I went in to get my watch repaired. When I pick it up, Chase Ruiz helped me. After bringing me my watch, he began showing my girlfriend and me Engagement sets. Even though we hadn't planned on looking, and told him we wouldn't be buying for at least a year, he convinced us to looks and spent at least 30min showing us options from high to low... actually getting us more excited about getting married. And he was patient and trusting with us, which helped because I know nothing about jewelry. He even got me excited about my future ring. We are definitely leaning towards purchasing from Huntington when the time comes. Chase is fantastic to work with.

This is such an elegant store especially to have such reasonably priced fine jewelry. The staff is extremely professional, at the same time they don't make you feel like you're not on their level of expertise. Friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all they're not pushy. All of my jewelry purchases have been with Huntington for almost 15 years now. From anniversaries, birthdays etc. Just purchased my 14 year old daughters first pair of diamond earrings and there's no other place I would trust more with this occasion.

I came into the new store today, had no clue what to get my girlfriend. After being greeted with smiles from the few employees that were not already helping other customers (That place was packed, everyone must shop there) Charlie helped me find the best gift. The best part is he helped ME find a gift, I never felt like I was being pushed into buying. Charlie’s endless knowledge of Huntington’s flawless products combined with respectful and classy salesmanship resulted in me being a customer for life.

I went into the store in okc today an purchased a necklace I had been looking at online. The salesman that helped me was the most gracious and helpful salesmen I have run across in a long time. My husband and I are both retired so we are not huge spenders, but the old saying holds true. " You get what you pay for". Costume jewelry is fine for some occasions but if you want quality and at a reasonable price. We would only purchase from Huntington.

They’ve always done great work on my ring as in adding two anniversary bands on each side, replacing prongs, cleaning/shining it. Always pleased. (A little slow on repairs around Christmas time when they’re backed up tho, but totally worth it!)

Lauren was so helpful for me and my fiancée! I couldn’t find the exact engagement ring that I was looking for so she sat down with me for two hours and helped me design a custom one. Later when my fiancée and I went back to get her ring resized and look at wedding bands Lauren took the time to show us several different bands and answer our many questions. She was even kind enough to let my fiancée look at her own wedding set as an example of a rose gold and silver ring combination. She went above and beyond to ensure we got everything that we were looking for and had all of the information that we needed.

My girlfriend had almost no clue what she wanted her engagement ring to look like. We went into Huntington in OKC so she could try on rings, and I hoped at best we would leave with a general idea of the kind of ring she would end up liking. I was blown away by what happened instead. The associate Lauren was the one helping us. Right away, she began pulling out different kinds of rings and having my girlfriend compare the specific elements of the rings. She was so systematic; she had my girlfriend ranking colors, ring designs, and diamond shapes against each other. With Lauren's help, my girlfriend rapidly narrowed down the kinds of rings for us to look at, until finally my girlfriend knew exactly what she wanted. All that was left was to decide what kind of diamond to get. Our budget wasn't very much, so the shop's owner found us a beautiful diamond (in the size my girlfriend wanted) that had been sold back to the shop when a customer upgraded a previously purchased ring with a larger diamond. Everything was perfect. We left the shop (it took just over an hour) with an order on a custom ring that included all the elements my girlfriend wanted and an extremely discounted diamond. A few weeks later I picked up the ring and proposed. We both think the ring is more beautiful than we imagined it would be.

I came here with my girlfriend to get her an engagement ring and it was a great visit! We tried other places before but when we saw this place, we knew it was going to be the one. It was very nice and clean on the inside and we just happened to be there on their anniversary date and so they had beverages and food that we can consume while browsing. I haven't proposed yet but the ring she chose was perfect. It was a mixture of 3 different rings she had seen so they can do all kinds of things. I just recently picked it up and it looked fantastic. Came with the ring box and a Christmas type bag. We had Lantz (owner) as our salesman/guidance and he was very polite and helpful. Great guy. My sweet husband has bought me my wedding band here and they are so sweet. Really knowledgeable and are able to work with every budget! We loved our experience so much, that this is where we go now. We’ve made another purchase since then. We went back to get him a wedding band. The budget was lower and the type of ring we wanted really limited our choices. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Before deciding to go to Huntington Fine Jewelers, I did a lot of searching for reputable jewelers. I had visited several other stores prior to my visit with them. My fiancé booked what was supposed to be a surprise appointment during the OKC Bridal Show. While she already has both her engagement ring and wedding ring, we were still on the hunt for the perfect ring for me and any jewelry we’d be wearing the day of the wedding. Our appointment was with Jerica, and she was amazing at helping us find something for me that we both absolutely loved. When she wasn't sure, she grabbed a colleague and though I cant recall his name he helped us out as well and knew how to help Jerica bring my vision to life. We had many great conversations regarding my fiancé and I’s story as well as stories about hunting. They helped us find a ring and watch for me, as well as a necklace for my fiancé for our wedding day. While we were there they discovered what could have been a serious issue with my fiancé’s engagement ring, purchased at a different store, and informed us what we needed to do to fix it as well as an approximate cost and time frame for it to be perfect for the wedding day. They also cleaned her ring. We are so glad we went with Huntington and that Jerica and her colleague spent 2 and a half hours getting us exactly what we wanted and needed!

Definitely a wide selection of beautiful jewelry. Just beware of their return policy. I tried to return a ring 4 days after I had bought it. I had not worn the ring. At the time of purchase the salesperson Sherri emphasized that I had 21 days to return my purchase if not satisfied. What she failed to point out was refunds are not allowed. They will exchange or give you a store credit. But once you walk out the store they have your money and you won’t get it back. In an environment of true transparency that should be emphasized also. Especially when you are talking about thousands of dollars for a ring. I will use up my store credit because I have to but I won’t recommend them to family, friends or coworkers. If you are confident in your product then you should have no problem with returning a customers money if they are not satisfied.

I looked at some watches that peaked my interest. I didn’t buy anything that day because after finding out what I wanted, they had me look at what other options they have. I found a couple watches that I was really interested in. Instead of having me drive to the other store they brought them to their store. A couple days later the watches were in and I was able to pick up a new watch with everything I was looking for.
