They are awesome! They really care alot about people. Big D has been a God sent. During my daughter's graduation plus other urgent family matters, they've been so accommodating. I have done my share of sales and worked in the industry for a long time. I cannot say how courteous and helpful Gary, as well as the other employee who's name I didn't get, were. They were both down to earth and extremely fair with prices, if not the best I have ever seen in any pawn shops. I understand Perfect Pawn has several locations but the Newark, NJ location was by far the most cleanly and modern. If you are looking for a Pawn Shop to go to I highly recommend this exact location.

Perfect pawn has the perfect name to describe the service you get you never feel undersold your pleased with the amount of cash in your hand for tour merchandise and their words are grand a honest pawn shop "We buy anything BUT Garbage PERFECT PAWN" ALWAYS PAID MORE MONEY FOR ITEMS THAT I'VE PAWNED TO OTHER PAWN SHOPS IN THE PAST BY AT LEAST 10%. True story went to sale some tools and walked out with cash for my tool and a electric drill for free now where do they give something free at a pawn shop that's out to make a profit. I give them 5 plus stars; I've. always been satisfied with their service and everyone that I've sent there was Happy with there service.
