The store itself is great, the people are knowledgeable and I have never had a bad experience there. My son recently got engaged and he was giving his Great Grandmothers wedding ring to the girl. We had it sized and they cleaned the ring up like it was brand new. All my life I never saw that ring look so beautiful. My only gripe with the store is it is never open when they say they are open. I always look on google and it says they are open so I go there and they are always closed. I recently had some work done there on two other pieces of jewelry and was told to come on that Wednesday to pick up. I went on Wednesday, twice, once in the morning and once in mid afternoon, they were closed. I had to wait until the following week to get my things. Same thing today, I needed something fixed and looked to see when they were going to open, I went about an hour after they were suppose to open and the gates were closed. I think this place is fantastic but I am going to be forced to look for a different place because I just can not keep playing this open/closed tag.

Both us and our family purchased wedding rings from this store. They are friendly and they have good quality merchandise. My husband buys all of my jewely here! They are the best jewelry store I know. They are family owned and have been in business for years. We highly recommend buying jewelry and any watches from here.

I have known Joe and Ralph long before they ever owned The Gold Store. They have always been great guys. They are fair and have a beautiful selection. I have bought many pieces of jewelry there for myself, family and friends. I have had a few repaired there. I have also traded-in and sold jewelry through them and felt I had gotten fair value for my pieces. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to find gentlemen who treat you as if you have a relative (who you actually like) in the business. And yes I agree...answer the phone!!

I come here every time I need to buy a gift for someone or for cleaning/fixing jewelry. My family and I have been coming to this place for years. The prices are great, compared to other places. Depending on what is going on, sometimes they will fix and clean whatever I bring in on the spot. Most of the time, it takes about a week. If I have any questions or need help picking out something, they are always glad to help.

I needed wedding bands for my upcoming wedding. I was given a few quotes and the prices were astronomical. I went to the Kearny Gold Store and I was floored by the prices they gave me. They are a normal sized jewelry store in Kearny which is a good 35-45 minutes away. Regardless I am going to take that drive every time I am in need of jewelry. Highly recommended!!!
