I absolutely love the look of these, they are the perfect size and shape. The sparkle is so so pretty and just adds a little bit of attention to these earrings. However, one of them did come with some weird burnt orange staining on the side of the earrings. I messaged the seller about it and they were helpful in starting an exchange for them.

I ordered 14 mm gold hoops. They are perfect. The latch back closure is secure and avoids the hassle of the "endless" closure style which can sometimes be difficult to secure when the hoop is quite small. I am using the hoops with pearl drops (from a different supplier) and they work perfectly together. The earrings arrived in a nice box. I am very happy with my purchase!

I received them in 4 days, which was unexpected because most things I've ordered on Etsy take at least twice as long. The packaging is top notch, not the usual laid out, flat in the box, but positioned upright, which I don't think I've ever seen.

Super fast delivery - 48 hours from ordering until the hoops were in my ears. Quality is excellent and very comfortable. No more discomfort having the back posts of other earrings stick me at night. A little difficult to put in but the earring do twist a little so you have that added feature. Packaged very well and even a little box to house the earrings when I am not wearing though I plan on leaving them in most of the time. I love, love, love my little hoops. Well, I decided to reach out to Tilo's to see if it at all was possible to order a single earring to replace the one I had lost. I had nothing to lose. I spoke with Jonathan the day after I texted them & he said it was possible [cries in spanish]. I've never had such amazing customer service! He said once he received payment [Zelle or Paypal] that I would receive tracking info through an email. I just received it in the mail yesterday. Nothing but positive things to say about this place. Amazing customer service. We have purchased multiple golf hoop earrings over the past couple years. My wife loves the box that they come in. The last order had a different box and the hinge on the earrings were a little tight. I emailed them through their customer service and they responded right away. I contacted the seller,he helped me identify the size I needed and shipped out the new order to me. I mailed back the wrong size and he refunded that order once he received it.
