If you want dedicated attention from Marchello go when they open and during the week NOT the weekend. 6 years ago Marchello made my now wife a great 3stone diamond ring and matching band. Recently we had to replace the center diamond. He offered a clarity enhanced diamond for the center stone. Due to my lack of knowledge and past positive relationship I hesitantly accepted. Upon investigation into a clarity enhanced diamond I immediately stopped the transaction. I wanted my money back which wasn't going to happen but Marchello made good on the situation after I educated myself on diamonds and got me the GIA certified center stone I wanted. Yes I paid a little more but myself and the wife are happy. I even purchased myself a new Marchello exclusive wedding band. I wish I purchased the size 10 mens band versus the size 9 he suggested as it is too tight on my finger. I took the ring to the appraiser and had to have the prongs on the center stone redone. However the ring appraised for more than I paid. Overall I am happy about the outcome just not how I got there. Would I go and buy more jewelry? Absolutely without question.
