt to defend myself, I was welcomed with a kind and understanding lady. She made my day. It was so nice to actually be able to go in somewhere and not feel shunned or judged. Thank you from the blue hair lady. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 💗

After having a heart shaped diamond fall out of my engagement ring 3 times within the 9 months of it being purchased, my fiancé and I were considering going to a different jeweler because of the stress that was caused without much help. After the few times we came in and out of the store for the ring mishap, Adam helped us pick out a new ring for a really great deal because of the problems we faced. Kay is a great company, but if you go to the outlet mall in Oklahoma City make sure to ask for Adam because he made our experience so much better than any of our previous visits.

Unfortunately our Kay store in our hometown was permanently closed down so we decided to go check out the kay store at the outlet mall and let me tell you it was the best decision we had made! I can’t remember his name (soo sorry) but it was the guy who told us he was from New York who made us feel comfortable and helped us from the moment we walked into the store. Needless to say we left the store buying the ring I wanted at a great price. I’m not the one to normally leave a review but the guy was so helpful, kind, and funny! Great customer service all around

My fiancé and I had gone to 2 stores to look for rings. Diamonds direct was not the place for us, but the Kay outlet was. Neisha (I'm sorry if that's spelled wrong!) helped us find my perfect ring, but she didn't put any pressure on us to buy that day she made sure we found the one we wanted, in our price range with no questions asked. The amount of help we received from her was tremendous and I can't imagine buying from anyone else! We had to special order my ring, it was going to take a few weeks to come in, but it came in within 2 weeks and she immediately called and let him know it was in. My fiancé and I went in to make a payment today, and she greeted us like we were old friends, she knew us by name and asked to see pictures and hear all the details of how he asked, SHE IS FANTASTIC. If you are looking for a place to feel comfortable buying, the Kay outlet is the place to go. I can't say enough how fantastic she was and how much we appreciate her. Thank you so much Neisha!!

I was in key jewelers and these two wonderful men Mr. Adam Henning and Mr. J.D I was shopping for my wife for our anniversary they went out of there way to help me and answer all my questions and sold me this beautiful certified diamond ring and few watches they work on the prices and give me a very good deal better than any other jewellery store. Next day I went back to exchange something and they once again went out of there way to help me. I would recommend Oklahoma resident if you are shopping for jewellery watches check this place out. Erin and Becky were such a huge help with my fiancé and I finding a ring. We had ordered a ring from Jared and it was my dream, but 3 days later the ring was back ordered and then canceled. I was devastated. On a whim we drove to the Kay Outlet in OKC from Tulsa. Shipped off my ring for sizing, the lady told me it would be ready in 3 weeks and gave me a date of March 29th. I called on the 29th to check and the lady said it was not in yet and they will call and email me once it’s ready. Today is April 2nd I called back and another employee told me it’s been there since the 23rd. It’s extremely frustrating because I had push back my entire wedding and cancel reservations and lost 2 different deposits total of $8,200 only because the lady told me the ring was not in yet but it was at the store the entire time. I don’t understand how that is possible but whatever, hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else. UNBELIEVABLE. Update: When I went into the store to pick up the ring, the manager, (Nira) gave me a Kay Gift card and was extremely nice. Even though my overall experience was not great but she definitely tried to make it better, which worked. Thanks!
